Zack, the mechanic, was especially kind; he answered all of my questions, was transparent, and even ran additional diagnostics I asked for just to help me feel comfortable. This review is probably long over due but new Defender owner here. Been coming to Eurosport since mid last year under Bob and they got my 90 to top shape for a road trip I took in the winter. After they tuned her up had a hiccup due to random freak accident while on the road, called them and they helped me out as best they could even FaceTiming me. Then they overnighted a part for me and recommended a local shop in the city I was at that specialized in Defenders. When I wanted to replace the radiator they recommended a better one made of aluminum manufacture by a shop they knew at the same price as a standard radiator. Every question I've had as i tinker with the 90 at home they've answered EVEN on weekends. Pricing I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of and at this point with new ownership (Jayson) and their mechanic/ tech (Dave) they know my car inside and out. Recently replaced the clutch while they were down there they fixed some wiring that was frayed since they were already down there. They are also well known in the community which I always take as a good sign in any industry. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Glad to have found them in Phoenix. read more

My 2017 SVR was towed to the dealer recently when I had what I thought was a transmission issue (per the error notifications). The dealer gave me a $15,000 quote for a variety of issues that needed "immediate attention" per their recommendation. I had them complete a portion of the work order and spent just under $5k to get the truck operational. I picked up my truck from the dealer and took it to see Jason at Eurosport based on a friend's recommendation (he also owns a Range Rover that he services at Eurosport). Within a few hours Jason called me and walked me through his inspection in great detail. He wanted to make sure I was aware of the work that will likely need to be done during an upcoming service. He also let me know I didn't need to do any of the work right now and to come pick up my truck. I also found out I could have easily saved 1/2 of what I paid the dealer already had I gone to Jason in the first place (lesson learned!). I had a worsening leak that was red colored. I was concerned it was transmission fluid. It was oily. My power steering fluid still full. I took a chance & made an appointment. Spoke to Jason H., who is the new owner buying it from Bob C. who is still there but will retire. The day b4 my appointment I got the low coolant warning light & had to add 16 oz. Now I thought it might be coolant but why oily? They have a very knowledgeable Jaguar mechanic (Dave) who had worked for Jaguar-Land Rover in town. It turned out to be both a leaking (badly) water pump which was spraying coolant up onto the inside of my top engine cover & then dripping down where it joined with oil leaking out from the oil pan gasket! Mystery solved. Coolant became oily when mixed with engine oil. They also cleaned & power washed the front engine & oil pan area so to better inspect for further leaking after these repairs. My 2000 XJ8 had accumulated gunk. They did what they said they would do at a reasonable price. New OEM water pump & new OEM oil pan gasket & oil/filter change. No surprise up charges. N/C for power washing & cleaning the engine. Since I usually DIY oil changes, I already had a new OEM Jaguar brand oil filter, drain bolt & Mobil 1 High mileage 5W-30 oil. They had me drop all that off & they used it instead of charging me for those supplies. It is hard to beat Walmart prices for 5 qt. Mobil 1 oil! I even brought in my can of Liqui-Moli that I was saving to try for my next oil change. I highly recommend this shop! Cave Creek at Greenway in Phoenix. read more

The a.c. in my 1996 Mercedes SL500 (red sled) stopped working while I was visiting family in town. Bob did everything he could to fix the problem but could not get the parts he needed! Bob succeeded in at least getting the a.c. working for my drive home. Bob was "very courteous" and eventhough I tried to pay him for his labor he would "not accept it"! I have a Range Rover Classic and I find myself in Phoenix quite often. If you know anything about the reliability of old Range Rovers, that means you need a mechanic wherever you go! Bob has helped me out a number of times -- sometimes with a tight schedule because I needed to get back home. In multiple visits, he has repaired or replaced my head gaskets, transmission's governor valve, guibo, oil, belts, etc. -- all to my great satisfaction. I highly recommend him. You were supposed to fix 2 ignition coils and you replaced other ignition coils and left the 2 damaged ones in my engine knowing that you never fixed the real issue! Completely wasted thousands of dollars bringing my truck to you. Thought you would have done right by me. NEVER AGAIN. Hopefully he doesn't get you too! read more

Absolutely the best service in town! I've used Eurosport twice for service, all work was done on time and well below the cost of a dealership and other quotes I received. Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and actually care about their work product. I had my battery die in my 2016 Rover on a weekend. After getting a jump and learning my battery is in the trunk and requires a lot of work to not only get it out and replaced, but the vehicle also has to be reprogrammed after the swap, I was worried. I called Eurosport on a Saturday, and they said come on down and we will fix it. 1 hour later, I was all set and the owner personally did the swap and programming. Can't say enough nice things about them. If you own a Land Rover or other European vehicle, this is the place to go. read more

I have owned 5 Rovers over the last 15 years. I know rovers. Ive done ASE level work on the cars. I was hoping i had found a honest repair facility. Reluctantly I leave a review after several attempts to get the EUROSPORT guys to come clean. Newly purchased Disco 2 w 155k engine had been gone thru with new head gaskets etc by previous owner. The truth has to be told. My total cost at Eurosport $4,300 This is what I ended up with. Replacement of the following. 3 Amigos, I was told special wiring under the ABS "Permanent fix never will light up again". that was $400. ( three amigos DID LIGHT UP AGAIN 3 months later and still on) ..1 rear wheel hub. Water pump. damaged oil pump gears, valley pan gasket. The problem: They claim they did a head gasket repair. Which was not in the service order complaint. I was called and told water is leaking . No leaking/disappearing water was ever the issue. Slow overheating with a/c on and loud Ticking associated with Temperature was the complaint. They had the rover for 3 weeks. I had them install a 180 degree factory thermostat. My suspicions was raised when paying for service and picking up car. The ticking was still present and the overheat issue still there. I returned within 1 hour after paying $4,600. They told me to bring it back at my convenience make an appt. 2 weeks later I drop off for the ticking issue on a Tues. . 3 days later they call saying they dont know what it is "sounds like lower end, maybe". So I pick up rover and told we wont charge you $110 for the service check.. Then I was told by Eurosport "You might need a fan clutch" .WOW that's insulting. How stupid do they think I am. WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY??? on your original misdiagnosis... while changing the oil I start noticing all sorts of old caked up dirt all over the top end, Valve covers sensors etc... Valve cover gaskets not replaced. , oil pump filter area is covered in old build up dirt. The bolts looking as if its never been touched. I take the rover back to Eurosport and voice my complaint. All I got was denial and pushback. They claim "Oh there's a new valley pan so that proves we did a head gasket" ...LOL I don't think so..ask any expert.. After questioning all the dirt still there just as before the repairs. The exhaust manifolds and spark plug wires had never been removed.. old rotted duct tape on spark wires still in place sticking to valve covers on as when dropped off. When pointing that out later eurosport says "we dont clean the parts or use deep cleaners on the heads." .also when asked why there are NO tool scratch marks on the exhaust and other obvious rusted areas...just more ."we dont remove exhaust when doing a head job.." Basically all push back and total denial. So i leave and ..the slow overheating continues. I buy and install a factory fan clutch (2x). Overheating continues..So recently installed a new radiator and A/C condenser. All new factory rover hoses. Install temp, oil pressure gauges to see what the heck EUROSPORT missed.. Now Rover runs at 195. The intermittent Ticking now gone. THE PROBLEM all along was simply a badly CLOGGED RADIATOR..I never ever add any additives to my rover radiators. It was clogged since I originally brought the rover to eurosport. That PROVES they never did a STANDARD mechanics 101 RADIATOR BLOCK PRESSURE CHECK. That should have been the first thing done when you start barking the ole sales job "New head gaskets needed". I only assumed EUROSPORT was honest. THEY ARE NOT ..proof is in the pudding and Im out $2000 or so based on work labor parts etc not performed. Thats the truth. All they are gonna say.. just like eurosport told me " we always do the work we perform" ....thats what you call double talk wordsmithing..Ive got plenty of photos .THEY DID ME WRONG..Bob and the new guy...GOOD LUCK FOLKS read more

Called first thing this morning about an odd grinding noise coming when I turn. Bob told me to bring it in so he could take a look. He took it for a quick drive, looked under the hood, and found an engine mount bolt had come completely loose. My Defender 110 is like Frankenstein in terms of MB engine, newer LR parts, LHD conversion, and Bob immediately id'd the issue. Gave me some pointers on my truck and took an hour out of his schedule to make sure my truck was safe. I will be bringing him my Defender and BMW for ALL service. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I had small leaks beginning at my valve cover seal and oil filter housing - Bob replaced these and checked over a couple other things while my truck was with him. Took my recently purchased 2003 Land Rover to Eurosport as my transfer case wouldn't shift into low range. Solenoid valve wires had been stripped out when front drive shaft broke with previous owner. Dave repaired damage & it now shifts into low range. Also had them replace right rear passenger door lock actuator. Quick turn around time & fair prices.
