Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

I got my windows just in time installed with one week to spare. Installation was quick and easy and took 2 hours for 2 windows. They were fast on communication via email which I love. RUN! 1. They damaged…read moremy sliding glass door during repair and refuse to return to fix it. Lady on phone is very rude and accusatory that it is either somehow my fault or I am making it up. 2. The guy came out and was very pushy. He gave a price to start the job. While it was high, I agreed as I just wanted to get it done. However, during the job, he claimed to find bigger things wrong with the door. He said the rollers were stuck. On his website and in multiple reviews, he seems to always find bad rollers. Hmmmm... The door was off the track and he threatened to immediately leave without putting it back on if I did not agree to his revised, higher price. Reluctantly, after bargaining what I could, he replaced my rollers, put it back on. It is now very hard to slide. He said it would get easier but it did not. The guy that came out is a total scam and the lady on the phone (likely his wife) is accusatory and nasty. She eventually hung up on me. I have now reported them to CSLB, IRS, city (for not having business license) and have filed a small claims lawsuit which I will soon post here. RUN!

Having seen what they'd done for other clients, we didn't have much doubt and pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier we did. They put together some renderings for us with measurements and notes, and when a couple of the items weren't quite what we envisioned they immediately changed the renderings to our specs and sent over the new revisions. They really worked with us to ensure that the product we got was the one that would make us happiest. It took about 3 months for us to receive the final product, but once we did it was beautiful, even better than what we'd pictured. It's definitely the centerpiece of our conference room and almost every client remarks on it. I also want to add that only a few weeks in, we had a brief issue where some epoxy fell from a slot in the bottom of the table. It wasn't anything structural, and it happens from time to time so I mostly just wanted to make sure we got it repaired. I called up Graham and he made it happen immediately. Since we're based in San Diego and PW is in LA, he found a solid woodworker down here and arranged for him to come (at cost) and fix it up for us, which made us feel really valued as a customer. Overall, definitely recommend these guys and their product. The next time I need a custom piece, I'll definitely return!

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

The look is modern and fresh and they have many styles that dfferent people with different tastes would like. The prices are extremely fair for high end materials. The designer, contractors and the rest of the staff are super helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the work. I am very pleased with what they have done to my place. My parents (Roger and Clara) were talking about their "amazing new kitchen cabinets", and while I appreciated my parents excitement...I was not prepared for the accuracy of their excitement. When I saw the kitchen, I was blown away. Keep in mind, my parents are part of a different generation than me and my Brother. While I obviously grew up with my parents selections of furniture and aesthetics, I didn't expect something I would (and will) put in my own house. The quality is worth every penny. I bought a kitchen from Euro Interior Collection about 2 years ago for my home in Palo Alto. Despite the distance, Yulia did a perfect follow up from order to delivery. She didn't count her hours to make sure things went smoothly with the factory in Italy. In the design phase, I flew to LA with my contractor to work with Yulia in their show room, Gene came to pick us up at the airport and we spent the whole day working together. I really enjoyed the personal and warm connection they have with people.
