I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I came in hoping to replace both my bedroom windows and the sliding door in my living room, and from the very first interaction, I was met with nothing but warmth, honesty, patience, and professionalism. Nan was the one who initially educated me in the office, and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with so much clarity and patience, and genuinely wanted me to understand what would -- and would not -- solve the issue I was experiencing. Her knowledge and care made me feel respected, informed, and never pressured. What completely blew me away was the honesty. Despite being more than capable of selling me new windows, they were the only shop that told me the truth: the change I was hoping for couldn't actually be achieved through window replacement alone. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about this company's values. Then there's Roy -- one of the owners -- who personally made the journey out to my home to further educate me. The fact that an owner would take the time to come out himself, explain everything in person, and make sure I fully understood my options is something you just don't see anymore. He was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly generous with his time. And yes, fair warning -- Roy looks like he walked straight out of a magazine. Be prepared to be completely stunned by the presence of an actual god while receiving some of the most honest, professional guidance you'll ever get about windows. Even though they didn't make a sale this time, Lion has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely return for all my future window needs and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Please don't ever change, Lion. Whatever you're doing is working beautifully. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Huge gratitude to Nan for her education and patience, and to Roy for going above and beyond by coming to my home. I can't recommend this company enough and wish them nothing but continued success. read more

Very helpful even though they couldn't help. What I mean to say is that they couldn't service my exact needs, but they took the time to ask questions, learn what I needed, and then made some suggestions and referrals to point me in the right direction. The fact that they took time to do this, tells me they'd be a great company to work with. Integrity and sincerity goes a long way, and it's not something that can be taught. I'm sure you'd be in good hands with this company. read more

Professional. Fast response. Great communication and efficiency. I had old wood windows that needed to be replaced ASAP before leaving the country. I only had a month and I contacted several window companies for an estimate. 1) I compared Milgrad prices with Lion to Home Depot and theirs was cheaper. And also 2-3 weeks faster. Ditto other window companies on Yelp. 2) Very efficiently run. I had my measurements quickly within a day since they knew I was in a rush. I got my windows just in time installed with one week to spare. Installation was quick and easy and took 2 hours for 2 windows. They were fast on communication via email which I love. Also providing me updates constantly. I highly recommend them for window service. read more

Sagiv and the entire team at Lion Windows and doors are by far the best place to get what you need at the best price with the best service hands down. They are so incredibly thorough and responsive. After dealing with Taylor brothers for years and dealing with their nonsense and lack of communication and poor customer service I decided to go another route with my latest project. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. They are truly wonderful and helpful people. read more

Some of my older Milgard vinyl window glass were fogged and discolored and I found out that I can replace just the glass units (IGU). I had reached out to my local window store and they had recommended Lion Windows & Doors. Sagiv at Lion diligently sent over a quote within half a day. It took some effort for him to look up the exact replacement glass sizes with Milgard so not many stores would want to deal with ordering IGUs. The IGUs arrived within 2 weeks. Some glass units were damaged during transit from the manufacturer, but without hassle, Sagiv reordered the glass units at no charge. Their service is impeccable, it was well worth the 60 miles (round trip) drive. They are very responsive and professional. I will absolutely use them again for any future window and door needs. read more

I found Lion Windows through the Milgard website where they were listed as one of the authorized dealers. Long story short, after Lion Windows and Doors representative, Sagiv, helped me with a quote for a window that I needed replacing, Milgard called and said it was covered under warranty. So I didn't need the window after all. Howevfer, I was so impressed with Sagiv's professionalism, and speed in getting me a quote. He made it so easy compared to other vendors. I recently had Lion Windows & Doors replace a patio door for me. Sagiv was very knowledgable regarding the kind of Milgard door that would match my Milgard windows, and was very clear regarding certain decisions I had to make regarding the door. Our home was built in 1928 and we had single pane windows all around. Called up Lion and they were very responsive. Came out on time (exactly on scheduled time) and reviewed our options and gave a good quote. Took 3 weeks to order the windows - once they came in, their crew came in on time and within 5 hrs, had replaced 13 windows around our house. Cleanup was greats, oversight was on point and we are very satisfied. Hoping these Milgard windows help with the temp in out home, but either way they look great and appreciated their professionalism during this pandemic. read more

Review for Lion Windows If you are looking to replace your windows, look no further! I had a wonderful experience with Lion Windows (lionwindows@gmail.com), and I recommend them without reservation. I waited decades to replace the original windows in my 1956 home. I was concerned about cost, appearance, security, and energy efficiency. Lion Windows sells the Milgard brand, which meets my needs and offers windows that will enhance a wide range of architectural styles. With the patient help of Sagiv and Nan, I chose the Tuscany style especially because of the security latches. About three months later, Noel and his team of window installers arrived with the windows. These workmen are Rock Stars! I am so impressed. They were professional, courteous, expert, hard-working and speedy. They installed all sixteen windows in about five hours. They did a great job of cleaning up. The windows are beautiful and the house is cooler. I am so appreciative. read more

WOW! This is honestly one of the best experiences I've had working with any service company before. I feel like we were taken care of as good friends or family. The communication is EXCELLENT. They are always there to take my calls, be prompt at responding, proving great solutions. Every time I called they knew exactly who I was, where I was in the process with them, and how to make the next steps as convenient and easy for me as possible. Everyone I worked with on their team was super friendly, had a positive attitude, and wanted to help. Not to mention, the work they did was actually great and THOROUGH and CLEAN. They actually took time to clean up and make sure everything was neat after. My husband has major OCD and even he was impressed.
