They save people money and offer snacks and beverage, what more could you ask for? GETTING HERE: This…read moreis the Amtrak Eugene station, located at 433 Willamette Street in Eugene. MOOD: On the road (train) again..... REVIEW: It would be helpful if Yelp were consistent on its business pages, and it might be helpful for other Yelpers. This isn't the page to review for Amtrak.com. It's literally for the Eugene, Oregon station. Was on a road (train) trip on the Coast Starlight, and Eugene is one of the very quick stops heading north to Seattle. I ran off the train to see if there was a gift shop or a place to get a soda, etc. There wasn't, but that's OK. Inside, the station was clean and quiet. I didn't see a staff member, but as we only had 3-5 minutes, I didn't have time to even look. But I was happy to see such a neat, historical depot, if only for a couple of minutes. The Amtrak.com website has the following data for this station (good to know for next visit!): Staffed station ATM not available No elevator Payphones Amtrak ticketing kiosks available Restrooms Ticket sales office Unaccompanied child travel allowed Vending machines No WiFi Arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure if you're checking baggage or need ticketing/passenger assistance How long before departure to be at the station if you need ticketing, baggage or passenger assistance services. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure if you're not checking baggage or don't need assistance. Thanks, Amtrak Eugene. Can't wait to be back! Soon!

Their rates are more than fair and I have never had any trouble getting ahold of them. Overall if you want to support a local business, pay better rates than uber, and meet some of the coolest guys on the planet, Cascade is without a doubt the way to go!

Our drivers were always early for our 4am pick up for the ridiculously early outbound flights Eugene is famous for. We had friendly & helpful drivers who drove responsibly & the vehicles were clean & comfortable. The price was reasonable - $16 from the Santa Clara area to the airport. We found out there was no need to reserve a pickup at the airport, even for our 11pm arrival; several taxis were waiting to be used at that hour. Our driver explained that they always have a few taxis hanging at the airport until the last flights arrive. We will continue to use them when we visit.

I needed a limo service to take my GF around town to experience some designed adventures that…read moreculminated in a proposal. I thought about renting an SUV or something more like a regular vehicle, but I wanted something that would stand out. Sunshine certainly delivered and with the exception of a couple minor items of note, then knocked it out of the park. I've never rented a limo before, so after looking over their website, I gave them a call for more information. The woman I spoke to was very polite and helpful even though I wasn't ready to book that day and needed an idea of the costs and features. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (although I forgot to ask a couple). I needed a limo for 3 hours. It came to $381. The limo was $100/hr, but the tip for the driver is built into the price quote and based on where you are driving, gas and such is added in, too. I ended up selecting the 10 person limo for 3 people so there would be plenty of room. The limos come with glasses, water, and I believe some soda (I didn't get into the limo, but I did watch a FB livestream of them inside, so I got to see what it looked like). There was more than enough room for 3 people, but 10 would be VERY close together, in my opinion. The driver (his name was Chris) was on time and called me as he was leaving the limo business so I had a heads up to get everyone ready. He patiently waited outside, wore a nice suit, and was very professional. He was helpful on the phone when I spoke to him the day before about the plan and thanks to the livestream I saw he was polite and professional while performing his work. The limo looked clean inside and out and I was able to see the people I sent on adventures had a good time in the limo. The driver stayed close by and was ready to get them the second they popped their heads out to be taken to their next destination. The only very minor things I would say was that I forgot a couple questions after I initially called and I endes up emailing the company via their website rather than call back. I did not get a reply. Definitely call if you have questions. You will get them answered. Beyond that, I had to call the day before the event so talk to the driver -- I was told he was going to call me, but by 5pm I wasn't sure, so I called so I could get in touch with him. Beyond that, the experience was excellent! I would absolutely use Sunshine again the next time I need a limo in the Eugene area!
