Very bad experience…read more Floortex sent a very unprofessional installer who did a poor job and took a very long time. The Floortex salesman refused to correct the poor installation, and complained loudly and rudely that he was losing money on the deal. He offered to rip out the carpet and let me forfeit my deposit as his only remedy. The carpet was not set flush against the walls, and the pattern did not match where the seams were sewn together. The installer, who was in very poor health, took over twelve hours to complete a very small bedroom and short hallway. Now I'm stuck with expensive, poorly installed carpet and an an angry carpet salesman.

Especially on the weekends, there seem to be more customers than parking spaces. Plus since there is only one way in and out, and the street has no designated turn lane, it causes a bottleneck on entering and exiting. Heck it even takes awhile to walk from the parking lot into the shop because the cars just don't seem to want to stop for pedestrians. Too busy jockeying for a space.
