They are nice ,but unfortunately are late on your appointments and you have to wait. I've been going to Cindy for a while and I am not going back my nails are always crooked and the price keeps going up and my last session she left me three times to wax someone and had the audacity to overcharge me for my nails!!! I came in for a fill and I don't know if she use a different color to fill it but you can see the discoloration in the fill in the nail it looks horrible!!! I am so upset waste of money and time they don't even trim the cuticles! I always tipped her very well always used cash or they charge you more which seems like a little fishy like they're trying to do illegal stuff but don't go there ! Went for a pedicure and gel manicure and the nail job was awful. Three days later and my nail chipped off, my nail tech cut my cuticle and did a terrible paint job. The photos show what my nails look like just 72 hours later. I spent $70 on my nails and will never come back here. read more

Ok so yes I do love my nails but no I do not like how she walked away from me about 3 times and the last time she disappeared she was in the back doing someone's eyebrows, I understand you want extra money but I was literally sitting for at least 10-15 minutes . Came here off a whim due to the good reviews circulating around Cindy, but due to my very last minute need to get my nails done today she was booked up so I asked for the next best. When I walked in Vincent was very sweet in directing me to the chair with this other girl nail tech who I won't name because I don't want to out them. Let's just say maybe she was having an off day but my nails didn't look pretty and when I went up to pay Vincent made sure that everything was okay and when I told him it wasn't he immediately sat me down at his station and did his magic. Omg when I tell you Vincent is a wizard with the nails he literally transformed my set and made sure I was satisfied. I loved this place until today. I guess the employees only act right when the older gentleman is at the desk. I waited 40 mins after my appointment time. I saw a acquaintance there, she waited so long she left! The door was kept shut so now I have a migraine from the chemical stench in there. They took me to one table then switched me from a younger guy to an older "lady" (CINDY) who proceeded to tell me how bad my cuticles were. After the 3 rd time I said " Well that's your job, that's why I'm here." She said no it wasn't her job then cut my f*cking finger. So I walked out. There are way too many nail places around here. I don't recommend this place. I didn't get the color for my nails I wanted. The sample color was not the same as the color she put on my nails. She tried other colors and they didn't come close. She didn't even want to do a third coat to try and make the color a little darker (light pink). Muy nails look like there is just a coat of clear polish. I walked in asked if they have time for a full set she said yes in 30 minutes. She then said I can go shop so I went to Walmart came back and they were still working on the same people. went in for a pedicure. the laziest pedicure I have ever had . the tech seemed like she did not want to be there and rushed through my pedicure even tho it was empty in the shop . she was missing stuff that she would do on one side and then did not do the same on the other . she also did not use any of the tools that are normally used to clean up nails . at the end I had polish all over my toes that was not cleaned off and when I asked if it could be cleaned she was rude and only did the one toe and didn't bother to check the others so then I had to point out the other toes also had polish all over them -_- read more

I was skeptical on coming to this place given the reviews online...but my MIL got me a gift certificate so I went tonight. They were not busy at all (wednesday evening) I had a certain style in mind, the white to pink ombré coffin. May was great! She suggested a pink powder that glows in the dark but looks normal during the day and it's so pretty! There are some minor details I would fix but overall great work, and May was really nice. I have been here 3 times, the last time being yesterday. I made an appointment for a gel fill manicure (Cindy) & pedicure (Lynn) and was fairly impressed. 3 Weeks ago I called for an appointment with Cindy and got another girl to do my gel fill manicure. Yesterday I walked in around 12:30 to get a fill pedicure and got Lynn. I asked for the basic pedicure and was convinced to get an acrylic to be taken off my big toe and was advised that it would be an additional $20 which was fine and the pedicure was completed at 2:00. Lynn asked if I could wait 15 minutes to get my manicure. 20 minutes went by and I told her that I would settle as I had to leave. Lynn started raising her voice at me and said I made an agreement. I walked up to the cashier and paid the $45 and she continued to badger me. I will never go back there again. read more

I strongly recommend against coming here. Go right around the corner to Pretty Nails. I don't recommend Estrella for many reasons . First, we aren't acknowledged when we walk in, owner is very cold and rude, but against out better judgement we wrote our name down and waited. Second, they do not honor the wait time they tell you, thurs, they ignore you while you wait, & don't offer updates. We waited over an hour before deciding to leave to PRETTY NAILS. Immediately, we were helped. The owner was kind and personable, and nail artists were in a much better mood and did a good job. It's a bummer that Estrella was much more busy, simply because of location next to Fry's. It's one of those things where since they don't NEED your business, they treat you poorly. Went for a pedicure, was told 10 minutes wait, no problem. 20 minutes after arriving I was seated, then another 40 minutes go by. Different techs kept coming up to me saying "10 more minutes" yet they immediately assisted several other clients that came in after me. After waiting for an hour I took my feet out of the now very cold water and left. I did not have an appointment because my general experience with all nail salons is a delay or wait time even when you've scheduled ahead. But an hour? Horrible customer service! Made an appointment for the pedicure @11 and they had us sitting in the chairs in water for an hr before they started. The lady that was going to start my pedi said "I have to take my 12:00 appointment, someone else will do your pedicure". sister #1 got her nails done before me and sister #2 The lady (May) that did sister #1 nails did my other sis and told her she under charged the first sister that left and if she could pay the difference!!! Until yesterday, I had never been to this nail place. I had called and made an appointment ahead of time, so i got seated right away. I had an older lady (didn't ask her name). I asked for a gel pedicure and manicure and she proceeded to upsell me on scrub, etc., and i bought the higher priced package. Not only didn this take over two hours, I pointed out the gobs in the corners she left and i said "if you don't file those down and make them look nice, they will lift. She kept saying "you nail too short"...i finally said "i know, you have told me that a few times and i like my nails short". Other customers looked at me like "WTH". I left with white paint all over my skin, my nails were a mess, but i was too mad to say anything or stay any longer. There was no air flow so the chemicals gave me a headache. Lastly, when I arrived and they sat me, the floor was dirty, old toe nails on the floor and none of her equipment was santized...she was pulling it all out from a dirty tupperware container. I've been going to Estrella Nail's for a couple years now and Cindy does my nails and she's fantastic all the other people in there does great job no complaints but if you complain about a nail salon and you go somewhere else you shouldn't tell people you should go to pretty nails to see Kim Kim did my nails and she didn't do a very good job she cut my cuticles every time she did my nails when Cindy wasn't there she did buy nails Kim I didn't complain about it and I wouldn't tell everybody to go to pretty nails are used to go there and they did an awful job and the person that said you should go see kim. at pretty nails you can stay there If you don't like a place then don't go back simple so you know the person you are so just stay there like I said I love going to Estrella nails.
