I requested a deluxe pedicure, however the nail technician failed to do the bare minimum. She walked away multiple times leaving me to soak in cold water. Just when I think it can't get any worse I'm burned with a hot stone at the bottom of my foot. I did not receive a towel treatment, or extended massage. I am short $63, left with a burned foot and only nail polish. Seriously there are way too many new nail salons to be money hungry and accept any customer who walks through the door while being short staffed. Yes I had multiple opportunities to leave, however after being postpartum was desperate for some relaxation. Apparently that was too much to ask for! read more

Went in Friday 1/16/26 for a pedicure and I had toe nail polish gel stickers on my toe nails. He was annoyed it took him a few minutes longer to remove them with the e-file. We get to the part where he's using the metal foot file. He starts a bit aggressive on the bottom of my right foot but then gets even more aggressive on my right big toe. I then feel an intense burning pain that sent chills through my whole body. No bleeding but I see pink redness on my toe. He didn't bother trying my left foot. He rinses my feet and dries them. Places the foam toe separators to start polishing. That's when I stopped him and ended the service. Maybe the other women are good are pedicures but definitely not the short bald man. I only call him that because I didn't care to get his name. Never got an apology from him. Immediately acted offended and nervous after he injured me. He knew he hurt me. read more

I was referred to this nail shop requested. A nail and toe nail gel polish change. Costing me $71.00!!! That is unheard of, I asked what was the gel toe polish change was told $28.00. The gel finger nail change due to my nails being an inch past the nail bed I was charged $44 dollars NO fill!!! SHAME there are other nail shops in the neighborhood that are cheaper! This was a terrible experience. My daughter and I went to get pedicures together. I live out of town and she has three kids so for us to get out on our own was a rare treat. Things started off fine though the wait was long. It was a holiday. We were patient. We got in our chairs we picked our packages. I opted for the deluxe package as I love a hot stone treatment and wanted the paraffin wax. I was burned by the hot wax, it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing with it. On to the not hot stone treatment, they use warm gel packets and the seamed edges of the gel packs were scraping my skin and it hurt so I had to ask her to stop. I didn't feel at all like I was getting what I was paying for so I asked the manager if I could get gel polish in lieu of the not hot stone treatment. Of course the answer was no. I left it alone. Now I just want it to be over. Then all of the sudden the manager now comes and takes over to complete my pedicure (weird) so I'm thinking she re thought the no and was going to provide good customer service and do the right thing, but no think again she was just there to get rid of me and was rude and then as I was putting on my shoes she was spraying cleaner all over and it was getting on me and she was just cleaning all around me, it was so rude. Made apt with owner. Got there 15 minutes early. At my appointment time she took a walk in. When I addressed this, she insisted her sister would do a great job. I waited another 38 minutes! Then she did my nails, not at all like the picture I showed! And a brand new set of acrylics, with two nail arts, cost me $110. Went in today and did a manicure with my acrylics still on, the lady ripped off my nails instead of doing a soak off and caused lots of pain to my natural nails. I wanted to do a gel manicure but she convinced me to do the tap gel and my nails ended up looking like 3 different shades, my bill for 2 pedis and this tap gel was $175 and definitely was not worth it, I will not be coming back. read more

I requested to get a eyebrow lip and a little bit in my nose and I asked them how much they were charge and they said $21 and then they did the same thing on my daughter and charged 35 for her. This is so dumb and outrageous. They said that I we asked for something extra on her when we asked for the same thing. I will never go back to them ever again I highly recommended to NEVER go there. Service is horrible. The vibe there is off. I was on call with a friend that speaks their language and they were just talking bad about my daughter and I. Please don't waste your time on that place. The most horrendous experience getting my nails done in 20 years. Arrived at 545pm after calling to see if they had time for a full set. Looked for a price list, there wasn't one. First red flag: "boba" the lady helping me seemed annoyed when I said I like my nails long and almond shape. She cut them shorter than I said to. 2 red flag: way too much acrylic I've literally never seen so much just lapped on at once, dripping on my skin and jewelry. my fingers were burning. The acrylic was so thick it looked like dog nails-extremely curved, and I told her I didn't like it and was confused by her method. 3 red flag: super crooked, she told me it would improve when she filed them. She spent 8 minutes filing one nail I timed it because I started getting annoyed and worried at how much longer this would take since I had already been there an hour and they closed in 20 minutes. It hurt and I told her, she said "I'm just trying to do your nails OKAY" she spent 20 minutes filing two nails. I had 8 more to go plus paint and I was really starting to become frustrated. I have anxiety so I spent the next ten mins arguing about saying how unhappy I was or not. She was getting angry every time I pointed out the many issues I seen. I asked how much a full set was since I never seen a price list. I was shocked when she said $63. That's unreal considering I was only getting one color no design or extra things like rhinestones. Never have I ever paid that much for nails. I was so bothered by this price especially without a price list so when she told her manager to come over I said yes please do. The manager told me for my length it would be $63. I told her that's insane, that I could understand for "Cardi b length" but that's not the case. I told her I was extremely unhappy even tho my nails weren't finished I wanted to leave. I told her she can cut them off it's not like I'm trying to get free nails I am more than happy to pay for a beautiful set of nails that makes me happy instead of this absolute tragedy that was happening. I told her unless your girl wants to start over and make sure I have what I want and absolutely perfect there's no way I'm paying $63 for this. They were aggressive, speaking in a different language, and demanding I talk on FaceTime with the salon owner "Kim" who then tried to argue with me about how "they look fine" and then told me short and square nails are $48. Maybe have a price list then so I know I'm getting robbed and can avoid your business. Who gets fake nails to have them short and square? This was ridiculous. I talked to the owner for a second until I realized I don't have to do any of this. I firmly told her to cut them off and I'd be leaving. I have never been to a salon that doesn't have a price list posted, and most have a smaller version you can look at as well. I asked for a price list multiple times and they refused to give me one. read more

Every time I call ahead to make an appointment, I'm told to come in. Then I sit and wait to be serviced. The last three times I've gone in, I have felt like they're in a rush to get me out the door. I bring in specific pictures of what I want done, and the last four times, the tech does her own variation of the picture, to the point it looks nothing like what I ask for. And she always asks, "don't you like it?" And I'm too polite to tell her that I don't.", so I just smile and say "sure." Because she's in a rush to get more people in the store. She left me alone for a long time and barely checked up on me. An hour had passed and I just got up washed my hands and paid and left. Did not feel cared for at all. I would never go here again. Second time i have went there and #1 acted like he is master of ALL! Yelling at me, talking to customers ABOUT me to try and get them on his side. So what are you going to do about it? (Meaning how am i gunna pay my bill) Like thats the first freaking place he went too. Just so rude. I never said i couldnt pay the bill. All i wanted to know was why the machine was saying invalid card so maybe i needed to call american express and see what was going on. So at that point i got mad. And went off on him, and brought up my last trip where he made me cry. *last trip* I had asked what he was going to do about my nail that was ripped And whoa he lost it. Like he yelled for a solid min at me. I had tears coming down my face. The woman sitting o. The pedi chair went to get up to leave because she was horrified with what just happened and he instructed her to stay. It was soo uncomfortable. I also had picked out a navy blue color because i am obsessed right now. He goes and grabs another color last second and says, "this more pretty for you'. I was soo mortified by everything i said okay. This guy needs to learn where he is. Its america. You dont get to talk to woman that way here. After i left today i went to walmart and someone spotted me from nail shop today and came up to me and said OMG THAT GUY IS SOOO RUDE. HE MADE. ME CRY LAST TIME I WAS IN!!! Soo this is just is MO!!! So 2 times i have went to the nail salon and left feeling soooo upset. Makes me so mad. If he goes the nail shop would be amazing. Number 1 needs to go. Plain and simple. read more

**updated with new pic of my daughters nails only 27 hours after getting them done** went YESTERDAY spent $200 mani pedi and we have nails chipping already. Mine look a week old because I had to remove my cuticles myself. Curious to see how long they last. I get it, busy for mothers day, but they rushed thru so much to go thru as many clients as possible to make the fastest money as possible. , ZERO nail prep was done on our nails - no trimming (mine are CRACKED and jagged from Working outside) no cuticle removal as I said. No buffing of any kind. This is GEL polish. Which annoyed me for the pedicures we had colors picked out that were regular polish. The lady took them away and gave us different colors to choose from - then HALFWAY thru painting she says "oh so sorry these colors are only available in gel ok so sorry upcharge." i was like wow okay. She could tell i was upset so she said she'd do flowers on my daughters toes for free. Whatever. Never going back. & I wish I was more confrontational in person cuz I would not have left any tips. My daughter was having so much fun is literally the only reason why I stayed and let them finish. Saddening because the one that did our nails was the owner I'm pretty sure.
