Only a small part of the large garden out back!

Another great visit to Estia's to kick off MDW and summer 2023! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and it's great to see them year after year. Updating review as I had the guts to finally venture away from my staple Breakfast Burrito and try a lunch option - the chicken BLT. SO FRESH AND SO GOOD and not overwhelmingly filling like some crispy chicken sandwiches are. I'm going to be torn between menu choices for the rest of summer! My sister got the Valencia Salad with shrimp and loved her dish as well. You really can't go wrong with anything here.

JB Scramble! It's a special, so if it's available you gotta try it!

This is one of my East End favorites for brunch and even dinner spot. Everything is freshly made with only quality ingredients. Be prepared to line up for a seat on the weekends in the summer.

Blood Orange Mimosa (yum!)

Visited Southampton for the weekend with my girlfriends and decided to check this place out before we headed back home. Interior and Exterior of this restaurant was adorable and had an overall cozy atmosphere. For starters, we decided to have their mimosa, which was made from freshly squeezed blood orange juice (highly recommend)! I decided to have one of their platters called the "Juanitas Breakfast Cubano" with few slices of avocados. The sandwich included the roasted pork loin, turkey bacon, swiss cheese and 2 eggs (i had mine scrambled). It was pretty heavy, but tasted absolutely delicious! To add on, my friends and i really loved their hot sauces, which you can purchase for $5 each. I'll definitely be back again and would love to try their dinner menu! Highly recommend for anyone who's craving tasty Mexican-American cuisine :)

Adorable little restaurant with yummy food. I love the Latin influence on the dishes. I had a Shredded Beef Burrito. It needed a bit of salt/flavor. I added some hot sauce which packed some heat. My friend has the dish with chorizo. How can you go wrong with chorizo and eggs? We also shared the special cornbread French Toast which was very yummy. The garden out back was very special. Pricey but it is the Hamptons!

Phenomenal food and amazing staff working extremely hard to feed us and make sure everyone stays safe. Such a cute little environment. Came here and grabbed a quick bite to go. Ate it outside and it was the perfect view and environment with amazing fresh food. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free friendly! Everything is fresh and made to order! Can't wait to come back here next time we're in town. Totally worth it!

This is the Gringo Hash. It has eggs( you can choose how you like them),avocado, rice, beans, chorizo and cheese. And tortilla

Gosh this is my FAVORITE breakfast/lunch spot. Hands down always a treat to come eat here. They are a Mexican based cuisine with also American dishes like French Toast, pancakes ect. I have been getting my usual which is the "Gringo Hash" under the "Bowls" section. It has everything you will need. Their mimosas are my choice of drink ;) my partner LOVES their micheladas, ( he loves spicy drinks). The workers are so sweet and quick and efficient! There are ALWAYS busy and don't take reservations. But, the wait is worth it. Their kitchen is small! But they move fast! Give them love and tip them good.

Chili Chicken Burrito

Cool little back story to this place. Mexican inspired dishes that are excellently executed. Possibly the most impeccably executed dishes out East. It's popular and busy. You have to wait. If you don't wait, awesome. Full bar with great drinks. Tequila should be the only thing served here, or Mezcal, but you can get your fix if you need to. The outdoor seating area has a nice vibe. The indoor seating area feels more like the shell of an old trailer style diner. Wouldn't be a bad look with the small jukebox machines! Anyway, the tortilla soup is a must have. I'd come back for the winter just for it. The chili chicken burrito has a nice little spice to it, but they have some killer hot sauces they make with local ingredients too. Excellent food, customer service can feel a bit dry, but these people move on their feet fast, so one should empathize if possible. Solid experience for lunch around 1pm. We came here after the Hampton Classic nearby.

Loved my vegan bowl and eggs! Try it! Healthy, filling, tasty! Great service too! Arrive and decide if you want outside seating or inside!

This eatery is off the path. Only offering outside seating in their garden (plenty of places t sit). Ordering involves filling out a form and handing them your order. Wait was about 10 minutes for drinks, 30 minutes for food - everything is cooked fresh. Had the Watermelon lemonade (special for the day) which was refreshing. Members of the group tried the Freddy melt, fish tacos, and burrito -all were ok. Nothing spectacular wanting us to return soon. Prices are on the higher side, even for the area.

The food is very good. The vegetables in the VRB quesadilla tasted like they were just picked from the farm!

Food was amazing- lobster rigatoni, mussels and fries, and an ice cream cookie for dessert! Waitstaff was helpful, prompt, and engaging. Our server (sorry forgot his name) was genuinely friendly - a rarity in the Hamptons these days - and made great food recommendations. The restaurant is one flight up with indoor and outdoor seating, even our inside table offered fantastic water views. Shared an order of burrata (a special of the day) to start, thoroughly enjoyed the creamy globe of cheese resting on tricolor sauce with toast points. My bouillabaisse, comprised of a large lobster tail, clams, mussels, and white fish, was well spiced with a saffron-based broth and served up with butter-slathered toast to mop it all up. Yummy! Partner's lobster rigatoni was made with plenty of fresh lobster meat and a well flavored creamy sauce. He said it was filling and delicious. Excellent experience overall, would definitely return when in the area.

The jumbo shrimp may have been my favorite, but the tuna tartar and crab/lobster were good too. Fries: could have a little more crispy, but very decent fries and well-seasoned. While it's pleasant to dine outdoors on a nice day, on a hot humid day without much shade the lunch experience was more akin to a sauna. Their limited lunch menu and high pricing ($16 surcharge for a few shrimp added to my salad!) coupled with glacially slow service made for a mediocre experience at best. One and done. Our dinner at Baron Cove's upstairs venue was much better. My mezcal-based "Smoky Summer" cocktail was delicious and refreshing. Tuna resting on a spiced tomato sauce and mashed potatoes (cheerfully substituted for included fries by our friendly server Aislinn) entree was very tasty and a good portion. My partner had local halibut with lentils. Although not a fish lover, he said the halibut tasted very fresh and finished everything. Service and room ambiance were excellent on a weekday evening, with good climate control.

All this and more is possible when you dine in during the week from 12-3:30pm or from 5-6:30 for dinner. The interior of Lulu's is super nice and upscale. Our server was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was too hungover to have a cocktail sadly, but my brother got The Ambassador martini (also on happy hour) that looked delicious to start. We ordered pretty much every seafood item on happy hour along with the shishito peppers and were so happy and satisfied by the end. All of the seafood was incredibly fresh. The shishito peppers were perfectly grilled. The octopus skewer was tender and delicious. Shrimp, crab, oysters and clams were all super fresh. Even the bread they put out was out of this world. My only complaint is that there were a lot of fruit flies around -- likely because we were seated near the produce that was out on display. But I would still come back for this food and these deals.
