Their pricing and process was straightforward. Our move date was September 13. The communication with Darlene and Rosie leading up to our move was great. I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I really appreciated the special care they gave in helping with small things that could have been big things had they not stepped in to help. Excellent team. Excellent crew! Excellent experience!

I actually would hire costa's team again @ pure moving…read more I had my concerns from previous experiences with other companies, not being great, but I am happy to announce that I can actually recommend this company and specifically Costa with his team. The pre move day activity was somewhat problematic because it seemed that I had to speak / text with five different people just to make sure all the ducks are in a row, including checking their insurance. Usually that's the less problematic "sales" part but at the end of the day, because the work was done as best as it could have been, I'm fine with it. There was some confusion about what is and isn't included in the price but they worked with me and were generous and nice about everything all together. We all worked our asses off and I offered to take them out at the end for dinner - but they still had another job to get to at that point in the afternoon. Next time!

Mission Movers was also one of the most affordable places I could find in OC, and it's even more of a gift given how amazing of a team they are. You can truly feel their care and compassion. After this conversation, I felt confident that they would be able to handle my job. So I hired them. Also, I felt the hourly price for three movers was reasonable. The day of my move, three guys came and careful wrapped, protected, and moved my furniture and boxes into their truck. They had everything including packing tape, plastic wrap, blankets, large cardboard bins and hand trucks. The difficult part was moving everything into the new place that had three levels and two narrow staircases. Jeremiah and the other two guys were amazing at getting everything in its place. They maintained a positive attitude, had good energy, and worked hard for several hours on a very hot day. I really appreciated how conscientious they were about trying not to damage anything. Jeremiah also did a nice job of reassembling and reattaching everything from bed frames to the refrigerator doors to a china cabinet. I would hire them again and would certainly recommend them.
