Very good experience with this company from start to finish. It made our morning move a breeze. All 4 guys were great efficient and neat. They all showed kindness and great concern for our belongings. Best move ever. read more

Look past the front office and if you're lucky enough to get team Diego, bless the stars. He and his guys are the single best moving experience I've ever had. Big time work effort and zero attitude. They call if they're running late and keep you informed all throughout the move. Professional and skilled. We had a desk that would not fit through a door. They rigged a harness and did it that way. Unbelievable!!! Loved them!!!!! I would highly recommend them any time! read more

I had 3 guys come move me today. I had 2 stops. The place I was moving out of was 3 stories and tight corners. The guys were all amazing! Positive attitude, friendly, hard working. I was so happy, I am asking them to come back to help me tomorrow with another short move. One of the best moving experiences I have had. Only warning. They told me industry standard tipping was 15-20%. They have to hustle, it's their livelihood. I was a single female, good target. I didn't take the time to do my due diligence. Industry standard is 5% of total bill or $20-$40 per person. I tipped $196 total for 3 people. So I probably over tipped by $100-136$. As far as attitude and ease to deal with and care for my stuff, these guys were worth it. read more

I have never used movers before so when I decided to use movers for this move, I didn't know where to start. I Google movers in my area. I was still lost. Somehow ended up on yelp. Saw Rocket movers. Started reading and every review was great. People have used them over and over again. People said they costs more than others but totally worth. I booked them and didn't get anymore estimates. The reviews didn't lie. Diego, Alberto and Jose did an amazing job!!! They took great care of all of our stuff. If I ever need movers in the future I will be booking Rocket Movers. Thank you all so very much read more

Very efficient , fast and diligent , definitely recommend. Very responsive , and no issues.

Had a last minute move today on a Saturday and Rocket was great, but I can't speak highly enough of Diego and Albert. I moved recently with a 4 man crew with a different service but Diego and Albert were just as fast as the crew double the size. Both of them were very nice and helpful and made sure to treat all of my belongings with care. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. read more

Refrigerator Moving Rocket Moving Services sent three movers to pick up a Sub Zero refrigerator I bought from a private party in Thousand Oaks and deliver it to Torrance. The movers were on time for the pick up and the delivery, arriving at both locations at the time they quoted. They were polite and professional; and they were careful with our "new" refrigerator, which they picked up and delivered, including bringing it into our house without any damage. I highly recommend them. read more

Moving is one of the big stressors of life. Rocket cannot take away all of the stress but they can take away all the logistical fears and concerns. This is the second time that we used them and continue to be impressed by their professionalism in the front office and the amazing work of the movers. Cameron was so patient in helping us set up our move and Ivan and his team were superb on a big move. read more

We used these movers today and I was happy with their service. Movers were very friendly and helpful. They expertly wrapped and packed our valuables way more carefully that I could expected!!! Their rates are the best all inclusive . Definitely, I will use this moving company next time. read more

Good experience with these folks. Just did a move from Redondo to San Diego. Carlos was my foreman. Everything went smoothly. They were efficient and careful with our stuff. Overall prices were fair. No complaints at all. Thanks guys! read more

I'm so grateful that I stumbled upon these guys. Carlos, Ivan and Eric were the best movers I've ever used! They were on time, professional, hard working, super friendly, careful with my furniture, and very helpful all around. Also Robert from their front office was awesome over the phone. He put my mind at ease even before my stressful move date. Everything about this company is great. If and when I ever move again, I won't look for another moving company. Rocket Moving gets 10 stars from me! read more

The guys who showed up were extremely slow and just tried to run up the time to make more money. They were unorganized and complained about having to move stuff upstairs! I repeatedly got on them about being slow and wasting time. When it was finally enough to just say screw it and I'll do the rest myself, they got upset with me for not giving them a 25% tip on top of their inflated hours and said that was "the standard tip around here". Just ridiculous read more

Carlos and his team were professional and helpful. I could not have been happier. No hidden fees. They really took care of our valuables.

Rocket Moving was referred to me by my coworker. From beginning to end they were fast , professional and polite. The movers were friendly the entire time and did a fantastic job. They don't charge Double Drive time and for the materials . Also, I checked them with PUC and they are licensed company. Most of the companies I checked on Yelp are not licensed. Definitely, I will use them again if I ever need moving services. Thank You guys for the outstanding service. read more

I hired them to unload our uhaul. I felt like it was a bit rushed but overall they did a good job. The unloading took a total of 45 mins but we paid for a full 3 hours (minimum booking). Overall it was a bit expensive but we were able to book them last minute. read more

First of all, thanks, Yelp! I sifted through the reviews for movers, and Rocket shot to the top of my short list. Your review contributors were spot on for this company. Ivan, Juan, and Mario showed up in a timely manner, and immediately got to work in a blur of carefully practiced moves. I was both relieved and relaxed as I watched them literally going nonstop until the truck was fully loaded with my tenderly handled articles. The same choreographed scenario played out as they unloaded at my new home.I was quite satisfied with the fee charged --- in manhours of productive work, it was a bargain. Highly Recommend! Thanks again, Rocket Moving crew! read more

I can't speak highly enough about Rocket Moving. They were extremely professional and polite!!! They also provided us with extra packing supplies. The price was reasonable and all inclusive as stated on their website. Definitely, i will call them again. read more

Simply great at what they do. Professional movers who moved quick, and took good care of my stuff. They'll do as much as you need them to do, from breaking down the larger items (beds, etc) to get them out of the house and putting items back together at your new place, to packing up your clothes in boxes if you want to sit back and do nothing. Good with getting large, heavy items through narrow spaces. The guys were also pretty entertaining and funny. Will definitely use them again for the next time I have to move. read more

Carlos and Adrian were great!!!! They moved everything with ease. They did above and beyond! I would recommend these guys to anyone! Professional, courteous and down to earth. You can definitely trust they will get the job done and expediently. read more

I would give this moving company 100 stars if there was an option. 1) Arrived on time 2) Worked really hard 3) prices are affordable 4) movers are polite and fun guys !!! This is on of the best moving company in Los Angeles . Highly recommended. read more

Great guys. Fast and professional. Took good care of my stuff. Same day reservation saved my life.

I used Rocket for a house move and it was one of the best moving experiences we've had (8x in last 13 years). Scheduling was easy and they gave me all the info i needed. Diego and 4 other guys arrived on time and were courteous and friendly and they dove right in. Keeping a schedule and not breaking things is all that really matters -- they get an A+ for both. read more

Loved these guys! They wrapped up everything and treated our furniture well. No hidden fees, fully insured and easy paperwork. Very friendly and made moving a breeze. They even cleaned up all the tape, etc. five stars no problems read more

Rocket Moving Services is the most professional moving company I have ever encountered. From the quick response time of the first phone call from Jesus to discuss my move to every one of the 4 movers who came to my home and treated my belongings with care and love --I am impressed with this company. They give a complete estimate no hidden charges, bring supplies to wrap delicate objects and wardrobe boxes free for our use until the move is finished. There was total communication all day between the men. They arrived on time and after a brief organizational plan of how to load the truck the men worked effortlessly and without breaks(except a brief lunch) until the move was finished. We have 12 steps to the second floor and there was never a complaint about how many times they had to go up and down with items. Not an item was broken and not once did I need to remind them to be careful. They were a well trained, friendly staff. A rare gem in this industry. I highly recommend this company and would use them again!!! Ellen read more

gumaro + Gabriel were FANTASTIC. the move was local but they were efficient and got done super fast. very professional and helpful making the move as seamless as possible. I recommend them if you're looking to relocate! read more

I want to say a huge thank you to Diego and his team (Gabriel and Pedro) for helping my move go so smoothly. From the moment he walked in to my tiny apartment filled to the brim with 19 years worth of stuff/crap, Diego reassured me that they'll do everything they can to make this move stress-free. They worked so fast that my living room emptied within the hour. I couldn't finish the packing myself, so they helped pack the kitchen and my bedroom closet as well. All this, including one stop at a storage facility, was done in less than 8 hours. Thank you so much for an excellent service. read more

This is THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!! Not only did they take forever, their ghetto truck broke down (the workers asked if they could smoke a joint while they waited for help), they dented our stainless steel fridge, broke the the leg off our wine fridge and "lost" three important boxes containing all our storage lids and all my Xmas wrapping paper and greeting cards. The owner yelled at me and then my fiancé. The owner said we had a deal at $1200. I'm disgusted. The truck had graffiti on it when it showed up at 9:00am. I should've followed my gut and said leave. I'm extremely disappointed and hope that no one uses them in the future. read more

Rocket Moving is fantastic! I highly recommend them for your move - local or long distance. Carlos, Adrian and team were so nice to work with and very professional. Their rate was reasonable, there were no hidden fees and they supplied all the packing materials. All of my furniture (some antiques) were treated with the utmost care. They packed us up quickly and carefully. We moved from LA to the Bay Area and they started packing at 9am on the first day and finished unloading at 6pm the next day hooking up appliances and all. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family! read more

You never regret using this guys. The whole entire process from beginning to the end was easy! I used them a year and a half ago and came to them for my second move! No regrets! It's a pleasure to deal with this guys. They work like a family together. Everyone knows what's his job! My furniture was wrapped carefully and delivered without scratches. They did not charge for the materials and the boxes! They work as fast as the Rocket lunches to the skies :))) read more

Adrian and his crew came to help me pack and move. They were on time and was very careful when they packed. They made sure that everything was packed nicely before putting it through transportation. They didn't even charge me extra for using some of their boxes to pack and for the wrapping. I would definitely use Rocket Moving Services again and recommend my friends to Adrian and his crew. read more

Rocket Movers have been my best moving experience. They were professional and got it right. I highly recommend.

First of all everything about this move was outstanding. From the first phone call to the quote to the communication before the move to the move itself. This was a pretty involved move with 3 different pickup locations. Not a glitch! It was one of those 100 degree days 14 hours total and the guys could not have been more upbeat and accommodating. All 4!! The nail biter on this move was trying to get an original mural painting 8'X12' through French doors hoisted up to the second floor. The first set didn't fit. Rather than call it a day they noticed another set that were a couple of inches larger and wanted to try those even though they had to get on their knees and inch along an extremely steep incline. I can't remember anyone ever going through so much to help me so needless to say I was overwhelmed with gratitude. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reasonable price and to feel completely comfortable with someone moving their precious cargo!! read more
