When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Oscar and Nick texted me when they were 30 minutes away, showed up on time, were friendly, worked quick, and were careful with my belongings. I moved out of a 4th floor apartment into a 2nd floor walk up. They were also able to disassemble my wood bedframe and put it back together for me in my new place and also lifted my heavy dresser up the stairs. It was broken and the folks they run for Atlas Van lines would not cover it. I was also told because my stuff was delivered to a mini storage it was not covered but my contract says if i see items broken before they were put into storage then it would be covered, we noted it and so did the driver but they wont cover it. The weight was completely off by 5,000 pounds, unbelievable but understandable. Underestimate the load and they make it up on the back end... The driver messed with my star wars mask collection and tore one but nothing again was done. Really sad when they knowingly dont care but come off as your buddy until they have your stuff on their truck, they are in control... they have your stuff Your call if you use these folks but dont say i didn't warn you JP

And they did an incredible job getting our closet-less 1 bedroom tidy and organized. I've never hired a service to organize and unpack before, and man, it is SO worth it.
