My husband and I live in the Inland Empire area and recently upgraded our living situation from an overstuffed, tiny one-bedroom apartment to a new house, and we had a fairly tight turnaround time so I was perusing moving services in the area on Yelp. USC Movers reached back out to me after I submitted a quote request and were incredibly prompt in responding to any questions I had about the move! Based on their speediness and the value of the service, I ultimately decided to book them. I was sent a confirmation leading up to the move day, and everything was set. On moving day, Gabit and his team showed up promptly right at the start of the window they gave me as their estimated arrival time and got right to work surveying our many, many boxes and oddly shaped furniture we had to move. Within minutes, we went over the paperwork and they were on their way, hustling the whole time. In all, we ended up doing around 4.5 hours (again, we had a LOT of stuff!) and Gabit and his team were excellent -- even able to make two trips given the distance to make sure they got to all the stuff we had waiting. The two movers were incredibly friendly and made my husband and I laugh on a stressful day, which was so appreciated! I would highly recommend USC Movers. USC movers arrived on time and were friendly and efficient even after nearly getting their truck stuck on our steep hillside street. Overall I was very happy with their services. However they did not shrink wrap or blanket pad my brand new and very expensive patio furniture and as a result scraped off quite a bit of the powder coating. I would recommend making sure that everything that could be damaged is wrapped before it is loaded out. Dan and his team, Adam, Jan and Rayan were absolutely phenomenal in moving us to our new home this week. They showed up promptly on time, and they worked FAST. My wife and I felt very unprepared for the move, but they arrived with all necessary materials and started wrapping and packing everything that we asked them to. They got our entire 4 bedroom, 3 bath house moved in about 5 hours and when they left our new house, you would have never known that there were movers there that day, aside from the trash they neatly put into the trash bin upon departure. Once all of the big items were unwrapped and placed at the new house, Dan asked me if there was anything else that they could help with before leaving. The rate was incredibly fair and and the entire team was kind, professional, and treated all of our belongings with respect.
