Purchased a smallish safe from ESP Locksmith to store jewelry, a few watches and enough space for a couple of small document folders. Nice product, easy to use and installation was great, had an issue with the flooring as it was going onto and bolted into a thinish wooden floor, but the guys came up with a workaround which meant the safe was fitted sturdily and am very happy with the outcome. Excellent customer service, super reasonable prices. Thought I was going to have to spend hundreds to get a new key-fob for my car from the dealership but I tried ESP first due to a confident referral from a friend (who also had a great experience with them) and sure enough I was more than satisfied with my own experience. Unsure why there are bad reviews, but the tech that re-keyed all of our locks was very professional, and did everything in about 30 mins. The keys and locks work even better than before (they were old and jiggled a bit too much)! He was very courteous as well. As a broke college student I rely solely on a schedule, I need to plan everything to the dollar so that I can support myself, so imagine my disappointment when I called a day in advance to make sure I knew exactly what I needed and what I would be paying, only to be left short when I showed up. I took a $20 uber to this shop to be told that the $5 key copy I had spoken with them about getting would cost at least another hundred dollars. Too much of my time, and MONEY has been wasted here when I simply could have been told actual information that was true, instead of whatever I wanted to hear on the phone. We were in the Santa Barbara area on a late Saturday afternoon, when we discovered that our coin-op laundry room had been vandalized, and a couple of our machines were broken into. A few calls to several locksmiths were made, all to no avail with NO parts, their shops were already closed and No technicians avail until the next day; then Alan from ESP to the rescue ! He was on a service call but met us back at his (now after hours) beautiful retail store on State St. He reassembled our washer + dryer cover-plates with new locksets, provided me with a tube of lithium grease, and we were able to make a "Like New" repair in less than 30 minutes. Alan also offered to make the installation for us, but with the new locksets that he provided... the repaired parts dropped into the machines easily and with a proper fit. Great service and price. Lost my truck key while parked in a "street sweeping zone". Spent the day looking and did not find. Called a 3 different locksmiths. One didn't call me back. One required me to tow my car to their facility and wanted $100 more to cut a key and program it. ESP called me back and came early so I didn't get a ticket or get towed since I was in a "no parking on Thursday morning zone". He quickly made and tested my keys and was $100 less.
