We'd had a long busy day and were all over the place trying to explain things. They were patient, shook our hands, joked around a bit. Really reassured us on things and made us feel welcomed at their establishment. Typically the guys just air the tires, give you the basic run down and send you on your way. No issues with that. A few other things needed to be addressed based on the safety / courtesy inspection, and it was convenient for me to get a coolant flush and wiper change done here. Johnny was knowledgeable and explained the expected timecourse for when things needed to be replaced as well as answer my questions. Also gave updates throughout the oil change anf repairs. He said all the correct things but when you say it with an attitude that shows your irritated is as unprofessional as it gets. Staff is always very quick to greet you, walk you through the buying process, suggest a tire etc. Its always been a quick and easy place to get a new set of tires. They don't replace tire studs or anything like that but they will replace all your lug nuts for you even if your old ones are just wearing out. The best part about this place is even after you buy they tires and they mount them, replace the valve stem and balance them they do free tire pressure, rotations, balancing, repair/replacement, valve stem replacement for the life of the tire all of this on top of the manufactures warranty. I asked if he could call the Moline store and he attempted to but failed to get anyone there to help. His co-worker who I apologize as I've forgotten his name that started with a "T" (Travis? Tanner? Trevor?) suggested Theisen's and he called and verified they had 3 in stock. I quickly drove there and was able to return with the tire just before they closed at 6:00 PM so I didn't need to drive all the way from Bettendorf to F&F the next morning.
