Had 4 new tires installed last week. I always get 5 star service at both locations in Davenport, Iowa. they are very knowledgeable and friendly. This time I also got new wiper blades installed and give them only 1 star for those. They weren't installed properly and the drivers side wiper came off while going down the highway, the 2 blades look different...like they don't match, AND they don't work that well as they streak my windows. Not at all happy with them. 5 stars for tires and service, 1 star for wiper blades. My advice is to get your wiper blades elsewhere. read more

I have bought several sets of tires from both shops here. On Saturday the 11th I purchased a new set. On the way home my front passenger side tire almost went flat. The valve stem core was not screwed in all the way. I aired it up and went to the closer store and they screwed it in and aired it up. The next morning the rear passenger tire was almost flat. I purchased a valve stem kit and screwed the core in. It was not all the way in and I aired it up. Love the tires. Called the shop that put the tires on and explained what had happened. Ive purchased tires here about 6 times now from this exact location and each time its always the best experience. Never a hassle, low price, clean location, a nice viewing area of the garage while they work and complimentary drinks available as well as a waiting area with a TV. Staff is always very quick to greet you, walk you through the buying process, suggest a tire etc. Its always been a quick and easy place to get a new set of tires. They don't replace tire studs or anything like that but they will replace all your lug nuts for you even if your old ones are just wearing out. The best part about this place is even after you buy they tires and they mount them, replace the valve stem and balance them they do free tire pressure, rotations, balancing, repair/replacement, valve stem replacement for the life of the tire all of this on top of the manufactures warranty. After being stranded on the side of a busy unsafe road with a flat that I was unable to change the manager Marice was unprofessional not taking appropriate responsibility for his employees forgetfulness. The salesman Brian refused to rotate my tires until I buy 2 new ones which did not measure at the tread depth requirement to replace according to the companys policy. Hit a pot hole and had to buy a new rim and tire. Discount said they would call me about the cost of the rim but after two days I gave up on them and bought one myself. I went back to Discount for the tire and TMPS. I made it clear that I planned on using the damaged rim and tire for a spare only and wanted the COMPLETE rim with it's TPMS. I ordered the tire and was given an estimate complete with a new TMPS, so I thought. The tire arrived, I went to the get it mounted, and discovered that Discount's estimate was to "rebuild" the TMPS, in other words, they would take the TPMS out of the rim I was to use as a spare. ??? I made it clear I wanted a new TPMS on the new rim and a complete rim taken off when I ordered. OK, how much for a new TPMS that I wanted. Salesperson said it would $50. ??? I had 4 brand new TMPS's put on my Shelby last year for $42. How in the world is one TPMS more than 4? Salesperson told me that the dealer sells them for $129. Really, I already knew that and didn't care. I told them what I wanted and they failed to do in the price estimate. Oh, and it gets better. Discount told me they remember my Shelby and they "rebuilt" the TPMS. That's an outright lie because the four rims taken off my Shelby were put directly on my wife's Shelby. I've included the link to get your TPMS's on-line; all 4 for $45. We are an Army family and travel worldwide. I have always got my tires at Discount because I can count on them to be at any new location we are assigned. However, I'm now re-evaluating that thinking as specialty tires can be ordered through Costco or Sams Club. In the end the salesperson "gave" me a break on the $50 sensor and I was charged $44. He then filled me in that the TPMS was actually $60.
