The man told us it would be a minute with an attitude and they both rolled their eyes at us when we both said we only needed an oil change. They both closed the door on us so we both just left because honestly it was the worst service I've ever been given and I've been a returning customer for years at multiple location. Sorry some of us work and don't get off early enough to be there by 4pm but how I was treated was uncalled for and nobody deserves to be treated that way. So after I left on Monday and I didn't get that oil change, I started smelling an oil smell in my car that was right. Well, I come back on Tuesday and got my oil changed. Finally I popped my hood and I found out they forgot to put my oil cap on oil was shooting out the whole time on Monday when I was driving another thing too after having that big oil mess in my engine bay didn't really clean it. They're just squirted stuff on it. They didn't wipe it. Like this is really serious, but they don't think it is because if I happen to lose too much oil and if I never came back, then my car would've been messed up.. Also when taking off the skid plate underneath my car they broke the clips so then they had a zip tie. They weren't very professional and they took a long time. I had to be the one cleaning up the oil mess in my engine bay because I was getting headaches of the oil fume coming through my vents. The technicians need to be retrained. They need to pay better attention because something serious could happen like for example if I wouldn't of been able to come back and if I kept on not knowing my oil, cap has been off the whole time that could've really messed up my car I do not recommend going to this place because the technicians pay attention and need to be .

I am New to the area but noticed them on line and seen they were conveniently open today. They were just what I needed since I can work almost every day of the week and travel a lot. My service men were Braiden and Kevin. They were so Professional, Polite and Informative. Braiden taught me a lot about filters and especially about the Cabin Air Filter which I totally have never heard about nor seen before. No one when getting any other oil change ever informed me of it. Braiden showed me mine, it was almost black. I was so Thankful because I was breathing in all that contamination. I knew was was smelling badness or yuck and would roll windows down for a while but nothing helped. Kevin politely came to my window after doing his part in the service and handed me my Receipt and Thanked me. Braiden asked me if there was anything else he could do for me and I told him my tires were kind of low so he immediately aired them up.
