However to take advantage of people and not complete the…read morejob and to quote one price and then add charges without explaining or giving options is considered TAKING ADVANTAGE of people. Brought my car in because the brakes went to the floor, they replaced the back brakes and said I had a bad caliber, they told me the price and although it was expensive, I agreed because I needed to get it fixed. When I picked up my car, the price was a lot more than what was quoted. And the brakes still go to the floor. So still dangerous to drive and manager didn't seem to care. They also had added a brake kit on there that was $11.09, I was charged $110.90. clearly added a zero behind it. Didn't read right on my invoice. When I called about it, I got an agent that didn't listen and didn't speak clear English. She just kept asking if I wanted to make an appointment. I told her I needed to talk to a manager and she put me on hold and told me the manager was with a customer and will call me back. I waited an hour. I called back and I was told that the manager was still with a customer. So I decided to drive up to the store only to find out that it was closed for the day. Not once did the agent that answered the phone tell me they were closed but lied to me and told me the manager was with a customer all 3 times I called. I did call the next day and the manager said the invoice was wrong but then said they charged 110.90 for new lug nuts. And he isn't sure why it was billed under a brake kit. Never apologized, never tried to make it right and honor the invoice. Over $700 for back brakes, one caliber and "lug nuts" ! I called the Davenport store just to see what they would tell me and I asked how much for the same service and the guy was extremely nice and gave me a breakdown and even said you can bring in your own lug nuts if you would like to save money! That is honest!! The only reason I even went there was because my lug nuts were stuck and I couldn't get them off, otherwise I could have done the work myself. So disappointing that there was no communication! That is poor business taking people for as much as you can and not being upfront and honest! Had they been honest and quoted the correct price with the breakdown BEFORE the work, and maybe if the brake pedal still didn't hit the floor after paying all that money, then I would have something nice to say!!

A month or so had gone by when I got under my vehicle for the first time and noticed major, deep scratches on the inside of one of the new wheels. There's NO WAY that I damaged it and I could only assume that since I had to return twice within the first month with 2 ISSUES already, ( Center cap screw was missing and a bad wheel balance ) I was betting they would say I was at fault. Funny thing is, I really like the wheels and there are 2 people that work the front counter who had excellent Customer Service skills but it doesn't change the fact that the new wheels shouldn't have been mounted in the first place. I was very disappointed. I just spent money on damaged wheels and poor service from the kids in the shop. I really love writing 5 star reviews but this gets two.

I suspected some kind of oil spill when Libby came out from under the car with oil all over the front of her. Other than poor Libby getting covered with oil there was no harm no foul.
