They replaced the broken leaf springs and another one which was going to break soon. They replaced a tire that was worn from the broken leaf springs and hardware along with it. They even identified the lug nuts on the wheels were going bad. They replaced everything and had us back on the road in about three hours. They went out of their way for us. My cylinder head was bad, so they quoted me parts with 300% markup. This was a red flag that I should have not used them. I bought my parts needed to repair my engine. After installing my head, coolant was leaking. They did not follow procedures or they had a hidden agenda. I think both. I should have taken by truck out of their shithole shop then, but they insisted it was my new head was bad . 4 weeks later, Abraham machine service confirmed my head was good and was flat and true. Then Monson blaimed my head gasket was bad. They failed to measure my cylinder liners correctly. I talked with several master certified diesel mechanics and with their measurements, they would not have installed my head. This is what caused the leak,but they said it was in specs, but they charged me to measure my liners, 2.5 hours@ 170/ hour and 3 hours to pack up my parts in boxes. Another $3615 in bullshit labor fees. Over $10,687 and my engine is still not fixed. This shop should not be in business, they will defraud you out of your money! I finally got my rig towed out of their shop. The owner Buck Monson is a piece of trash, he runs a scam business and will lie and cheat you. Jim Jaeger, service advisor aIso is a lying bastard who deserves to be locked up for fraud and deceptive service. I hope they will all get justice soon by the state of Iowa. They need to pay a huge fine and have their business license taken away for their crimes. This is not their first scam and deceptive service and fraud. I call and they come trailer the bike back to their shop. They eventually call and tell me that my front brakes coincidentally went bad while I was leaving their parking lot. I pay them $300 to fix the front brakes. So now I've paid them $650 total. I get about a mile down the road and my front brakes lock up again. I pry the brakes open and limp the bike to my house. Bike hasn't moved since. Their mechanics totally screwed up my Helix because they didn't have the know how to do a simple tire replacement. Save yourself money and headache and take your bike elsewhere for repairs.

I asked the mechanic if he could point a few things out that he was looking at because I want to know as much as possible but sometimes don't know what I'm looking for & he was very kind about it and showed me the things he was checking. When they did their preventative maintenance checks and found an error in my steer tires, Paul clearly and respectfully helped me understand that concern. He was clear about costs and by the end of my service I could drive away and get back on the road with full confidence. I would absolutely take my bus/home back.
