I had unknown issues with my Lexus' air-conditioning system and wisely brought my vehicle to the Moline location. Just today, I was told by another garage that I needed to replace the same axle that you guys replaced. You have really done yourselves bad. We had to replace the flat tire with the 'donut'. We continued to the Quad Cities and stopped at Hughes Tire to attempt to have the tire repaired . We talked to Chuck and he was most helpful and friendly. He suggested we leave the tire and come back after the appointment. We did. He called us later to let us know that the tire was not repairable as the sidewall had been seriously damaged. Unfortunately they did not have the tire we needed in stock and could not get it until the next day. We decided to drive home on the back roads, as suggested by Chuck, on the 'donut'. When we arrived to pick up our damaged tire we were met by another employee who loaded the tire for us and volunteered to have the pressure checked and adjusted in all the tires for us. A third employee offered to check the torque on the lug nuts of the 'donut' which was good as a couple needed tightening. All three employees went out of their way to help us and make sure we felt we were safe on our trip home. They were all friendly and very accommodating. And for their service there was no charge. Their kindness and attention to us was refreshing and very appreciated. To those who live in the Quad Cities area I very highly recommend Hughes Tire for your tire needs. Thank you Chuck and all.

This happened 8 months ago, and now we are at GMC Buick getting the same thing done. They do NOT do the work they say they will, and will take advantage of anyone they can. They also were "checking" something in the engine and broke a bolt whilst checking, and forced us to pay $1500 to be able to take the car, even though there was not supposed to be any work done. Would not recommend to anyone that doesn't know cars or what is wrong with their car. Do not trust them to do diagnostics or any other repairs on your vehicle.

Due to a shortage of parts and inventory due to the COVID fallout, I had to be put on an allocation list with a fully refundable $500 deposit. Jeff explained exactly how it worked and would keep me up to date monthly as to how things were going. Jeff did as he said he would. He contacted me monthly to let me know where I was on the allocation list. The one thing I appreciated was that Jeff did not try to push another model on me just to make the sale. After about five months, I received my first call from Jeff letting me know that they had an allocation of the model I wanted but the car did not have the exact extra's I wanted. Over the next two months, I would receive three more calls for new allocations and that I was finally #1 on the list for the model I requested. I still passed because I had already waited this long so I might as well wait until the vehicle I specifically wanted was available. In month eight, I received the call that the exact car I wanted with all of the correct upgrades was available and I was given a build date. Three weeks after the build date, the car was at the dealership. I showed up a few days later to pick it up. Jeff met me and we went through all of the necessary details along with a test drive of the vehicle in question. After the test drive, I met with the financial officer and negotiated my loan in addition to just a few optional upsells options. Tip..... the extended warranty is negotiable. Soon after I met with Jeff again and I was on my way home with my new car. All of the staff I came across while I was there were nice and accommodating. Nobody is pushy. The experience was excellent and should I ever buy a new Toyota again, I will definitely come to this dealership first. If they had told me when I called to make the appointment or two days later, when I dropped it off, I wouldn't have batted an eye. But to do it with so little time was really irritating. I also told them that I don't use my air conditioner and wasn't worried that it wasn't working when they said they found it was out of Freon. They filled it with Freon anyway and charged me $40 for it. I won't be back.
