I have spoken to Eric before, but didn't use his services because my ant problem went away... so I thought. Since Eric was so great to me just over the phone when I called, I decided to hire him when my ant problem returned this year. Eric was very kind, informative and helpful. He had another job that day, but still had his associate John come over same day (I think he could tell how desperate I was to get this taken care of). I asked that they call me in advance so I could leave work, which they did (and I really appreciated!) His associate John was on time and professional. He was also very sweet to my two hyper dogs and gave me more information on the ant problem and keeping my pets safe after spraying. He sprayed yesterday, and already the ants are almost gone!! He responded in about 5 minutes and said he was nearby and could come right over - less than 10 minutes later he was there and within a half hour he was finished. Since it was a Friday night I assumed I would be able to get anyone to come out until Monday. I found Eric on Yelp and gave him a call based on his reviews. So happy I did as he resolved a yearly reoccurring ant issue that I've battled every summer! My previous pest-control guy would come every year and just say, "Well that's the way it is in the summer". I never thought of exploring another option as I took it for a matter of fact. When my previous post control guy was out of town on vacation I desperately needed help, so I called Eric. Eric came the next day and he resolved my ant issue in 1 day!! An issue I had been dealing with for years. We also had a mouse. Because our home backs to a preserve we are more prone to it. Eric again came the next day and took care of it. What a disappointment what can I say I followed him from him from his previous company where I was happy but Eric promised me the world to follow him and I did let me tell you what a MISTAKE that was before when he was at his previous employer I would call the office if there was an issue and it would get corrected by the staff and or management now I deal directly with Eric who is staff management service tech and everything else in between. I've called a of times because I've had an issue and he promised to come and rectify the issue and nothing it has been 4 calls from from answering to promising to plain ignoring my calls now. I have called and made other arrangements with another company paid a large amount of money to help me with my issue that Eric failed to address. Now that I have seen the true colors of him and doing a bit of research on my own I have discovered that he worked on his own company as he was preciously employed with another and I ask myself how does someone who isn't an owner of a company purchase chemicals for his own company? I know how I'm sure he helped himself to what he could on the dime of his previous company it all makes perfect sense! I have been extremely patient with Eric and if I have now canceled my service with him and have gone elsewhere. You Eric should be ashamed of the unethical and provided me with poor service even when I was the one who allowed you to mislead me and take me away from a place I was perfectly ok with.
