I had three different companies send out termite inspectors and give me quotes and Jetty, by far, was the most thorough and accurate. Their price was comparable with the others, but they were so helpful explaining everything and honest about what the house needed. They gave us more bags when we asked and answered a lot of questions we had. No extras or hidden fees. I would definitely use them again. read more

These guys are very professional and respectful. They always call in advance to make sure it's ok to come by.

Everything good at very reasonable price. Good professional Inspectors and crew. Ana in the office made everything go smoothly. I have fragile roof tiles and expected many broken but finally only 10. read more

Customer service was great. worked with Evita and Ana which where great at explaining the process and reassuring me of the steps that would be taken to start and complete the fumigation process. They came recommended by a neighbor and have also made the recommendation to another neighbor as it was a smooth process and felt at ease with the attention given from Evita and Ana. Will continue to recommend this company service. read more

We had a serious rat problem in our attic that was causing us many sleepless nights. Our service tech James was really great and professional. He identified the entry point, sealed it and set traps. It worked and we have no more issues with rats. From the first call to completion, Jetty was the best we have worked with. Highly recommended read more

Jetty! Wow! They don't make them like you anymore! The team made everything from scheduling to the appointment such a wonderful experience. We weren't sure if we had Termites and called Jetty out. Jesse was our technician and this man is heaven sent! Truly. What a guy! TRANSPARENT, ETHICAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and so so so KIND. Jesse did a thorough inspection, and instead of taking advantage of us and telling us to do a bunch of services he was honest instead and told us the truth. We were relieved to find out we did not have subterranean termites after all. We were so impressed with Jesse. He's a salt of the earth kinda guy. A rare breed. Thank you Jesse for being exceptional! read more

Terrific company. Their bid was highly competitive to rid the attic and garage of rats. They set traps, picked them up over three weeks, then sealed the holes and possible entrances to the attic, removed the infested insulation, and replaced it. Their techs, Bill and Juan, were both efficient and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend this company read more

Jetty Termite & Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Ventura, California

I had issues with birds perching on some conduit on my patio cover. Jetty responded quickly and came out and gave me a free estimate. It seems like not many companies even offer service like this, but Bill from Jetty arrived on time, took notes, and I had an estimate the following day. The price was fair and I had Bill take care of the problem. He was professional and now I won't have bird droppings all over my patio. There was a small issue regarding payment, but nothing major. The owner called and we took care of it. It was very easy dealing with Jetty and I will use their services again if needed. read more

It was very easy to communicate with this company and understand their variety of pest control options. I recommend them.

I'm so glad I met Jesse. He and his team did an amazing job at my home from the inspection, explaining his report, termite wood repairs and tenting of our home! We were so pleased that I recommend Jerty to everyone. I've had other family members use their service and they said that they got 5 Star service as well. This is a great local company! read more

The timing was impeccable given that it was Halloween week... Over the past seven days, my family and I joked that we simply had a ghost in our home. Day one: We happened upon our freshly gifted flowers in a vase shredded to pieces on our kitchen table. Day two: We heard something fall in the middle of the night thinking there was a minor earthquake, only to find our wedding cake toppers made of fondant were on the floor without any crumbs. Day three: I found a half eaten Reese's cup on my office loveseat. It only took us educated folks four days to realize we had a new resident staying in our home without paying rent! I immediately turned to Yelp and found Jetty Termite & Pest Control based on their quick response to previous quotes and stellar reviews. Anna from their office answered the phone and I filled her in on the situation. I pleaded to have an exterminator as soon as possible given that we discovered not only scat throughout multiple rooms but also a creature who had eaten multiple sections of our second floor carpet to through to the studs and several pillows! Anna investigated her representatives availability and returned my call within 10 minutes saying that an exterminator could arrive within an hour. I was ever so thankful! Throughout the three day process, Jesse and Frank were great communicators, on time and very professional. They too felt bad that this mysterious and smart creature was causing havoc within our home. Upon arrival, I explained the situation, showed them where the creatures had been discovered and what damage they caused and brought up where I think they entered from. Jesse came up with a plan that was safe for our little pet chihuahua and our family. Jetty was not willing to give-up or give-in to our problem. Three days and two visits later, we had caught the culprit! I cannot say how grateful I was to have the Jetty team care for us. Not to mention, happy early Veteran's Day to the owner and thank you for your service to our country! read more

Jesse was awesome! A personable guy who was very thorough and informative. Luckily at this point we had no termite evidence so no need to proceed with any mitigation or treatment. But we will for sure be using him for all our future inspections and would recommend him to anyone! read more

Needed to figure out what critters were hanging out under the house. I called Jetty and Nate came out to investigate. He was very thorough in his search. Got to work right away on traps and was a wealth of info. The strategy worked quickly and effectively too. Great communication over the weeks of our services also! read more

I was very pleased with Nate, coming out for an inspection. More so his honesty of not finding termites in the attic when another company (Ecola) said I did have them. I need some spot treatments and I hired them. Very fair price quote. read more

All of our dealings with Jetty have been great: pre-fumigation inspection, tenting, repairs, followup inspection. All personnel we have worked or communicated with very personable and professional. Price quote comparable or better than other companies we contacted but the customer service really clinched it for us. There was no B.S. and we got straightforward, helpful information from the initial inspection. We would use them again in the future if required. read more

Really personal service from the owner, right down to the office manager, Ana. I really feel taken care of. After speaking to two other termite companies I picked Jetty because of their strong Yelp reviews and their kind customer service. I am really glad I did. read more

It is rare to work with a contractor who is not only professional and thorough but who treats you like family. That was the kind of experience we had with Jetty Termite and Pest Control. From the outset, they were the most responsive of all the companies we contacted on Yelp. They scheduled a visit and inspection almost immediately. And not only did Jesse do the most thorough inspection, but he also provided me with a series of tips and measures I could take to minimize pest invasions in the future. He briefed me about the whole process and provided the most reasonable quote. We had some exterior termite damage before, and Jesse got his team to bring in a contractor to replace the affected area. Not only did he do it quickly and reasonably, but it also looked fantastic! We fumigated in the middle of the winter, so high winds forced a couple of postponements. Ana in the office ran point with all of the different contractors and made sure things got rescheduled. She dropped by with fumigation bags for our food when it was convenient for us, kindly taking time out of her weekend to do so. The fumigation went incredibly smoothly, and the team took extra care with our roof, planters, and interior. They double-checked to ensure all rooms and void spaces would be cleared, and that I had not forgotten to pack any food items. Takedown took about two hours, and Ana continually followed up to make sure everything was okay. It was a superb experience, leaving me wishing that I had other projects to do with them. I will definitely use them again, and I have recommended them to my neighbors. read more

Jetty Termite & Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Ventura, California

Terrible service, complete lack of communication. We signed up for a basic pest control service which includes a quarterly service billed monthly. Their online portal for payment is antiquated and almost impossible to process. They have made me sign 3 different contracts for automatic payments and they have all been unsuccessful. Our house is now again littered with spiders and bugs because I found out through an email that they need me to sign god knows what. And my other complaint is that the person that comes out to spray is very conservative as to what he can and can't spray. read more

They were nice people to meet with. Unfortunately, they offered a limited free quote. I was not told in advance how "limited" the inspection would be. I had earlier gotten an "limited" quote from another company which included walking the whole exterior, but excluded the attic. Jetty quote did not include the backyard. The reason i was getting quotes was to price shop and as I told them, if I paid the $100 up front payment, it would defeat the reason that I was price shopping. They told me that much of their business was from people buying or selling a house. I guess they rely on the need for speed. Although I clearly indicated to the lady that I set the appointment up with, that I was not buying or selling, she neglected telling me how "limited" the quote would be. So it turned out to be a waste of their time and mine. The greater waste was on their end. So I obviously went with the other company read more

Thought I had termites in my shed after finding several piles of dirt like droppings. Owner of Jetty inspected the droppings (which I had swept up weeks early) and so what was available for his inspection was limited. He inspected my building, played around with the droppings, and after doing his tests and inspection concluded I had no termites and that they were in fact cricket droppings. He supported it with having not found any of the other tell tale signs of termites like "kick out" holes. He was 100% certain. This is why you call experts, hopefully they are honest. He was affable and I could tell he would appreciate referrals more than doing unnecessary work. I recommend Jetty Termite because the guy that came before from another company wanted to charge me $500 to drill and inject when it wasn't necessary. Thx Jetty! read more

If you're wondering if a company will come out to your house and be honest about whether you actually have termites or not look no further. For some reason I thought I had them and with no prior inspection my mind was racing. Jetty came out and did a full inspection and guess what? No termites. None of that "hey be careful this might be something you might as well buy something from us" nope. Just straightforward no hassle. read more

Awesome job. Nate took great care of me. Good communication and pricing. On time and very efficient.

We recently contracted with Jetty Termite and Pest Control to have our house treated for termite infestation. I have never been more impressed with a company from start to finish. These folks were born with customer service in their DNA. Every person involved was incredibly polite and really valued the opportunity to answer questions and were obviously proud of their Company. Ana and Evita could teach a college-level course on customer service, patience, and how to value and interact with clients. The crew that did the tenting were on time, and very thorough. The attention to detail was very impressive, down to doubling bagging items that we had overlooked. We recommend Jetty without hesitation, their bid was very competitive and the service far exceeded even the best encounters with any business we've experienced. 5 Stars Mywood read more

Nate is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely diligent and thorough. He lets us know when he'll be coming and when he's close to arriving.
