FIVE STARS, would give more if I could! This family-owned and operated company deserve it. These are the kindest and more hard-working honest people I have ever dealt with. I gave Eli a cash tip and he turned around and donated it to cancer research in honor of my family member battling cancer. Great and honest people who are very good at what they do! They go above and beyond for you. read more

They never called me back !! I called and needed support with sudden gopher holes in our citrus orchard and was really disappointed that we never even received a call back. Not a great start. read more

Every summer the ants come to visit and we call Eli to evict them. I used to try all kinds of home made methods and baits and I could just never win the battle. Then I was referred to this company. I noticed a lot of locals swore by them and so I called for help. Ants gone. But that's not the part that mattered most to me. They are good people. They care. Eli worried about the mosquitoes in my fountain. We got rid of them. He knows his stuff. It's always a pleasure to see him every summer. He uses a spray that was not harmful to my dogs and birds and they just had to be in the house about an hour after treatment. I'm grateful I was referred to this company so I'm paying it forward and recommending them to you. read more

I have a new rodent problem and saw Reddit recommend Geopest. I made the call and I'm so glad I did! Eli, the owner, was fantastic and filled with great information. He did a full inspection and gave me some great feedback on how we can solve the problem, rather than just band aid it. He's knowledgeable, honest, and affordable! 5 stars!! Thank you, Eli and Katie! read more

We have used Geopest since we moved to So. Cal, 11 years, any problems we might have we just call and right away they will text us back. Eli and Kathy have always been wonderful, their new guy I believe his name is Michael is very good also. I would recommend this company 200%. We have regular maintenance & if a problem comes up we either call or text right away & they get back with us very fast. read more

I have been using Geopest for a few months now for outdoor rat abatement and the results have been fantastic. They use to chew up my banana tree leaves and leave droppings everywhere. Now they're all gone. Geopest recommended I move from monthly service to every other month, which I appreciate and demonstrates that they are in it for the customer service, not just the money. I also always have such great chats with Eli, he is such a good person. Highly recommend! read more

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Did not try to upsell a long term contract which so many exterminators do. The horrid little ants were gone after one visit. What a relief. read more

Couple months have pasted since I used them - Great service from GEOPEST! I saw 3 huge spiders in one day at my house, so immediately got on my phone and got a quote via Yelp. I usually have small spiders or black widows outside but this time there were wolf spiders - EEEK!!!! I called in and had great service over the phone. Very friendly and relayed all info clearly and throughly. Geopest was able to see me very quickly which is a big plus. I relayed I have sensitive dogs and they assured me they would be fine as long as the dogs don't touch the wet spray. Just in case, I scheduled the spray when the dogs weren't home. Spray session was quick and efficient. Eli was personable and friendly. I asked only for the outside to be sprayed. The spray dried very quickly and just as they promised - no odor. My dogs didn't even smell it when they went outside the next day. There was a spider outside my front door few days after the initial spray, and they explained it may take a week to start seeing results. They kindly returned for an additional spray for my peace of mind. It's been a couple months they spray and I've been 0 spiders outside my home, and a significantly reduced amount of the little guys inside. They have a 60 day warranty which I think speaks not only did the quality, but the promise that the job will get done right. Thank you Geopest!!! If you're wondering what company to go with, I promise you can't go wrong with choosing them. read more

Geopest took care of our nasty ant problem with only one treatment. Professional and skilled!

Best pest control and best customer service! Eli and his wife Katy were so wonderful to work with and they completely took care of our (very gnarly and verey stubborn) ant problem. I was pregnant and then had eventually our new baby and toddler at home and they made sure to be mindful of our health and safety with the products they used. They followed up multiple times during the first 60 days until every ant was gone. And they are just really lovely people. Hire them! read more

Eli is awesome. I've used Geopest a couple times and he is a straight shooter. He's not going to try to upsell you or sell you something you don't need, and their prices are super reasonable considering what you're paying for. We had him put a year or so ago because of a problem we were having with ants, and he gave us a couple traps to use if those guys showed up after he left and also let us know about what to expect with the boom of spiders that were coming later in the year. He is also super knowledgeable about what pests are common in your area and the challenges associated with them, and have some very useful advice on how to deal with a gopher problem I was having. And lo and behold, his advice lead to end of that issue. I would 1000000% hire him again. read more

We had a pretty awful ant invasion. For weeks they were everywhere in our house. We were constantly murdering them with Windex, setting out dozens of little bait discs, even laid a thick line of diatomaceous earth at the foundation. They laughed at our human stupidity. They were relentless. We later learned that the ants weren't coming from outdoors like normal ants. No, ours were esconced in our very walls! We recently bought our circa 1965 home, and like most, it required tenting to kill termites. Who knew that ants are attracted to dead termites and feed on them - like zombie-vampire ants. Last week, a bunch of ants were partying in my underwear drawer. That crossed the line for me. I broke down crying. Then I got really angry. It was time to bring in the professionals; the real ant assassins. Neighbors had used Geopest and bragged about immediate ant relief. Katy who answered the phone, was lovely and calmed me down. She set us up with Sergio, one of their best assassins who came out the following day. He only needed to spray outside once and voila - zero ants. Plus, the spray they use isn't toxic to people, animals or plants. The real test was leaving my dogs' kibble out. Our pups are grazers. Prior to the zombie-vampire ants, we left their kibble out without fear that a frenzying ant moshpit would happen. I yearned for those lazy days again. Post-Sergio, we once more have a completely ant-free house. And I brag about it to anyone who'll listen. read more

First contact by phone was positive and an appointment that fit my schedule was available soon enough. The owner showed up in the window of time for the appointment. He was considerate in asking about wearing a mask immediately. He continued to be respectful of my house and listened to my needs and concerns. He answered my questions and was detailed in his work and explanation of products and treatment. A pleasant experience and a reasonable price for the service. I have already recommended him to a good friend. read more

I called Geopest for a sudden and sizable ant infestation. They were here within a couple of hours and the ants were virtually gone the next day. This is the second time I have used them and they do not fail to impress. Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Would give them 6 stars if I could. read more

Well you know it's not great when you are told "in my 20 plus years I have never seen an ant issue quite like this",ugh! He returned the next day to continue the battle and cancelled his afternoon cause he knew how freaked out I was. Thank you for being easy to reach and helping me sleep at night! Ps Katy in the office has great phone skills. 5 stars for friendly and rapid service. read more

Excellent and prompt service! Took care of ant problem immediately. Highly recommend!

Quick and Effective. Damn Ants! We have been struggling with an annual ant problem. Every year, from June to November, the ants have invaded our home. The internet suggested traps and powders. And said that professional pest controllers could not fix the problem. Well, the internet seems to have gotten it wrong. The GeoPest folks came out a couple weeks ago and we have not seen any ants since. It is guaranteed for months. Though they explained that the vast majority of their customers only need to use their service once in year. I wish had contacted them years ago. read more

I highly recommend Eli at Geopest. I finally had it with ants. I've been dealing with them for years! Tried all the natural tricks, tried Terro bait traps, etc. He is very knowledgeable. Came out once and haven't seen an any since! Highly recommend! Only wish I had done it sooner. read more

Been using Eli for a few years now and he is trustworthy and responsive and very knowledgeable when it comes to his line of work. I call on him for every bug and pest and rodent and he'll tell me where it came from, what to expect and like another reviewer said, he won't upsell either. He'll make suggestions and recommendations if he can't do the job (I had bats one year) which I very much appreciate. Thank you Eli and Katie for helping keep the bugs and pests where they belong! read more

I feel like I need to update my review because I've been with Geopest for almost a year now. We are SO happy we are using them. Yesterday I called hysterical because my dog killed a rat in my backyard and my husband wouldn't be home to pick it up. We had Eli out for our ant problem. Also, my parents used Geopest for a very serious rat infestation. We are very pleased with the service and the results. We will always use Geopest for all future pest issues. Also, Katie in the office is very helpful and kind. read more

Geopest is AMAZING!! I recently bought a home in Ventura that must have been built on a gigantic ant hill. From the beginning there were ants everywhere. I tried ALL the natural solutions and chemical products for 3 months, and nothing worked. Then I did the research into professionals, got bids, and chose Geopest. It ranks as one of the smartest things I've ever done. One treatment and the ants are gone. Seriously GONE. Geopest is a local, family-owned business. The owners could not be nicer, more knowledgeable, or more attentive. The price is very reasonable and guaranteed for 3 months. I cannot recommend them more highly. Geopest is very sensitive to babies and dogs (I have both), and do not use chemicals toxic to either (just to ants). If you think you have to live with ants, even a few, you don't. These guys are great. They care about their customers and strive to serve. Found them through Nextdoor and recommend them highly.

Oh man. We live on a giant ant hill, and things were getting awful. Ants in the kitchen, ants in the bathroom, ants in the living room, dining room, office. Ants everywhere. Thought I was going to lose my mind. Tried all the usual tricks and nothing was working. I called Eli yesterday morning. He returned my call within ~2 hours. Was booked for the week, but he made room in his busy schedule yesterday evening. Not even 24 hours later, 90% of the ants are gone. He said if they aren't totally gone after the weekend, call him and he'll come see what's going on. MAGIC. And Ely was polite and friendly and helpful. And our dog liked him. FIVE STARS, people. read more

Wow! Amazing Job! My landlord should be paying for this, but because he's a flake and a deadbeat, I had to handle it myself. So 3 weeks after I moved into my new place in Canyon Country, I realized I had a rat problem. All of a sudden, rats started chewing holes in my day-clothes and destroying my already-boring wardrobe. So I searched for rat disposal online, and Geopest was who I ended up hiring. I was worried I might get reamed for a basic pest job. But I ended up with Eli, the owner of Geopest. Eli was super-cool and relaxed, and knew his shit enough to put me at ease, and he did all that before I found out he was the owner of Geopest...So, that's real customer service because any service is exceptional when you're that busy. read more

I found Eli on Yelp, the reviews looked great and the reviewers were right. Great guy! the level of honesty and professionalism was impressive. Our infant had some marks so we called him in, he inspected the house and assured us that he didn't think it was bite marks. The pediatrician later confirmed the same. He didn't even charge for the inspection/his time. I would highly recommend him. read more
