They came out on a Thursday set traps but was informed that they wouldn't be back until Monday to check them. This was during one of the heat waves... well the one and only rodent that was caught we ended up having to go into the attic to remove it because the smell so so horrible and they would t be back for 2 days. Over the next week and a half not a single thing was caught. They also scuffed freshly painted ceilings and walls with their ladders. They gave us a quote to rodent proof the areas they found and they came out a few days later to complete service. I inquired both through email and with the technician about clean up services and never got an answer or was told someone would contact me, however they never did. Overall we spent a little over $600 and still had a problem. Since then we've fixed the issues and used better quality traps and had a much more thorough inspection from someone else. Their customer service was good and friendly. I just don't think it's worth the money if the job isn't getting done correctly the first time.
