My heater worked just fine until they tented for termites. Then it didn't & I had to call HVAC tech to come fix it and was without heat/ac for a week. They left part of my porch trim hanging down over my front steps (they came out a few days later & fixed it. And now they're bombarding me with multiple emails per day saying I still owe them and am past due on the invoice I paid in full in February (it's now the end of April). read more

I would give a zero if possible. They did major damage to our tile roof during fumigation. Two roofers and another fumigation company confirmed this amount of damage was unacceptable. Inside Out was not concerned or even apologetic. Repairs were expensive. Please don't use this company. read more

Customer Service in regards to billing is subpar. I would not recommend, based on the handling of an unknown invoice sent 10 months after the service. No consideration was heard or solve for an invoice not followed up from their accounts payable after sending an invoice embedded in the "report" email. The blame was on the customer and the problem was addressed without taking into account of any responsibility on their part, rude response. The seller's of our house used them to fumigate it prior to us purchasing the house. They found some heavy evidence and did the repairs in time for us to close on time and did not cut on quality. (I used a VA loan so they're pretty picky with inspections) We would get constant updates from them throughout the repair which we appreciated. Even after the fumigation and repairs they will without any thought or hesitation come back to check things out. Our siding on the deck got pretty loose and they came back to inspect and retighten everything. Thought we possibly had a reinfestation about 2 years later and they came to inspect. They offered to do a local treatment just to make sure and to clean up the damage. Now that is great service. I highly recommend them. read more

Everything was done in 1 day and they were kind, courteous, hard working, efficient and very very good. I just called to find out what time the tent was coming down and was pleasantly surprised that he really wanted to address my larger concerns. If I could rate 1/2 a star I would. Hack job, literally. They sawed right through some wires behind the outside panel (never mentioned it) and left 2 inch screws sticking out of the top of the roof. They left my cable wires and phone cable wires hanging down along the whole perimeter of the outside of the house. I'm not even sure they replaced everything that had termite damage. Left paint chips and other trash along the outside of the house and in our garden. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! read more

Jose is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gives it to you straight. I don't normally give good reviews just bad ones for when places really disappoint me, but I was really worried about the whole process.
