After waking up with 100 bug bites and receiving a doctor's diagnosis of bed bugs I felt I needed a professional exterminator. Jerry and his daughter thoroughly searched my home but didn't find any bed bugs. They were friendly, informative, helpful and honest. I was thankful there were no bed bugs, perhaps my bites were from chiggers. I was even more grateful that Jerry and his daughter did not perform any treatment as there was no need for it. I was blessed to have such a trustworthy and truthful professional team in my home. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided and the very reasonable fee I was charged. I would call them again if there is a need in the future because they were such a pleasure to work with, are honest and well educated with pest control of so many types of pest invaders! read more

Very poor customer service. They take forever to get back to you and are not very friendly on the phone.

Being a first-time homeowner can be scary but BPC made it so much easier for us. We purchased our home 2 years ago and started to notice termite dropping. I was referred to them by a family friend who says they have great customer service and even better prices. I'm pleased to say it was true. Kathy helped me make my appointment she was so friendly and informative, and all my questions were answered. Saul did my inspection and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. The turnaround for getting the report back was fast and I really appreciated that Melissa was so nice and got our work scheduled in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company, they have great prices and do outstanding work. read more

BPC has now done work twice for me. And the second time was during this COVID19 period. They've been just wonderful. Special thanks to Sal and Saul. Along with the rest of the crew, and Cathy (not sure spelling) as part of the office staff. I would recommend BPC for not just their excellent work, but also because they are just great people. read more

these people were wonderful I was a first time home buyer and they did my FREE termite inspection. They took care of everything when it came down to having wood repair and my house fumigated. If your looking for a ONE STOP SHOP this is it people. The staff was friendly and very professional and it was all for a good price. now I have a monthly service with their guy name David taking care of our spider problem we couldn't be happier. read more

I called BPC based on a recommendation from my realtor. They fumigated for DRY WOOD termites. I was happy with how this job was handled. When termites came back within the warranty period of 3 years, they informed me that SUBTERRANEAN termites were not covered in my warranty. When I asked if they had initially inspected for subterranean termites they said that they had not. I asked "How did you know which kind of termites we had- and whether we needed perimeter treatment (for subterranean) or fumigation (for dry wood) termites?" They did not have an answer. The problem with this company and Saul Guittierrez, who performed the "inspection," prior to fumigation was that they did NOT inspect my crawl space under the house to check for mud tubes and subterranean termites. They were NOT interested in determining whether I had dry wood or subterranean termites- instead doing a cursory examination which revealed dry wood termites. Had they performed a thorough inspection, they would perhaps have seen the subterranean termites. I recommend that you call a competitor that performs thorough inspections rather than "limited" inspections, so that your house gets the proper treatment for termites. read more

The owner Patrick actually came to our house and gave us an excellent quote. We had them do the job and they were very conscientious about our needs with our pets. They were right on time for the estimate and the actual job. Very professional and polite. I would recommend them for your termite problems. read more

I hired BPC to come and do a termite inspection. They showed up early did my inspection and made it easy for me to understand exactly what was going on. They were so good I called and hired them to take care of some ant and spider issues we've been having. If your looking for a great company that knows their stuff look no further! read more

I used BPC Structural Termite Pest Control twice for a condo that needed treating in Westlake Village. Saul was in charge of inspections and Sal was the one who showed up to supervise and contribute to the wood work that needed replacing. The woodwork repairs were extensive and Sal acted professionally including the time he took to answer questions. His work was impeccable however, equally important he was patient with me, a concerned owner. My timeline was tight and BPC was able to fit me into their busy schedule and get the work done so that I could sell my unit. Cathy and Melissa were very patient with me as I had many concerns and continued changes and problems in my work order. I highly recommend the company and want to give a big shout out to Sal! His work is beyond compare. His attitude is A Plus. read more

My HOA uses BPC for termite treatment. They come out and inspect, write up some damage, then schedule repair. When they come out for repair, they find more damage. Then repeat. It is a vicious cycle between them and the HOA gouging home owners. Oh and then they lied to the HOA and said I did not let them inspect some of the property. BTW I was the perfect home owner, paid my dues on time, always got the repairs done no questions asked. Well no more! Steer clear of these scam artists! Come on Deckside Villas home owners, let's get rid of these con men! read more

David came and gave a very detailed and thorough description of how the process works. They were very accommodating to spray the house while we were out of town. We were very happy with the service! read more

Our HOA chose BPC for annual termite inspections and treatments. To our surprise, this year they began mailing optional dates so scheduling was easy! Even better, they sent a technician we appreciated in many ways; on time, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and a positive disposition. Accolades to BPC. You have a great employee in Casey. read more

I used BPC to inspect and fume my mom's house. She has had termites for a very long time and they let us know everything that needed to be replaced which in the near future we will be fixing and of course we will be using them for that as well. As far as the fume it was quick and easy and it took less than 2 weeks to get the inspection and the fume all done. Everything went smooth and their staff is all very friendly and answered my 100 different questions. Thank you BPC! read more

Choosing home services are usually stressful because not only are they costly, but you deal with people that give you the run around. Not BPC peat control. They are a LOCAL family owned company who are honest, reliable, and knowledgeable with competitive pricing to boot. They've been around for years and have done many of our friends homes, I wouldn't dream of going with another company besides BPC. read more
