Great service, friendly and honest. We had our home sprayed inside and out for ants. It's been over a month and still no more ants.

Warning! Do not use Ojai Pest and Termites for your home or business fumigation if you have a tile roof. We used them and they caused so much damage that the low estimate is 8000$ to replace the tiles. You do sign a disclaimer about damage to the roof, but we thought a few tiles would be broken. Not whole sections of the roof. We reached out to them and they say they're not responsible for any cost. The repair of the roof costs more than twice the cost of the fumigation. No effort to help or mitigate any of the damage of the cost from the company. read more

Ojai Termite did the termite repair on my recently purchased home, which was substantial. They did an awesome job and Josh was great to work with. They did a very nice job of joining, filling and sanding where they joined undamaged wood to new wood, I wouldn't know if I hadn't watched the daily progress. I am so impressed with this company as they came right away, gave me a very fair price, and then Gordon trapped the rats in the attic, went around our house and found the trouble spots, fixed them, and came back two more times to make sure no other rodents came back in. We couldn't recommend Ojai Termite & Pest Control more. Their service, especially Trent (who was just terrific to work with), was above and beyond, very customer oriented. We had a real problem with rats and mice in our 60+ year old wooden (dry rot and termites) garage. Rodents had eaten a big hole through the wood and found some other holes along the base of the structure to run in and out of - it was a mess. Their "carpentry" team came and replaced sections of the outside wall that were hopeless, and filled in all the holes along the base and under the eaves of the structure as well. The work looks to be quality carpentry and the team was very responsive. Trent set traps over a 2 week period, checked them every other day (yuck). By the time the final trap check came around, there weren't any dead bodies - whoohoo. We also had a few mice in the house and Trent very generously walked around, saw several vulnerable spots on the outside, and filled them in. The contract was just for the garage but he took that extra step. An overall positive experience even though it did involve dead bodies. read more

Trent was one of the nicest and most professional service providers we've ever dealt with anywhere. He arrived on the early side of the time window, which was great! He showed us the areas of concern and extra steps we could take economically ourselves. He's already set the time when he will return and check the traps for us. Ojai Termite has always been our first choice for pest control and they have continued to deliver at the highest caliber. You wouldn't think anything about catching pests would be pleasant. However they are rightfully confident in their ability and dealing with Trent was truly a pleasure. read more

A big thumbs up and a thank you to Ron at Ojai Termite & Pest for his help today. We discovered a few small droppings in our house this weekend that looked like rat droppings. Being a Sunday, we were in a panic and Ron very kindly came to take a quick look on extremely short notice. He eyeballed the samples we saved and looked carefully in our house and garage and did not feel that what we had were rat droppings...more likely a small lizard somehow got into our place. There are many all around our property so this is definitely possible.This was a big relief to hear and here's hoping he was correct! Ron was so helpful and honest and it was much appreciated. Although I did not use/need the services of this company, I am highly impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Long story short, the caregivers at my moms house said there was bedbugs. left me in a bad situation because nobody wanted to stay with my mom. Kent came out the next day, did a thorough search and reassured me there was no bedbugs. Just a few carpet beetles around. He did not try to recommend or push any unneeded services on myself, which he could have easily done being in the panicked situation I was in. . He said just thorough vacuuming would be sufficient for now. I found his honesty and his work ethic to be of the highest standards! And also I might mention another company came out and recommended fumigation. I'm so glad I had sense enough to get another opinion.So thank you sooo much Kent & Ojai Pest control!! Worst company ever! Over charge you when it is not needed. They make up repairs that need to be done when other companies clear you! They are a rip off company don't ever use them it cost me $1800 to learn my lesson the hard way. read more
