Great service, friendly and honest. We had our home sprayed inside and out for ants. It's been over a month and still no more ants.

Contacted Ojai Termite and Pest control regarding rodents getting in our attic. I also inquired about pest clean up services. They came out on a Thursday set traps but was informed that they wouldn't be back until Monday to check them. This was during one of the heat waves... well the one and only rodent that was caught we ended up having to go into the attic to remove it because the smell so so horrible and they would t be back for 2 days. Over the next week and a half not a single thing was caught. They also scuffed freshly painted ceilings and walls with their ladders. They gave us a quote to rodent proof the areas they found and they came out a few days later to complete service. I inquired both through email and with the technician about clean up services and never got an answer or was told someone would contact me, however they never did. Overall we spent a little over $600 and still had a problem. Since then we've fixed the issues and used better quality traps and had a much more thorough inspection from someone else. Their customer service was good and friendly. I just don't think it's worth the money if the job isn't getting done correctly the first time. read more

Warning! Do not use Ojai Pest and Termites for your home or business fumigation if you have a tile roof. We used them and they caused so much damage that the low estimate is 8000$ to replace the tiles. You do sign a disclaimer about damage to the roof, but we thought a few tiles would be broken. Not whole sections of the roof. We reached out to them and they say they're not responsible for any cost. The repair of the roof costs more than twice the cost of the fumigation. No effort to help or mitigate any of the damage of the cost from the company. read more

Read the other one star reviews, too. Their experiences mirror mine. Dare to question a charge and you'll get anger, hostility, argument interruptions and whining from both ManChild /Child-Owner "Josh" and one of the female receptionists. One star only because there's not a zero-star option. read more

I've been using Ojai Termite & Pest for about nine years now. I've used them on at least five different occasions for three different properties. They get the job done very well! Courteous staff, knowledgeable, technicians, easy scheduling, fair prices, get the work done when they say they're going to. They hit all the marks! I REALLY appreciate that kind of service. - daniel read more

Ojai Termite did the termite repair on my recently purchased home, which was substantial. They did an awesome job and Josh was great to work with. They did a very nice job of joining, filling and sanding where they joined undamaged wood to new wood, I wouldn't know if I hadn't watched the daily progress. High quality and thorough work for the reasonable price. I highly recommend! read more

We have been struggling for a rodent issue at our complex for months under the supervision of another pest control company. Since switching to Gordon and Ojai Pest the rodent issue has been resolved in a matter of a week! I could not be more happy or satisfied with the outstanding service Gordon has provided. read more

I am so impressed with this company as they came right away, gave me a very fair price, and then Gordon trapped the rats in the attic, went around our house and found the trouble spots, fixed them, and came back two more times to make sure no other rodents came back in. I highly recommend Ojai Termite, and Pest Control. And Gordon. He really took care of the situation with such positive energy that he made our day. read more

We couldn't recommend Ojai Termite & Pest Control more. Their service, especially Trent (who was just terrific to work with), was above and beyond, very customer oriented. We had a real problem with rats and mice in our 60+ year old wooden (dry rot and termites) garage. Rodents had eaten a big hole through the wood and found some other holes along the base of the structure to run in and out of - it was a mess. Their "carpentry" team came and replaced sections of the outside wall that were hopeless, and filled in all the holes along the base and under the eaves of the structure as well. The work looks to be quality carpentry and the team was very responsive. Trent set traps over a 2 week period, checked them every other day (yuck). By the time the final trap check came around, there weren't any dead bodies - whoohoo. We also had a few mice in the house and Trent very generously walked around, saw several vulnerable spots on the outside, and filled them in. The contract was just for the garage but he took that extra step. An overall positive experience even though it did involve dead bodies. read more

Buyer beware. Have done several jobs over the years but lately the service, price and patronage is unappreciated. Make sure you expect a rude reception if anything goes south. read more

Trent was one of the nicest and most professional service providers we've ever dealt with anywhere. He arrived on the early side of the time window, which was great! He showed us the areas of concern and extra steps we could take economically ourselves. He's already set the time when he will return and check the traps for us. Ojai Termite has always been our first choice for pest control and they have continued to deliver at the highest caliber. You wouldn't think anything about catching pests would be pleasant. However they are rightfully confident in their ability and dealing with Trent was truly a pleasure. read more

Repeated increases in costs due to inadequate evaluation up front. The more work I did to fix the items they highlighted resulted in increased observations of termite and wood rot. They wanted their slice of my home sale profit and they got it. read more

These folks and their subcontractors were terrific. Family-owned business in Ojai, serves Ventura as well.

A big thumbs up and a thank you to Ron at Ojai Termite & Pest for his help today. We discovered a few small droppings in our house this weekend that looked like rat droppings. Being a Sunday, we were in a panic and Ron very kindly came to take a quick look on extremely short notice. He eyeballed the samples we saved and looked carefully in our house and garage and did not feel that what we had were rat droppings...more likely a small lizard somehow got into our place. There are many all around our property so this is definitely possible. This was a big relief to hear and here's hoping he was correct! Ron was so helpful and honest and it was much appreciated. Thanks again! read more

Although I did not use/need the services of this company, I am highly impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Long story short, the caregivers at my moms house said there was bedbugs. left me in a bad situation because nobody wanted to stay with my mom. Kent came out the next day, did a thorough search and reassured me there was no bedbugs. Just a few carpet beetles around. He did not try to recommend or push any unneeded services on myself, which he could have easily done being in the panicked situation I was in. . He said just thorough vacuuming would be sufficient for now. I found his honesty and his work ethic to be of the highest standards! And also I might mention another company came out and recommended fumigation. I'm so glad I had sense enough to get another opinion. So thank you sooo much Kent & Ojai Pest control!! Will definitely use your services in the future if needed! read more

Had Ojai Termite tent my house. Very satisfied with the process. Tenting is always a a pain but they did a good job getting everything coordinated. Good follow up service too. Fair price and no BS add on extras were pushed at me. Like that they were also recommended on BBB site. read more

Very happy with their reliable and trustworthy service, and we feel that we are in good hands whenever they come out to inspect our place. We are new in town and so finding people we can trust is important to us, and we were already scammed by a pest place in Ventura, so we were relieved when we found them. read more

These guys are great, reliable, responsive and fair priced. I have been using them for years and would not use anyone else.
