Contacted Ojai Termite and Pest control regarding rodents getting in our attic. I also inquired…read moreabout pest clean up services. They came out on a Thursday set traps but was informed that they wouldn't be back until Monday to check them. This was during one of the heat waves... well the one and only rodent that was caught we ended up having to go into the attic to remove it because the smell so so horrible and they would t be back for 2 days. Over the next week and a half not a single thing was caught. They also scuffed freshly painted ceilings and walls with their ladders. They gave us a quote to rodent proof the areas they found and they came out a few days later to complete service. I inquired both through email and with the technician about clean up services and never got an answer or was told someone would contact me, however they never did. Overall we spent a little over $600 and still had a problem. Since then we've fixed the issues and used better quality traps and had a much more thorough inspection from someone else. Their customer service was good and friendly. I just don't think it's worth the money if the job isn't getting done correctly the first time.

Ryan came out and gave us an assessment and then gave us tips on how to find out if we actually had any currently and how to stop them. He didn't charge us, so we had him back a few months later to find out if we had mice again or to see if we had eliminated them. He did another quick inspection and determined that we had taken care of the problem, and then gave us some mouse traps in case we needed them in the future. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused. Ryan (and I'm sure the whole enterprise) couldn't be more professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just straight up generous. We will never use anyone else, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
