I asked if they give a Veteran Discount, as I am a Vietnam Veteran. The man said "no they do not because other customers got mad and they lost about 25 accounts because the "non veteran" people felt "left out." I told him that was offensive to me as a veteran myself. John services our house and always gives us a heads up the day before that he'll be coming and around what time, he asks if we have any issues, he lets us know promptly if they need to reschedule due to rain, and he always makes sure to remind us about keeping our dogs inside during the time when they're spraying and for a bit afterwards too. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. We were having a lot of problems with bugs and spiders around our home and we had another pest control company, but they didn't seem to be doing a great job and we weren't really happy with them. We called around to a lot of different places just felt everybody was so overpriced and then we tried Eric the bug guy. There's truly no flaws with this company. Everything is billed automatically every other month I feel that the pricing is extremely fair. We've had a couple times where we've had something develop that had nothing to do with our normal maintenance and they came out at no charge to take a look at it for us, as promised. And they did this right away, which I also appreciated. Our technician Rich is amazing and very communicative and easy to reach. And I'm not really someone who is easily impressed. But I am impressed by him and this company as a whole. It's hard to find companies like this today and I just really appreciate them. Called on what was first a bee problem and was honestly informed not to exterminate bees but given a good reference for a bee relocator. Turns out they weren't bees but yellow jackets and was able to re-engage them. Ryan was able to come over withing a few hours and spent a good amount of time handling the issue.
