I was in a state of panic when I reached out to Cragoe. There were ground squirrel holes all around my farm. My delicate flowers were dying. Their vulnerable roots were being exposed and damaged. I called a number of pest control companies and I couldn't believe the solutions I was being pitched. The solutions that were being recommended were overly complicated elaborate and expensive. Friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he's been doing this a long time and knows what he's doing. I'm amazed at how quickly Darry has gotten our squirrel problem under control. I feel completely confident leaving Darry in charge of my pest problem now, so I can focus my attention on growing my flowers. I had a great experience with Cragoe. Mark Nuhfer, the technician came over that same day. He helped me with my bee problem. I had bees that were entering in my house. They were hoovering on the window sill. Mark, was very helpful. He went above and beyond in helping me. He check the fireplace. He gave me tips on how to kill any bees that may linger. Great experience with Cragoe. We needed help with bee hive removal from our yard. Received a prompt response from the owner of the company for a quote that was placed through yelp over the weekend on Saturday evening. Quote was reasonable in comparison to others who responded. The technician Luis was knowledgeable & responsive when I had questions about the process. We had projects going on which required onsite contractors to be here- Luis was mindful & considerate about timing to reduce issues that his process might cause with the bees & consequently to the people on site. Terrible. Horrible customer service. Unrealistic hours. [This review is based on the first and only call I will make to this company.] I called to set up a time for a weekend inspection. This company does NOT work weekends NOR do they work past 4pm. When I told the lady on the phone that I cannot accommodate those crazy hours - because, like them, I work during the day. She had the audacity to suggest that I take a vacation day to stay home. What the heck?! Are you effing for real!!!!? You expect me to waste one of my precious vacation days so you can come and just look at my home - not even perform the service - because your company fails to recognize that your potential customers might also have 9-to-5 jobs!? Our house suddenly was a haven for ants and earwig bugs, aka "pincher bugs" (a lot of earwigs!) I called the office and was kindly greeted with professionalism. They had the service person that works in our area contact me within a couple of hours. Our service man is Rudy. I chose Cragoe because of no nonsense sales tactics as I received from calling 3 other companies. Rudy told me an approximate cost. He didn't try to loop me into a contract. I was recommended to this company and called them out to my house for an issue. I was quoted a price for overall work and when I got the invoice, it was about $50 higher so I thought, maybe a mistake...I emailed Michelle back who sent the invoice - got no answer so I called the Terry who initially did the consultation and left a message - Still no reply back. It's been 4 days and still no answer from the company. I was told that they once invoice is signed, they could come out within a few days. I guess buyer be aware as they do not promise on what they say or quote!! Also, don't waste anyone's time if you are not willing to do the job. It's simple customer service to call back, email back or text. There are other companies who quoted me less and did a far better job. read more

Cragoe is the only pest service we have use in our home. We tried other 'big name' pest services before we moved into the area, but weren't really satisfied. They always wanted to sell a maintenance plan. We don't have to use Cragoe all of the time, because they get the job done! We had a horrific ant problem - in the walls, in the pipes, it was like our house was built on an ant hill. They evaluated the problem, told us realistically what we could expect and how long it would take, and said when we saw 1 ant, call right away. It took a few servicings about 4-6 months apart and the tips they gave us really helped - we have been ant-free now for 6 years. Whatever they use works, and after it dries, it is safe for my dogs. They are honest and dependable, and let you decide what plan of attack will work best for you, no high pressure up selling - highly recommend. read more

Miguel just came by and inspected our roof after calling last week to report we have rodents in our crawl space or on our roof. Miguel quickly determined they were most likely on the roof as there is no apparent access to a crawl space. He put screens over two bathroom vents and a hole in the corner of the roof. We called Cragoe after another company was unsuccessful in helping us with our rodent problem. Miguel got back to us right away, and was very responsive by phone and text as well. We had an initial discussion over the phone about our problem, and when he got to our place for an inspection, he was extremely thorough and talked us through everything. He even got up on his ladder to inspect our roof area, which apparently is not something that many pest companies will do. At the end, he made some suggestions as to how to fix our problem, helped us set up a trap that we had previously purchased ourselves, and then went on his way without charging us a dime nor trying to sell us on any pest control or elimination package. Instead he gave us his card and told us to call him if we find that we need further help. He was very helpful, straightforward and honest, and we really appreciated it. We used to use other pest control services, but they did not communicate well with us and I never really knew when they were coming for the maintenance service or not. They also didn't ever touch spider webs on my house or under the eaves. We began using Cragoe 4 years ago. Their owner Dave is extremely knowledgeable and has a heart of service. We are also entirely happy with their pricing, their courteous staff, and their excellent communication. The service tech calls the day before each time they are coming to let me know. Then, when I see him working, he not only sprays my yard thoroughly (we haven't had an ant invasion since they began), but he checks the house over and even brushes the cobwebs off from under the eaves.
