I strongly recommend High Quality Pest Control. I had rat problem in my attic and couldn't get rid of them by myself. Therefore, I tried to find a pest control company to help me seal all the entrances. I talked to three different pest control companies. Only High Quality Pest Control actually inspected into my attic (For the other two companies, they only inspected the roof). Also they provided the FREE-one-year service to guarantee all the entrances of the rats are sealed. After two treatments (the second one is free because it's within a year after the first services), the rats totally disappeared from the attic (I have a security camera in my attic to monitor the rats, so I can 100% sure they are gone. They still occasionally come to my garden but just cannot go into my house because of Bill and James' excellent work). Besides the rat, they are also expert on other pests. I suspected to have some bed bug bites late October, so I talked to them again. After hearing my description, they said it might be mosquitos instead of bed bug. Therefore, there shouldn't be any treatment to do. They are right! The "bed bug" bites disappeared after the mosquitos are dead when the weather turns cold. - Inspection: Great! James actually climbed and inspected my attic. Other two companies didn't. - Sealing: James and Bill did a great job on sealing. They also sealed two missing spots from the 1st sealing for FREE. - Rat Trap: James is an expert for trapping the rats. They go straight to the trap that James set and got instantly killed (No suffer to the rat). Cannot give enough compliment for High Quality Pest Control and its crew James. They responded timely, take their job seriously, professionally and deligently. We just bought a new construction Home and unfortunately found mice activities at night just one week before my due day. It is a lot of pressure just thinking of the mice could harm my to be born baby by spreading the Virus. My hubby bought some traps at the beginning and it did captured some of the mices, however, when we note some holes made by those mices and the mice sizes are pretty small,you know things are a lot more worse than you can imagine. I do feel we need more professional help even my hubby is a very capable engineer and handled all this kind of task by himself. I sent some inquiries via yelp and High Quality responded right away and was the only one who offered free inspection. James comeby the next day and carefully inspected everywhere, including attic, which we didn't even think of. Btw, James is always straight to the point and a pleasure to discuss with and very flexible. When he begins to deploy the traps our flooring project almost begins at the same time, so we do have time pressure here as we wanna seal all the holes before the new flooring was installed. James said not a problem at all and he found out 9 holes and 6 more entry points and got all sealed within the same day, we are so impressive, we understand it may take $1800 for big companies to handle this type of job given the time and effort he spent on. While it only cost us $600, which was fixed at the very beginning Without knowing there will be so much to work on. And this is not the end, James set the traps and adjusted it based on the mice's size and come by three more times even no mice activities was detected, just to make sure they are gone completely. We do feel the high quality work they are trying to deliver and strongly recommend everyone who need their services.
