I was having a bad ant problem, due to the rise in temperature and the ants are looking for water. I called AAction Pest, and the next day they sent out Chris. It's been 3 days, and no more ants! Yay!! read more

Don was amazing! He knew how to expertly deal with Bats, and he came prepared with the knowledge they are protected by law, and the right equipment to allow them to fly out but not get back in. He also cared about how it looked so he suggested a very nice quarter-round finish to block their entry, and he even installed that. Don and AAction will be my #1 choice for pest control from here on out!!! And he's really nice and great to work with as well!!! Best! Jane read more

The guys that came out did a good job. I was happy with their service for a few years but when I called and I was told it was the owner I spoke to, this guy was very rude on the phone. All I called for was to let them know that their message of coming out for service the next day was not needed because they had just come out the week previous. Very poor manners on his part. read more

I was in a terrible state because I thought I had bed bugs I got in touch with AAction and the guy on the phone was so helpful his name was Ray. He arranged for the next day for them come out. This very jolly guy comes, so friendly his name was Oscar he straight away loved my dogs We go upstairs and I am fit to be tied thinking he was going to say my whole house is filled with bed bugs. Instead he really inspected and told me I have no bed bugs He explained to me what they looked like and where they hide and that my mattress and sheets were spotless I still have a smile on my place and I really recommend AAction pest control read more

Great service and great pricing! I got same day service for cockroaches in my 4-unit apartment building in Glendale. Armando was great! Called when he was 30 min away, polite to tenants. He explained to the tenants that they had American cockroaches, treated the apartment, and gave the tenants advice on how to help prevent the roaches from coming back. Highly recommend! read more

PET SAFETY ISSUE - i asked them about pet safety of their products and they assured me that after 30 minutes of the fly treatment, the dogs should be allowed to go outside. I waited 1.5 hours just to be safe and let my dogs out because both of my dogs are grazers and like to eat grass. Both my dogs got bloody stool that was mostly grass. I called to let them know about what happened and the guy on the phone basically tried to claim that my dogs had probably gotten into something or that it was some kind of coincidence that they treated our lawn on the same day....he said he would call me back and I have still not heard from them. read more

Chris came out to my place today to do a quick treatment and he was awesome. Very nice and professional and explained to me the situation (my 1st time experiencing termites!). He was in an out in under an hour and did a great job. I was very happy 5/5 stars. Highly recommend! read more

I had a rat in my attic and it was waking us up around 5am most mornings, chewing on everything I'm sure. Sticky traps didn't work. When it chewed through my DirecTV line, I decided to call a professional. My first call was to another company and a "salesman" tried to upsell me. I then used YELP and found AAction. I sent a message on a Sunday and they contacted me Monday morning. Dan showed up Tuesday on time which goes a long way with me. He didn't try to upsell me and gave a fair price to trap the bastard rat. Around a week later that rat was dead and Dan removed it. He screened off a couple of possible entrance ports to my attic and refused to take extra money for doing it! WTF? AAction is professional, punctual, friendly and fair. If I could give 10 stars, I would and I will refer everyone possible! read more

We are long time clients of the Tim Cooley family owned Pest Control that is now Action Pest Control. When our painter informed us that a large cross beam was infested we did not hesitate to call Action. Technician Chris did the initial inspection and termite treatment. Chris was knowledgable, professional and gave us seniors peace of mind with the explanation and repair. We would easily refer Action and Chris to our neighbors and friends if and when the situation calls for any type of pest treatment. It is gratifying to hire a family owned local business that is reliable, honest, and reasonable. Thank you Chris & Action Pest Control. CB & me in Agoura Hills, CA read more

I've been using AAction Pest Control for over a year. I called them initially to help me with an ant problem. Since they have been coming for regular pest treatments outside, the ants have never returned. They are super responsive and will treat inside if I have a particular issue. The owner of AAction cannot communicate with his own technicians solving problems caused by his own inability to communicate to his staff and customers. His technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and polite, he is not. His rude demeanor when his company failed to perform their service is intolerable and not worth writing here. There are many companies better suited to provide humane removal of wild animals and conduct themselves with respect. Only reason there is one star is I cannot post here wihout it. I would give this owner a zero. read more

I've used this company for years and am very happy with them. Noah came this morning, and did a great job!

I called for bee removal and they came within 30 minutes. Noah arrived and I showed him the swarm and he gave me a complete rundown of what the bees were doing and what he was going to do to get them to leave. Noah was kind and professional and was in and out within another 30. No more bees! He showed me the end result and I was very pleased to see the hole plugged up with stucco and no more bees. Noah came out and sprayed our yard since we were not home when they came the first time. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do and explained what treatment was best for us. On short notice the company had a tech come out (within 3 hours) which I really appreciated. Ralph was very friendly, explained the treatment and advised me of the potential fumes from the organic one in case I had asthma and the need to keep the dogs inside for 20-30 minutes after the lawn area was sprayed. He used one type of spray inside (organic) and one type outside (traditional). It has been 5 weeks and we thankfully do not have any ants currently. The cost was $75 more than another company that could not make it out for two days. Well worth it. They will do a complimentary re-treating in 30 days if the ants return. The fumes were gone within a couple hours with the windows open. read more

This place is great! We just had Raymond out to spray our house for spiders and take care of a rat in the backyard -- he is fantastic! Very patient, answered all of my questions, gave me options and advice, etc. Really wonderful experience since my initial phone call to schedule our first visit. We also have 2 indoor cats so a pet-safe spray was important to us. On top of that, they are incredibly affordable! Highly recommend!!!! read more

Raymond came for an initial service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sprayed inside and outside the property and took the time to do a thorough job and answer all questions. This company was recommended to me by a contractor I'm using on my rental property. It was having some pretty bad roach problems. I called them and they were very quick to come out and spray the condo. My tenant was very pleased. They gave a 30 day warranty, and when my tenant saw a few roaches before the warranty was up she called them and they came back to do another spraying for free. My tenant advised that whatever they were using did not have a smell and did not cause them any discomfort. They were able to send the invoice to me over email for payment. Well done! read more
