The guys that came out did a good job. I was happy with their service for a few years but when I called and I was told it was the owner I spoke to, this guy was very rude on the phone. All I called for was to let them know that their message of coming out for service the next day was not needed because they had just come out the week previous. I was in a terrible state because I thought I had bed bugs I got in touch with AAction and the guy on the phone was so helpful his name was Ray. He arranged for the next day for them come out. This very jolly guy comes, so friendly his name was Oscar he straight away loved my dogs We go upstairs and I am fit to be tied thinking he was going to say my whole house is filled with bed bugs. PET SAFETY ISSUE - i asked them about pet safety of their products and they assured me that after 30 minutes of the fly treatment, the dogs should be allowed to go outside. I waited 1.5 hours just to be safe and let my dogs out because both of my dogs are grazers and like to eat grass. Both my dogs got bloody stool that was mostly grass. I called to let them know about what happened and the guy on the phone basically tried to claim that my dogs had probably gotten into something or that it was some kind of coincidence that they treated our lawn on the same day....he said he would call me back and I have still not heard from them. read more

I had a rat in my attic and it was waking us up around 5am most mornings, chewing on everything I'm sure. Sticky traps didn't work. When it chewed through my DirecTV line, I decided to call a professional. My first call was to another company and a "salesman" tried to upsell me. I then used YELP and found AAction. I sent a message on a Sunday and they contacted me Monday morning. Dan showed up Tuesday on time which goes a long way with me. He didn't try to upsell me and gave a fair price to trap the bastard rat. Around a week later that rat was dead and Dan removed it. He screened off a couple of possible entrance ports to my attic and refused to take extra money for doing it! WTF? AAction is professional, punctual, friendly and fair. The owner of AAction cannot communicate with his own technicians solving problems caused by his own inability to communicate to his staff and customers. His technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and polite, he is not. His rude demeanor when his company failed to perform their service is intolerable and not worth writing here. There are many companies better suited to provide humane removal of wild animals and conduct themselves with respect. Only reason there is one star is I cannot post here wihout it. I called for bee removal and they came within 30 minutes. Noah arrived and I showed him the swarm and he gave me a complete rundown of what the bees were doing and what he was going to do to get them to leave. On short notice the company had a tech come out (within 3 hours) which I really appreciated. Ralph was very friendly, explained the treatment and advised me of the potential fumes from the organic one in case I had asthma and the need to keep the dogs inside for 20-30 minutes after the lawn area was sprayed. He used one type of spray inside (organic) and one type outside (traditional). It has been 5 weeks and we thankfully do not have any ants currently. The cost was $75 more than another company that could not make it out for two days. Well worth it. They will do a complimentary re-treating in 30 days if the ants return. The fumes were gone within a couple hours with the windows open. read more

This company was recommended to me by a contractor I'm using on my rental property. It was having some pretty bad roach problems. I called them and they were very quick to come out and spray the condo. My tenant was very pleased. They gave a 30 day warranty, and when my tenant saw a few roaches before the warranty was up she called them and they came back to do another spraying for free. My tenant advised that whatever they were using did not have a smell and did not cause them any discomfort. They were able to send the invoice to me over email for payment. Well done! read more
