I have never seen such unethical business tactics from an industry as I have this one. They clearly fleece people who they think are ignorant to their methodology. Ron is great. Dan didn't appreciate the fact that I told him I don't appreciate being 'worked.' Bait and switch tactics, but, that is for their conscious to decide because I don't have time as a woman who lost her husband to cancer late last year to be conned by a "family owned business." This industry needs to be regulated like used car dealers, it is not. $250.00 give or take,, and DAN looked around thinking I had money, which I no longer having taken care of my husband since 2011 with esophageal cancer, bladder cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer which is why I had to call someone after being married for 34 years my husband took care of this. Lived here since 2008 NO RODENT PROBLEMS, I wish this industry had to take lie detector tests. I wish that the world had more honorable people. I have once again seen how corrupt this extermination business is, having been a business owner myself since 1994 before it had to be closed to take care of my beloved husband. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Rene was the technician that helped us with a major ant infestation we ran into in our home ("thank you rain! - I love you, but my gosh the pests you bring"). Rene explained everything he was doing and also informed us that they had PET SAFE products that would not make our dogs sick. he sprayed both outside and placed a gel inside. He let us know that the ants will become worse before better - he was right. However, after a few days when there were still lingering ants (he did inform us that sometimes it requires more than one treatment), Rene returned, worked his magic and now - we are ANT FREE. Manager is totally rude and inconsiderate. I had used them for years and have never had a problem. I had paid for an inside/outside treatment for spiders and they did the outside, but I had to have him come a different day to do the inside because I didn't have a car to take the cats into that day. The employee said no problem, to take my time and just call back when I can reschedule. So, I did and I explained the situation to the manager, who decided to be completely sarcastic and rude right off the bat. He refused to take my family emergency situation (where I had to reschedule) seriously or with any kind of compassion and won't come do the inside which I already paid for. I have been using AAction Pest Control for many years on the outside of my house. On Saturday, 4/2 my son told me that he thought he had been bitten by bed bugs. I called AAction at 7:30 am on a Saturday, and Noah came out that morning! Great service when you have an emergency! Noah was fantastic. He came and was pleasant, knowlegable and took his time to tear apart the mattress from the box springs, investigate all over the room and came to the conclusion that he thought my son had come into contact with a carpet beetle and that he did not see signs of bed bugs. I was in desperate need of a new pest control guy. My previous guy just stopped coming and my patio was full of spiders. So much so that I didn't feel comfortable going outside at night. Also, we had a few rats in our citrus trees. I called and Preston came out that very same day! He was right on time and very curious. Tech shows up, stays 5 mins or so. Doesn't apply anything. Doesn't clean the spider webs. Then the company thinks it's ok to raise the rates. Cool if you actually do the job. Called in to cancel service on 5-16-22, was told I woks get a call back same day or next, had ti call back on 5-26.On 5-27 the manager (owner) and had worse attitude than their reps. He said I don't wanna talk about the past when I mentioned the 2 week delay in phone calls. Canceled service and will switch to a company that listens. Don't waste your money here. read more

I've been using Aaction for about 2 years now, because all of a sudden we started having issues in our neighborhood with sewer roaches. EWWWWW. We also have a lot of black widows, so now I have the exterior sprayed monthly. It has definitely helped with both issues. Today Noah came by to do the spraying. He checked the eaves for spider webs and sprayed extra where needed. I also had a past due balance because I completely forgot to pay last month's bill, and he was very kind in his approach when he reminded me of my overdue account (which is now paid in full, lol). I keep my back gate locked at all times and they always call me a day before they come so I can unlock it for them. Overall, I'm very happy with this company. My coworkers use them too, which is how I found them in the first place. :) read more

Great service! I called them for flies that had invaded my home. They sent a very nice young man (don't know his name) out about an hour later and sprayed all over the house. After a day or so, there were still a few live ones, so I called. He came out again to respray at no cost. I will definitely use this company again. read more

He had a technician named Mike out here the next day who helped us with rats in our attic. We are thankful for Aaction Pest Control, because I am much better standing on the ground and not in a dark attic with rats where I can hurt myself, and probably the rats I want to also say thank you to Don to, who was also very helpful and knowledgeable when providing us an estimate on sealing up the entry ways and other services. I want to give special recognition to Mike who has a heart as big as his 6 foot 5 frame is. He is very kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend Aaction Pest Control in the future. UPDATED REVIEW I had to call Aaction Pest Control back, because the rays had found a new entry way. Robert the tech came guy and walked around the property, went in the attic, and found where they were entering in the garage through a hole they had eaten through the wall. Aaction did their job, as all of the holes were plugged; but they found a new way in. They offered a pretty good and thorough service. My house had a sudden and enormous ant infestation where they ate pet food or any single crumb on the floor and they end up in the shower, it was disgusting. So I called AAction because of the Yelp reviews and the fact that the bigger name exterminators had abysmal views. Called right before closing and some nice guy gave me the price estimate after I told him the size of the home and yard and the type of insect. My "bug guy" promptly showed up the next morning in the time frame he gave me and he sprayed the inside of the house and put gel outside in the colonies. I had no idea but there were a dozen or more colonies right outside the freaking house! I even asked the guy, horrified, if it was the worst house he had ever seen, and he responded without a blink "not even close." Only problem was, and he did warn me about this, the infestation appears to get worse before it gets better. Oh my god. There were so many ants in my bedroom (where they never were before!) you could see them milling around the carpet. Nasty, right? Well he told me to give it a week until we call again (they give a satisfaction guaranteed warranty for the first 30 days). So I called and he came back really quickly to exterminate the remaining as****e ants. They had dwindled during the week after the huge boom (he claimed stirring up the nests will make them frantically look for food, or something). Anyway, the house is now 100% ant free. My cats are happy, too, because I can put their bowls on the floor again without worrying it will become an ant banquet in 5 minutes. Thanks, AAction!
