I haven't had an exterminator service our house in many years until now. The ants got so bad and couldn't curtail them. I was out of town and my girls couldn't keep up with the ants. We previously used them for ants last summer. They did a great job, and used a spray that was not harmful to the dogs and did not affect my asthma. We have not seen a single ant since! Our mom's garage is stacked full of stuff and we heard rats. John came out and told us what to do to prevent rats from getting in the house: cutting back the trees and replacing the garage screens. He then put traps in the attic and in the garage, and caught 11 rats over a couple of weeks. Now we are rat-free and can use the garage again. John was wonderful: professional, efficent, friendly and cleaned up after himself. This is our go-to company for any more bugs and pests! read more

Eric is super responsive and got back to me quickly. He was able to send one of his guys out to treat our ant problem within a day since it was urgently needed. We had more ants in our kitchen than I've ever experienced and normal ant baits were not doing the trick. Very disappointed. We ended up with a rodent problem in our yard on his watch. Bait boxes were increased up at the house, which never made sense to me. New service immediately implemented traps away from the house. He was unwilling to check out attic due to "company policy". He owns the company. All other pest control companies kept an eye on that for us. Forgot to mention that his team saw what they thought was a rattle snake skin in our yard. Despite repeated requests to monitor cobwebs at pool, failed to realize and his team failed to identify black widows, which are deadly. Feel that I've had to invest a lot to correct the mistakes and feel very grateful that the issues didn't result in injury to ourselves or pets. read more

Called the other morning and immediately got a real person. He asked me lots of questions to describe the spider issues I was having. The same day two technicians came out. Both guys, John and Ryan, listened to what I needed. They let me take them around my yard. Did a fantastic job cleaning up the many spider webs all over the house and yard. What can I say, I never thought I would see the day where I would not find ONE SINGLE SPIDER around our home. I have spoken to Eric before, but didn't use his services because my ant problem went away... so I thought. Since Eric was so great to me just over the phone when I called, I decided to hire him when my ant problem returned this year. Eric was very kind, informative and helpful. He had another job that day, but still had his associate John come over same day (I think he could tell how desperate I was to get this taken care of). I asked that they call me in advance so I could leave work, which they did (and I really appreciated!) His associate John was on time and professional. He was also very sweet to my two hyper dogs and gave me more information on the ant problem and keeping my pets safe after spraying. He sprayed yesterday, and already the ants are almost gone!!
