I ordered my food and was disappointed in the quality. The steak was very hard and overcooked. When it came time for the bill, my total tab was $29.50. I gave the waitress Barbra (2) $20 bills.. so $40 total. I asked for change back to I could give an appropriate tip. Barbra brought back a $10 bill and shortened me cash... the restaurant was busy and I did wait to see if I could get her attention. I did have things to do today so I just took a loss on my change and left the tip. Just wanted to leave a review in hopes of the restaurant ensuring their wait staff gives customers their change!
