After one man came to inspect after another week someone came to put in gas unobserved. I estimated that they would fill the tanks to 80 percent and I would pay for 200 gallons at around $2:50 a gallon as I thought I was quoted on the phone or $500. They did fill the tank to 80 percent on the button However, I received a bill for almost $800. I complained and they told me my meter must be broken. We all agreed it was at 80 percent now. I notified them in writing before the fill that it was at 40 percent. If a business can't give you a fair weight or measure and their estimate isn't even close to what I actually measured what is it worth? Don't waste your money

I live in Peppermint Mobile Home Park, and was using Amerigas as a propane supplier. Last September our park management decided to use another propane provider (Suburban) to serve the park collectively, and they finished installation early October. I wrongly assumed Amerigas would automatically stop my autopay since they wouldn't be delivering, but they were still billing me for October, November and December. I have since removed my autopay, but was still being charged. I canceled my account by phone in November, December, and now again, today, in January. Each time I call, it's a minimum of 30 minute wait, but today was over an hour -- and they hung up!! They may still be charging me, and to add insult to injury, have charged a late fee. However, I put in a claim with my bank for charges paid. Suburban Propane has been delivering propane since October 2024. According to the agent at Suburban, it is incomprehensible to charge monies on a product that was not delivered. To date, I still cannot get any answers as to why or how I can be billed for service that was not provided !!! :- (
