It's been 100% reliable for the 25 hours I have on it, and the guys at Tractor City were easy to deal with and fair. The only complaint is a total hassle every time I'm trying to get a ride home. They have a courtesy vehicle but every time I drop the vehicle here they're is always some excuse as to why I have to wait 30 to 45 mins to get a ride home. That's the one thing keeping them from getting 5 stars.
