Exceptional Service -- Above & Beyond!…read more We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim's Automotive in Sonora! We were traveling in our RV when we unexpectedly had an issue and called them around 4:00 PM. Even though they were already busy, they immediately stepped up to help us. They ordered the part we needed right away and, knowing we were traveling in our RV, allowed us to stay overnight safely in their yard while we waited for the repair. That alone meant so much to us and gave us incredible peace of mind. The next day, they made us a priority, got the repair completed, and had us back on the road. We knew they had other customers and a busy schedule, so we truly appreciated how accommodating, kind, and helpful everyone was. This is the kind of customer service you don't forget. They didn't just fix our RV -- they took care of us when we were in a difficult situation far from home. Thank you to everyone at Jim's Automotive for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. You absolutely earned this 5-star review, and we would recommend you without hesitation!

I got there and the owner wasn't in site. The people up front were nice, but they called the owner and he said I could monthly payments and that he wouldn't lower the price to what I was quoted over the phone, paper copy, and Voicemail that verified what I was told. They tried to upscale the price on me by almost $800 extra dollars. Where the heck did the price jump from? I will not recommend people and friends to go here. I told friends and family and was told I shouldn't have gone to them in first place to get my truck fixed and worked on. Learn from your mistakes is what I did. Don't recommend at all. The owner could respect what his front desk people told me the overall price was going to be out the door, but instead, he wants me to do monthly payments. I'm not doing that.
