I also took my car in to get an alignment at a Toyota dealership and after driving my car it was driving worse and pulling harder to the right than before getting the alignment. They tried to upscale the price on me by almost $800 extra dollars. Where the heck did the price jump from? I will not recommend people and friends to go here. I told friends and family and was told I shouldn't have gone to them in first place to get my truck fixed and worked on. Learn from your mistakes is what I did. Don't recommend at all. The owner could respect what his front desk people told me the overall price was going to be out the door, but instead, he wants me to do monthly payments. I'm not doing that. To start with, they didn't even take a look at the car that day. We called later in the day and they never returned our call. The next day they told us it needed more items then the original estimate, which is not unusual, but the job still should have only taken a few hours. Once again, they did not call back at the end of the day and they never either picked up our calls or returned our VM. To make matters worse, we found out their hourly labor charge is much, much higher than other local auto repair places. I cannot say for sure, but I have a feeling we were gouged since the car was towed in and there was little we could do. I have already started a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

My visit was due to a mystery squeaky front suspension on a 2011 Range Rover…read more I had been to several mechanics more local to my area and no one really had any idea but were willing to charge a lot to replace parts that may or may not be the issue. G&H were up front in telling me that even if they could find it, that because of specialty parts and tools from Land Rover, they may not be able to actually fix it. The guys were very diligent in their troubleshooting and after some time, found a loose bolt on the lower end of one of the airshocks. No expensive parts, no specialty tools, just tightened up the bolt, tested to make sure that solved the issue and sent me on my way (for less than I spent on lunch on the way home.
