Over tightened lug nut. If they can't even put on a tire properly......
Li P.

Our family has been going here for a very long time and unfortunately their work is absolutely terrible now. I paid a ton of money to get my suspension fixed and they forgot to put on a washer resulting in a metal on metal awful squeak for a year and a half. Had another mechanic from a different shop look at it and he said whoever fixed this was a very negligent mechanic. Tried to go back and fix it and they did fix the squeak but over tightened something on my wheel so then my steering was off. Went back to have them do an alignment and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. A couple weeks later I had new tires put on by another shop and they said that the same tire I had alignment issues with had two lugs super over tightened so much so hat a bolt broke off and I had been driving with just 4. They have made continuous and ridiculous mistakes over and over again and I had used multiple mechanics at their shop therfore I can not warn people enough to please reconsider before going here. I have had to pay $200 extra for other mechanics to fix their mistakes. Very disappointing. They are also very expensive compared to other places.

My 1965 Pontiac Bonneville
William F.

I have owned my 1965 Pontiac Bonneville since 1967. For years it was used as a family car, then a work horse, and finally just left to sit. I decided with my son Will in 2017 to restore the car so that we could show it at "Hot August Nights" in Reno. Part of the restoration was the restoration of its heating and air conditioning system. The system had not operated for successfully for over 30 years. I found it very difficult to find anyone willing to tackle the job, then a friend recommended Ed Sunday of Sun Waelty Auto Service. I contacted Ed, and after looking at the car, he agreed to do the work, which involved analyzing, rebuilding, and in some cases modernizing the heating and air conditioning system on my old car. Ed was very easy to work with throughout the heating and air conditioning restoration process. He impressed me with his honesty and excellent craftsmanship. The ancient heating and air conditioning system was made fully functional by Ed. I found Ed Sunday to be a great partner in restoring my old car. He has really impressed my with his love of old cars that is exhibited in his careful workmanship. Since the initial repair of the heating and air conditioning system, Ed has done other work on my car. The work performed and the business dealings with Ed Sunday of Sun Waelty Auto Service have always exceeded my greatest expectations! If you need help with restoration of an antiquated system in a still loved old car, contact Ed! William Fontana Sr. MA

Then told all of my lug nuts were wrong and won't hold the wheels tight, so paid almost $200 for new lug nuts. Then they told me the new lug nuts wouldn't do much good unless I replaced the wheels because the stud holes are bore out to wide now. I'm out of money. But got 2 new tires on the front. I'm broke now but the rattle is still there. Rob does the body mount bushings and bolts on the house, bless his heart but the man shouldn't take off more than he can chew. His fix failed at 11pm Saturday night in the middle of nowhere, closed Sunday and didn't seem to care much about my situation and by Thursday I had to risk driving it to their shop. Friday night Rob says he's still trying to figure out how to fix it and before noon Saturday it's done. But it wasnt!! Rob ripped the carpet to access the bolt hole for the broken one and dropped a reg bolt down the hole and secured it with a reg nut, no bushing and extremely dangerous. The lies continue but I'm out of space here
