The price cannot be beat, and the performance has been excellent. Our installer Jeff M was smart, efficient, and ran the cabling in a very neat fashion. We went from paying hundreds of dollars with Big Cable to only $65/month for their 500mbps plan. The support over phone is also local and responsive. Our household has plenty of bandwidth, and with my wife and I working from home, we are able to do so in an effective manner. No longer do we have to do the dance with Comcast each year to plea for a better rate. And the best part? No data caps to worry about. Twist will also give you an Eero router (or two) for WiFi if you need it. They are super easy to manage and set up, our wifi coverage is on point across both floors of our house. If you work from home, stream a lot, or have a gamer in your household, Twist Broadband is the way to go.

Great signal, only one daytime outage of about 10…read moreminutes, so much better than AT&T DSL. ---- In my area of San Jose, the Internet options were Comcast (Ugh!) or AT&T's slow 50Mbps DSL at $60/month. Sail Internet/Twist Broadband, with only a $5 upcharge compared to ATT, provides a reliable 500Mbs connection. Installation included two eero 6+ mesh routers, which provide strong coverage throughout our house. The eero app must be installed on your phone for the installer to proceed. Maybe Sail Internet limits the available options on the eero app. Because of limit control options, it took hours to successfully add some old devices, particularly my Sangean and Auna Internet radios, to the network. TIP: For those who are not network experts, I recommend asking in advance if the installer can verify the network connections for all devices (robovacs, alarm devices, streaming boxes, TVs, printers, etc.) before departure or that you have a tech-savvy friend to help with connection issues after installation. TIP: Changing the router's network password to the same as your old router's password will make the changeover much easier.

The disruptions are frequent and too many times have made my home server unreachable while traveling. Most of the time the service resumes, but on occasion I've had to have a neighbor or relative enter my home and reset the connection for me. Super effing inconvenient! Also, there is no roadmap for connections faster than 1 Gigabit, even while even more worthless competitors like Xfinity and AT&T offer 2.5 and even 5 Gigabit. And lastly, they increased their rates a few months ago. They offered a discount if you paid for a year in advance, but offered no way to do that online. It wasn't until I contacted customer service, that they gave me the details of how to do so: by writing a physical check and sending it to a physical address, no ACH or Credit Card options (which are available to those who pay monthly). Like, I'm boomer AF, so I still have a few checks laying around, but who else in 2025 still has a checkbook? When it works, I'm grateful, but internet service is binary. I just need it to work. Always. And it doesn't. End of story.

I bought an antenna and installed it where my satellite dish had been. I chose a multi-directional antenna, thinking it would be enough. Needless to say, the reception was poor. I lived with it for two years, telling myself I was saving money, so who cares. But after getting frustrated yet again while trying to watch a football game and seeing the signal cut in and out, I decided it was time to improve things. I called Antenna Pro's and spoke with Arden, who explained that my antenna needed to be pointed in a specific direction. Unfortunately, based on where it was installed, that wasn't possible. I needed his help, so I set up an appointment for him to come take a look. I had always thought the antenna had to be outside for the best results. Arden suggested trying the attic, saying it would be the easiest solution. I wasn't convinced, there was no way an indoor antenna could pick up as many channels as one outside in the open. Boy, was I wrong. I agreed to let Arden set it up in the attic, and we had it running quickly. The difference was night and day compared to what I had before. We also used his antenna, pointed in the right direction, which was a much better solution than the multi-directional one I owned. I went from about 10 channels, many of them inconsistent depending on the time of day, to 151 channels, with about 90% coming in excellent to very good. I also noticed that my TV, which is fairly new and was bought around the time I switched to OTA, now delivers a much better picture for the OTA channels. The 4K quality practically jumps off the screen. Arden was great, professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him if you're struggling with your OTA setup. He's knowledgeable and takes the right steps to solve problems.

I'm the care taker of this female Elaine Salazar ! My client and the person I take care of has been having major issues with her internet and having a good signal FaceTiming her family and loved ones ! So xfinity told her just to bring in her Wi-Fi box and they'll swapp it out ! No hassle problems or issues! But when I come into the store in person with her ID photo! To Taresa she won't work with us or just be understanding! ? Taresa tells me this person needs to be here in person! And I tell Taresa that she's handicapped and disabled and she can't be here in person because of this ! And I have her ID on me ! and I can easily FaceTime her rite now on my iPhone! She absolutely doesn't care ????? And tells me sorry I don't care about your problems or that she can't make it in person? Not my problem?????? And I don't care ???? You can call the number again and tell them on the phone to make you manager of the account so you can fix this problem???? I asked her calmly if Elaine Salazar was here would you be able to swap this box out ? If she was here in person with me ? And she said yes ? So I said what's the difference if I FaceTime her rite now on the phone? And have her ID with me rite now ????? She basically told me she doesn't care she needs her here in person or else she can't do the internet box exchange??? It's ok I never got rude ! Or disrespected anyone here at this location but this does really bother me !!!!! I told all the employees here at this location that she's disabled and absolutely cannot make it in to this location in person because she's in a wheelchair and disabled!!!!! This really really bothered me !!!!!!
