Realizing that this uninvited guest had no intention of leaving anytime soon, I booked an immediate escape to Elite Urgent Care- and it was truly the best last minute staycation destination. When my two-year-old decided her Saturday morning must-have accessory would be a high fever, I high-tailed it to EUC, and as she tested positive for the FLU, I was positive this was only the beginning of this viral voyage. Elite Urgent Care saw a lot of our family that week, and although kicking off the holiday season at any urgent care isn't exactly ideal, our experience from first front desk phone call to actual physician assessment was exceptional. In addition to treating my girls- they took the time to examine ME- ensuring I had all the resources and meds necessary to expedite my own recovery, enabling me to multitask caring for my flu-infested offspring. Thanks to Dr. Zadorian and the ENTIRE EUC staff, we're all back to 100% and ready to ring in the new year, flu free. I cannot recommend this place enough- and though I hope you don't find yourself in a situation where visiting an Urgent Care is necessary- if you do- this place truly is (aptly named,) ELITE.

Luna was really nice and helpful. She explained the process and how it works. She was very gentle with blood drawing process. She found the vein quickly and boom it was done. This Quest location is clean and restrooms are cleaned too. I highly recommend making appointments because without appointment. It can be a long wait since this location gets really busy. There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

As a nurse, I know what to look for and appreciate when you can tell someone actually cares about their work. I can't remember who helped me last time (though I think she was in the first cubby on the right, sometime last year), but I was having around 20 vials of blood drawn including some very specialized labs, & she took her time ensuring she had all the right tubes for the right labs, as well as enough of them. She also found a billing error in my chart, which she facilitated the correction of. As far as I know, she did not have to do that; it was above and beyond. Today I had my blood drawn by Jamus (I think that's what his name tag said, I'm sorry if I misremembered!) and he got more than he bargained for when he asked me how my weekend was and my response was "rough." But instead of shying away from what could've been an awkward conversation, we had a laugh, and he asked me what happened. He was very sweet to listen & sympathize with me, especially as a fellow pet parent. He didn't have to do that either! He was also very gentle with the blood draw & let me know before I left how long the labs were expected to take to process. This location is also not overly crowded, and they do have a parking structure, though they unfortunately don't validate. I was able to find street parking today but I don't remember it being as expensive as the parking for the Quest locations in Burbank near the hospital. I'll be coming back here next time I need bloodwork done that I can't get drawn at my doctor's office. Thank you!!!

I'm always in and out in about 10 minutes total. The nurses/ workers are also sooo friendly and always provide excellent customer service. They always answer any questions and I've never had a bad experience here. Nor have i ever had an issue with them poking me and not finding my veins. For test results, i use the quest app and they post them there for me to see which i think is amazing. Theres parking in the lot but you do have to pay. I always just park on the street. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes it gets kind of musty in the waiting room if there's a lot of people.

You can do a pre-check-in then just scan the QR code when you are at the place. I went early before my appointment, check in then I was called in no time. I was impressed. The Phlebotomist was friendly and made me comfortable, and the first draw was smooth. Then here comes the catch - she didn't take enough vials for a certain color, so she has to stick me again. Waaa. I told her I didn't want to be probed in the same arm. My right arm isn't good as the left; she called another Phlebotomist to help her. At first no blood came out, so they have to adjust the needle. By looking at it, it makes you not to be probed anymore. It doesn't hurt though. And they were able to get what they needed. This is a good place for a phlebotomist to do their externship. They will enhance their skills. Limited parking. Decent gender-neutral public facility.

Check in was easy and a front desk staff member called us soon to explain to us that they accept Medicare, but not her supplemental insurance, so we should go to a Foundation lab where they will accept my Mom's both insurances. We like how thoroughly and courteously the lady explained everything. Parking is free and plenty.
