Very good urgent care just poor selection of who works there Anna a receptionist at the urgent care…read morewas incredibly rude and unprofessional. She cut my husband off mid-sentence and told him to get to the point while he was asking a question. She answered the question but in a rude manner. Then hung up on us while my husband was still speaking. Her behavior was completely unacceptable for someone in a patient-facing role. When we called back she proceeded to argue with my husband and said we were being recorded wich my husband then asked to speak to a manager and told them to go back to the recording so they can hear how rude she was. Won't be going to this urgent care anymore.

I did a quick search of urgent cares that were open now and I came across Holy Cross Urgent Care. I called them to confirm they were still open and if they accepted my insurance. I spoke to Steve and he confirmed that my insurance was accepted and I told him I would be coming in now. To make things quicker and just to confirm he told he could run my insurance to verify that it's valid and it's accepted. I really appreciated that because I didn't want to be blind sided if it was out of network. I arrived within 20mins and they could tell I was in distress Steve called me by name and really put me at ease. I had to fill out some quick paperwork, give my ID and insurance. Thankfully the check in process went by quick, I was greeted by Josh and Mike Chulyan, PA-C. Josh took my vitals and after I told Mike what had taken place with me. I absolutely loved his bedside manner. He took his time to listen to EVERYTHING I said and lol I talked a lot. He made me feel calm and heard. He recommended an x-ray and than we would discuss. Steve did my x-ray and I have to say I appreciate him so much for his care and concern. When he was performing the x ray he asked for my permission to touch me/position me for the imaging and I really think this was so respectful. Once again great service and overall professionalism. I love that they have an x-ray machine on site. Clean waiting room. Clean, spacious rooms and even a hydration room for IV drips. Wow!! Btw the facility on the outside doesn't look very pretty but let me say the minute you walk in you would have never think how amazing this facility inside truly is. The facility was extremely well organized and clean. They have parking in the back. I also like that I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and literally from the moment I walked in, these 3 gentleman were so welcoming, attentive and so efficient. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and Mike provided me with my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. All I have to say is that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received from the whole entire staff...Steve, Josh and of course from Mike, PA-C. I couldn't wait to come home to write this review because this is the best care I have ever received at an urgent care ever. God forbid I ever have to come back but if I do this will be the first place I go. I highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you again Dr. Mike, Steve and Josh for the level of care you provided to me tonight. I appreciate you all so very much.

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and am so grateful I did!…read more The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; and I had a gynecologist appointment w/ Dr. Eliz and I cannot recommend her enough. All of my recent doctors within the past few years have really lacked person-to-person skills, many of them not even introducing themselves when they walk in the room. Often I am left feeling like a number on a checklist instead of a human when in doctor's appointments, which is why this visit with Dr. Eliz was such a nice change. She came in so friendly and sweet, introduced herself and her intern, and asked me my name and how I was doing. I know that seems simple and basic, but it hasn't happened in a long time, so I already felt more at ease right away. She communicated with me through the whole procedure so I felt comfortable and safe and informed (which I very much appreciated), and it went quickly and smoothly. Then my nurse who later had to draw blood from me was also a wooonderful human who also made me feel comfortable and at ease. All around good people here and I feel so much relief having found them.

I believe I waited for about an hour and a half, and I quickly noticed it was because they seemed understaffed. Despite the wait however, I was well taken care of by LVN and Doctor who were both named Daniel. I had my grip strength measured, vitals, weight, and vision checked. The drug test process happened quickly and efficiently enough. I was able to then get my TB test done. The longest wait I had for my visit was for the doc to do my physical, at about 30 mins. He was very efficient and also great as well, so I was very pleased by the customer service of everyone working. Definitely need to make sure you have plenty of time saved for any service here though, because even coming back for a quick check-up/result on my TB skin test result after 48 hours with an appointment scheduled took long as I had to still wait for about 10 minutes and the staff checking my arm took a second literally lol. *no validated parking *located on first floor at the first right once you enter the medical center building

This particular visit was on a weekend, and I noticed it was just Dr. Armine M and Nurse Tina handling everything. Despite it being clearly a busy time with lots of patients coming and going, they were absolutely incredible. Both Dr. Armine and Tina were incredibly professional, so understanding, and genuinely caring. What really stood out was how they managed to greet every single person who walked through the door, even with everything going on. And even though they were obviously swamped, they remained so calm and made sure to apologize to everyone for any slight delays. That level of consideration and excellent communication really made a huge difference. It truly means a lot when staff go above and beyond like that, especially under pressure. Just wanted to give them a huge shout-out!
