You can do a pre-check-in then just scan the QR code when you are at the place. I went early before my appointment, check in then I was called in no time. I was impressed. The Phlebotomist was friendly and made me comfortable, and the first draw was smooth. Then here comes the catch - she didn't take enough vials for a certain color, so she has to stick me again. Waaa. I told her I didn't want to be probed in the same arm. My right arm isn't good as the left; she called another Phlebotomist to help her. At first no blood came out, so they have to adjust the needle. By looking at it, it makes you not to be probed anymore. It doesn't hurt though. And they were able to get what they needed. This is a good place for a phlebotomist to do their externship. This review is for the front desk staff. Today, we had a negative experience at Quest where we were told to try this lab for a blood test. As soon as we entered, we were greeted. Check in was easy and a front desk staff member called us soon to explain to us that they accept Medicare, but not her supplemental insurance, so we should go to a Foundation lab where they will accept my Mom's both insurances. We like how thoroughly and courteously the lady explained everything. Parking is free and plenty. read more

The man at the front desk was helpful and everyone else was kind, except for the extremely cold and rude woman who took my babies blood. She did not talk to me about any instructions or anything. I'm not sure if she's new, or has something going on in her life but her bedside manner was absolutely awful. At one point she snapped the band off of my child and snarked to the lady who was actually helping about him not being held right. She should not work with patients but most importantly children. Hope she grows from this because I wouldn't wish her "service" on anyone especially any new parents. read more

There is literally only one person working at this location. She does everything: she takes the blood, handles the paperwork, and manages the entire office. The most frustrating part about this location is that she has to close for her breaks and her lunches. She has zero help. read more

The staff that works the front for check in are so rude. On several occasions while taking my patients here, I've seen how rude they treat people. They seem to lack compassion and dignity for people, which is a weak trait to have when working regularly with the elderly or sick. Maybe try to practice patience with others more. read more

I recently went to have my blood work done on 12/10/2025, and there was a man in the front who was very rude, not only to me, but to everyone he spoke with. Bathroom no privacy broken door locked, everyone can open while it's locked, some staff are not nice.

I hope you see this before making your appointment or walking in. The place only has one bathroom which smells really gross. It's in the back so you have to wait while others get their blood drawn in the next room. The area where they draw blood has no privacy and it honestly looks make shift. Pretty horrible experience. I came with no appointment so I expected to wait that's no problem. I ended up waiting 2 hours and then a tech came out saying that they would only be continuing with appointments because the AC broke so myself and about 15 other people that were waiting just as long were asked to leave. I work at a different lab (unfortunately with my insurance I cannot do my blood tests there) and it is completely different. My lab sees between 150-200 patients per day and people never wait more than 45 minutes so I'm very confused why it's run so terribly here. It doesn't make sense read more

Had an appointment today that I showed up for on time just to be rudely told that they were closed for the day due to a water shut off. The lady didn't even bother to cancel my appointment or ask if I'd like to reschedule, instead she just turned back to her very important conversation with her coworkers. Glad they didn't even get to draw blood as I can't imagine how rude they might've been then. Never scheduling here again. They definitely need to learn to be more welcoming considering that they are a medical facility. read more

The people in the back seem friendly but the tall guy and female with glasses working in the front are being very grumpy and rude to everyone coming in. When they talk to each other, they're talking very loudly about how there's no breaks on Saturdays and they seem very displeased to be working today. They aren't showing any empathy to guests that are confused. Disappointing. Healthcare workers work incredibly hard but they still need to display empathy when working with patients, no matter how repetitive or frustrating the job can be. read more

This is the Labcorp I always go to with my insurance. I always make an appointment and I always go on Saturday mornings due to work. I check in online for my appointment at 8:r0 am. By 8:40 I was not trxt. Igo inside to see what the hold up might be, the lady at the counter grabs my insurance card and proceeds to tell me that they do not accept my insurance. I look at her and say that's interesting I was never told, she says well your doctor made a huge mistake go back to him and tell him we can't see you today. I spent Monday contacting my doctor only to find out that the lady at Labcorp was wrong and that they needed to take your insurance. Tuesday I went to a different labcorp and this receptionist said that we take that not sure why they would tell you that. read more

Nobody picks up the phone there. If you want to contact them, you either leave a message for them on their website or a voicemail. Either they dont want to deal with people over the phone or too lazy to pick up. I like to hear from someone not a machine. They also are 20-30min late when you check in. Not to mention, you wait because of the walk-ins. So you're technically in line. read more

I have been to this Labcorp location several times. Today, after fasting for 19 hours, I went to this location, expecting to find it open. I expected to find it open because, according to its website, it would be open until 5 pm. I arrived at 4 pm. The sign on the door said that they closed at 3 pm. There was an attendant sitting at the desk inside the workers' vestibule. I knocked on the door. The attendant ignored me. I've called, but expect no attempt to return my call. If you tell the public that you will be open until 5 pm, you should be open until 5 pm. Very shoddy behavior. read more

My Parent had an appointment in the building and the doctor ordered lab work, and he directed us to this Lab-Corp. The location is very convenient, but it was at the end of the day so maybe that played into the receptionist's lack of customer service. It wasn't horrible or outright rude. It was at the end of the business day and the attitude was just very curt. She was friendly with her co-workers, but her overall demeanor just simply lacked. It's important to remember you work in the health industry. You may have seen hundreds of patients but to some that is their first time seeing and talking to you. In addition, you don't know what medically is going on in their lives that your sincerity can make a huge difference with... Aside from the receptionist, the facility was extremely neat and quick to get us in and out! Definitely a convenient location for doctors' offices in the same building. read more

I came today to drop off a sample. They told me they close at three, but they had to close 10 minutes before. All I was doing was dropping off a sample and they couldn't do something as simple as that. I waited until 3:02pm it's just insane how they couldn't do something as simple as just taking my sample so they don't close at 3 PM. They close about maybe seven minutes maybe 10 minutes before. All they had to do was take the sample that I were to drop off that was it. I left the sample in front of the door and they said they don't care. Something so simple. There are 2 Labcorps within 1000 feet of each other. This can be confusing. This one has a Subway in the same shopping center. You can't call them directly. You can only reach someone at their call center located Lord-knows-where. They ARE currently open on Saturdays from 8 am-12 pm. Google Maps says they are closed. Be aware. Don't believe Google Maps! The "locations" LabCorp site says they are closed Saturdays - FYI! However, once I got all that figured out and brought orders for my blood drawing, it was great. Total time (in and out) was 65 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. The phlebotomist I saw worked hard and was a pleasure to chit-chat with. I brought my mother here for a specific test that is not offered at Quest. I was met with Percy, who went above and beyond in explaining every little detail to us and answering all of our questions thoroughly. He did so with utmost patience and compassion, and we wanted to recognize his professionalism and the way he handled our concerns. When I told him I wanted to leave feedback for him, his response was "if you'd like to, please address the entire team." His response showed humility, and it showed us how much he cared about recognizing his team as a whole and not just himself individually. Percy and everyone who assisted us today were outstanding, and we're so satisfied with the care we received. As a result, we will be switching my mother's medical group to an alternative group that is accepted by Labcorp, because we prefer the service we received here. I had an appointment at this facility. Their system said I was 5 minutes late checking in. After waiting an hour the guy at the front desk says I was put in the no appointment queue. I said it would have been nice if you had let me know this. He says he wasn't aware that I was put there because of the automated system. It says in their reminder appointment email that this would occur after being 15 MINUTES late. I asked him how much more it would be and he said it would be another hour! That did it for me. What they should have done. 1)honor their 15-minute rule 2) rather than blaming me for being 5 minutes late place me immediately in the next station 3) notified me of my placement in line if they have changed their rules. I did bloodwork 2 weeks ago and had a pleasant experience at the lab- everyone was polite and helpful. HOWEVER, Labcorp never sent my results to my doctor, they don't answer the phone, they haven't responded to my voice mails, and they are never open outside of my working hours so I can't walk in to ask them about it. My doctor has called and they can't get help, either. I literally cannot find a way to contact ANY HUMAN to help me with this and I will have to now delay my procedure so I can go to ANOTHER LAB and go through this again. Zero stars. I booked an appt for today over 2 months ago for the 18350 Roscoe location. I received a confirm email a couple days ago with the 18350 Roscoe location indicated. Got there to find the 2nd floor lab suite empty, with a sign outside saying to go the the 7th floor. I go to the 7th floor and it is Dignity Labs, not LabCorp. Dignity blames LabCorp for the sign and the confusion. LabCorps website has no phone number for easy access to figure out where I should go. I cannot reply to the confirm email because LabCorp doesn't check replies. I finally find this location. Had to drive from 18350 Roscoe, after having to pay for parking. I get here, late of course because LabCorp gave me the wrong information. And guess what? They don't have my lab order. And I get looked at by their staff and other patients like I am a crazy person for being frustrated and annoyed. Because I am the inconvenience? What if I were disabled or without transportation? Doesn't matter so long as LabCorp is making their shareholders $$$$$. read more

Easy to find in a small strip center. Easy to find parking at 8 am. Office waiting room was full and neither of the check in stations worked so a manual sign in sheet - why not put a sign on them? They're understaffed or over booked or both. The appointments online are short time intervals but when i came in on time my wait time was an hour since they took same day appointments ahead of me. I used to go to the Lapcorp in the medical building across the street. It was clean and simple. But this place?? Whoa. What a sketchy looking place. First of all, it's in a shady lookin strip mall. When you go in, there's a waiting room full of people and a man behind the counter with the nastiest finger nail fungus I've ever seen. Then they say it's backed up (even with appointment) so you'll wait. I went back to use the restroom and there was NO ONE IN THE BAYS. Two lab techs were just talkin trash by the counter and no one was getting their blood taken. What a dirty place too! I felt like someone was going to try to sell me meth when I was finished. Never again. I can't wait to switch to KAISER in october. Optum and its lapcorp referral can kiss it. read more
