I arrived about a half hour before my appointment in the hopes of getting one but I had to pay for parking and walk much more than I would have liked, being a disabled senior. Arrived at the checkin 20 minutes early and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally got up and asked one of the staff members just how late they were running and she gave me a word salad response that basically told me nothing. Several other similar attempts were equally futile. The waiting room was a zoo with several Karens (of both genders) and unchecked children who were bored. I ended up leaving an hour after my scheduled appointment because I was sick and tired of waiting and had to pay $4 for the privilege I still need lab work but I know two other Quest locations that have free parking and I will avoid this location in the future

You can do a pre-check-in then just scan the QR code when you are at the place. I went early before my appointment, check in then I was called in no time. I was impressed. The Phlebotomist was friendly and made me comfortable, and the first draw was smooth. Then here comes the catch - she didn't take enough vials for a certain color, so she has to stick me again. Waaa. I told her I didn't want to be probed in the same arm. My right arm isn't good as the left; she called another Phlebotomist to help her. At first no blood came out, so they have to adjust the needle. By looking at it, it makes you not to be probed anymore. It doesn't hurt though. And they were able to get what they needed. This is a good place for a phlebotomist to do their externship. They will enhance their skills. Limited parking. Decent gender-neutral public facility.

Check in was easy and a front desk staff member called us soon to explain to us that they accept Medicare, but not her supplemental insurance, so we should go to a Foundation lab where they will accept my Mom's both insurances. We like how thoroughly and courteously the lady explained everything. Parking is free and plenty.

OK this place is in the sort of not so nice part of Reseda but they are cheaper and not crowded…read more The small building is jam packed with supplies and stuff which at first can be off putting but the secretary is nice and so is the Dr. At first I felt uncomfortable but the Dr actually drew blood in such a way that I barely felt it. I also didn't bleed down my arm after which is what normally happens. In fact there wasn't even anything on the cotton under the band aid. I am not squeamish at all but being a bleeder is not fun. I was pleasantly surprised. It's not like it was dirty there just clutter. Other than that I would say it's worth the extra savings on draws you need since most labs charge up the @ss for most tests these days for cash patients.

Got there, there were about 7 people in the waiting area. On the tv, there was a sidebar of transparency regarding the order of patients, appt times, and standby patients. If you weren't able to check in via the link sent, there were two kiosks in the corner for easy check in. I was seen within 15 mins. Donna Mae (my phlebotomist) was polite, gentle, and expeditious. I was done in less than 5 mins, and I had 5 vials! I found street parking off Killion, which was super easy.

There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

I had to stop by Pacific Medical Services twice in one week for blood tests. Normally my doctor's…read moreoffice, which is across the hall, draws my blood, but I needed some special services, so they sent me here. I arrived at the office without an appointment and there was no one waiting. The office is very small with just a few chairs, and a small tea/coffee station. I was taken in immediately. Very often, my veins are difficult to work with. During the draw, the phlebotomist was Jose. He was able to get the draw on the first try and I did not have type of bruising or issues afterward. I had to return a couple of days later for a test that must be done early in morning. Upon arrival, there were a few people ahead of me and it was standing room only. There was only one person working and she was with a patient in the back, so it took some time to check in. After checking in, another employee arrived and those in the waiting room were helped. The phlebotomist that I had for the second test was Joanna, aka JoJo. She was very personable and was able to get the draw on the first try. I enjoyed speaking with her and she made the appointment comfortable. I had no issues with bruising after the test. The office is on the second floor of a medical building. The building has paid parking, but I always park on the street. There is metered parking and free street parking available within easy walking distance of the building.

She's very skilled at drawing blood I have very hard veins and she is so gentle and patient she made the whole process quick and comfortable I highly recommend this Lab and especially Amy for anyone who is very hard to stick like myself. The staff checked me in, but unfortunately the nurse wasn't in to administer the test for me. There was also no expected date of when the nurse would come back. That was a bit frustrating but luckily, they suggested I could email them my TB test results when I get it done at another place. There was only 2 staff working and more people slowly started filling in the waiting room. I appreciated how calm and quick they were in getting all of the different needs met of their clients. I was able to get in and out in less than 45 minutes, but other people were out sooner than 10 minutes depending on what needs to be done. I liked the experience and am glad I picked this location! My first time at a wellnessmart and I have to give props for the variety of services this facility gives! (Live scan, TB test, physical, etc.) - Easy to schedule appointments online - Easy check-n process - Bit dirty waiting area P.S. They are always closed for lunch break from 12pm-1pm!
