#LATEPOST I called so many different urgent care in the valley for a test on MRSA exposure. This place was the only one that answered my questions and made it easy for me, re: pricing and made the process simple. They charge decent price as well! It was a bit far from my home, but I didn't mind the drive. The parking lot was packed and most of the spaces were reserved for the businesses. The lot had limited unmarked parking spaces. From the check in at the front desk until I'm completely finished with the test, it was smooth and easy. The staffs were friendly and worked efficiently. Dr. Green explained the process clearly and it was easy to understand. Today the nurse called on behalf of Dr. Green, to check up on me to make sure I'm fine with no symptoms. That was nice! The nurse took is back, super sweet, then Dr came in and wasted no time letting me know what was going on and explaining how he was going to fix it. They do care! For the first time in many years, we stepped in a medical facility that is exemplary in every way. My mom had been experiencing a lot of pain since Friday. Our visit to the ER in Northridge Hospital left her traumatized when they made her wait for hours and treated her the way no human should be treated. I started looking for a clinic that would accept her insurance. After a long search, I found this place on Yelp. The whole process of calling, checking my mom's insurance, and signing in was prompt and efficient. The clinic itself is very clean, soothing, pleasant and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable and the staff is patient, organized and courteous. They took their time with us and genuinely cared! I had never seen such clean restrooms in a medical facility before. The doctor is nice and has very good bedside manners. He is knowledgeable and reassuring! What he prescribed made my mom feel much better in a couple of hours. I had the best experience today with Dr. Green and the rest of the staff. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon to not a single person in the waiting room. The space is open and clean. The front desk staff was friendly as was the nurse who took my vitals and intake. Dr. Green was kind, knowledgeable and spent time determining/ruling out my possible issue. Once we figured it out he explained each medication he prescribed and why, along with additional information on one specific medication. Dr. Green examined my ear again and determined a funnel would be best so Medicine can reach where it needs to. He is so nice and patient and has a great bedside manner. Got in promptly within 30 min of making an appointment online (wanted to make sure there wasn't a long wait and I was able to pick my own appointment time). Everyone was very nice and professional and the facility was very nice. Dr. Green was awesome and very thorough. Great sense of humor too! His assistant (a future Doctor whose name I didn't get) was lovely and just the type of person you want taking care of you (she did my EKG). From blood draw to results it was a really nice experience. I even received a follow up call which has never happened when I went to other urgent care facilities. I've been a repeat patient at this urgent care and have always appreciated the excellent care provided by Dr. Green -- he's attentive, professional, and has consistently gone above and beyond. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. When I came in with my toddler, I was met with immediate attitude from one of the front desk associates. She was rude, argumentative, and made the entire check-in process unnecessarily hostile. Things escalated further when she brought out the supervisor/owner, who was even more dismissive and condescending. I was shocked by how both of them spoke to me -- especially in front of my young child. The issue seemed to revolve around whether or not my daughter had been seen there before. I was certain she had been -- I distinctly remember her being prescribed medication under Dr. Green's name. Yet they insisted they had no record of her and implied I was mistaken, citing billing records. I ended up agreeing with them just to get through the situation, despite how poorly I was being treated. In the exam room, Dr. Green remained kind and helpful as always. He even offered to write a prescription for something I mentioned I was dealing with -- which now makes me question if this had happened previously and is why I believed my daughter had already been seen by him. It was a confusing and frustrating experience. To be fair, one of the other front desk associates was incredibly kind and sympathetic, and the nurse who took our vitals was also lovely. But none of that makes up for the way I was treated by the first associate and the manager. It was unprofessional, uncalled for, and completely out of line -- especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and respect should be the baseline. It's truly disappointing, because I valued the medical care here. But no matter how good a doctor is, I can't support a practice that allows patients -- and their children -- to be treated so poorly at the front desk. read more

My husband injured himself ~5:20pm. A quick search on-line led me to We Care Urgent Care but the office was listed as closing at 6:00. We rushed over there arriving about 5:42 to a sign saying they stopped taking patients at 5:40, but the door was still unlocked. After quick communication over insurance they decided to take him immediately at provided care including stitches and prescriptions until 6:15-6:20pm. If I find myself needing urgent care during times they are open I would definitely return. Dr. Green was kind and helpful and a follow-up call the next day is routine for them. This urgent care is amazing! I brought 20 month old in after he fell and got a deep cut on the back of his head. I was panicking when I brought him in but the staff was so warm and welcoming, I immediately felt began to feel at ease. The woman at the front desk entertained my son while I filled out the paperwork, she even brought a tissue and wiped his nose. The doctor and nurses were all very knowledgeable, warm, and professional. They even have play areas in the front and back for kids.
