Plenty of parking in the structure and the open lot behind it (free for the first 1.5 hours) but be prepared to walk a little since Costco customers keep the parking lot pretty full. For a much shorter walk, there is also a drop off location and paid Valet parking behind the building. Venue 4 stars: Beautiful building. Access via stairs on the side or an elevator behind the building. The lab which I visited has a separate entrance directly across the offices. Staff 4 stars: Most of my interaction was automated. Lab visits are walk-ins but you do need a referral from your UCLA doctor before you go. Once you enter, you sign in on a tablet and will then start getting text alerts on your phone. When you turn comes, the text will tell you which station to go to. Once you arrive at the station, you are greeted by a lab technician who logs you in and performs the necessary lab work. My lab technician was polite and efficient. Wait Time 4 stars: I am not sure if it is always this good, but I only waited 10 minutes. The Bottom Line 4 stars: A solid option in a pleasant and convenient location. Highly recommended!

I unfortunately didn't have a good experience here and won't ever be back . They were passive…read moreaggressive and unfriendly. I have to get a simple TB shot every year for my job and normally when I go to urgent care I expect to fill out some paper work then be seen shortly after. At this office I was greeted by an iPad that had me fill out pages of personal information then I received a text on my phone to fill out additional paperwork then I was handed more physical paperwork to fill. Which this didn't bother me I understand they need to be thorough. Once I finished I sat and waited for about half an hour while the place was empty just for them to tell me they were out of TB shots. They told me to either go to another one of their locations where I would have to fill out all the paperwork again or I could come back when they restocked in 2 days. I chose to wait the 2 days. While I waited those 2 days I received NINE text messages... by 3 different phone numbers... all from this office. I called today to make an appointment told them I was available to come in now or another day if they were or weren't available they said to come in now that I would be in and out because it was just a TB shot. I'm again greeted by an iPad but I wait for an employee to come to the front desk because I have paperwork from my last visit that I'm assuming is essential to pass along and I want to explain the whole situation since it's different staff. When I try to explain I'm redirected to the iPad I'm confused because I was just there and I just filled out everything and I called ahead today. Regardless of what I'm saying I feel ignored and my paperwork was not taken. I was just pushed to fill out 2 separate sets of forms 1 on the iPad one on my phone. I wait another 20 minutes until I see a different employee at the front desk since the other girl was redirecting me instead of being helpful I want to ask someone different for help. I ask an estimated wait time, I only want to ask because I was told I would be in and out and that's not really how it's going. I show him the papers I was given my last visit. Turns out those papers were important just like I thought. He takes the papers and I sit and wait some more until I'm called. From the time I'm called I'm to the time I'm done it's a total of 2 minutes the health care provider was cold & quick and threw a passive aggressive comment at the end stating I'd have to be back in 2 days and that if I wanted to be helped sooner to make an appointment. The place is clean and beautiful and I'm glad that they do their best to be as efficient and as thorough as possible and although I found all the separate forms and texts to be be excessive in comparison with other offices my experience would've been completely different if I was treated better.
