Went to this place this morning. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I ended up leaving, staff is rude!

A small clinic located inside of a small plaza parking lot. Parking is easy to find, and I had to come here for a physical + TB test appointment. The staff checked me in, but unfortunately the nurse wasn't in to administer the test for me. There was also no expected date of when the nurse would come back. That was a bit frustrating but luckily, they suggested I could email them my TB test results when I get it done at another place. There was only 2 staff working and more people slowly started filling in the waiting room. I appreciated how calm and quick they were in getting all of the different needs met of their clients. I was able to get in and out in less than 45 minutes, but other people were out sooner than 10 minutes depending on what needs to be done. I liked the experience and am glad I picked this location! My first time at a wellnessmart and I have to give props for the variety of services this facility gives! (Live scan, TB test, physical, etc.) - Easy to schedule appointments online - Easy check-n process - Bit dirty waiting area P.S. They are always closed for lunch break from 12pm-1pm! read more

Due to my nature of work and business, I have to go to several finger printing places. Recently I have been to four of them. At Wellnessmart, the atmosphere was relaxed and they were happy that you were there. Compared to others where they rush you and ask rapid questions and they don't look you in the eye. It is assumed that just because you are there, you probably have something to hide. I had forgotten to bring the paperwork. No problem. They asked me to emailed it to them and they printed it. Had an exceptional experience at the Van Nuys Wellnessmart. I've been many times to the Westside Wellnessmart and this was my first time trying the valley location. The customer service was top. Genuine, professional and extremely efficient staff. I was a walk-in appointment and Ana & Alezza the staff that checked me in made the process easy. My nurse Lizette did an amazing job with the shot and making sure I know when to return to check my TB test. Also Lizette explained other TB testing methods quite well. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had getting the TB test and I will definitely return to this location. The fee was reasonable too. Only 47 dollars. Thankful the turnaround was so good as I have a work deadline approaching! Highly recommend this Wellnessmart location. read more

I came here for a school physical exam, TB test, blood titer. The place is clean and well organized. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the business. The nurses are very nice, friendly and helpful. I'm glad I found them. They do everything I need with an affordable price. The results came out pretty fast too. My school requires me to get some test result papers filled out by nurses and they're willing to do it for me too. They also have the vaccinations there. --Atmosphere, Service, & Parking--- The place is fairly small with limited seating and is basically a small clinic where they can do various shots/vaccines, lab testing, and more. Privacy is a little bit of an issue because there is no separate room, but rather just an area sectioned off that is used for services. Not too big of an issue for something like a vaccine or shot however I suppose. I was helped by Angel and she was easy to speak to, kind, and informative. It was my first time, and the sign in process was easy to deal with as well. The place is located in a large shopping center of sorts, so parking is a breeze and readily available in front of the store. --Prices & More-- I went in to do a flu shot which was priced at $30 which is comparable to other places. Be very careful with them. I was given bad information on the phone, and paid for something I couldn't use based on that information. Then they said they'd refund me. THEN said they won't. What makes it worse, is that they made money from me with other tests and were just plain greedy. Gross. There are so many other better options. Try those. read more

During this Covid19 pandemic - I went in looking for a Fit Test, U-Tox, and additional RN health clearance. Angel was wearing an N95 mask, the place was clean with an informative sign stating 1 customer at a time in the clinic. Everything was very clean, and she was able to check me in, complete my tests and dispo me out very quickly. I wish all health clearance facilities were like this. I'm very happy that I found this place, and Angel when I did. I would definitely recommend this place over any other facilities. Drug tests are immediate unless they need to be sent out - such as medical marijuana or RX meds. Fit test papper was cleaned in and out prior to use after I asked with no questions asked. Everything was perfect, and I don't think Angel's black scrubs had a speck of dust. Thanks again. read more

After having my appt abruptly cancelled for no reason by the CVS Minute Clinic, I scrambled onto yelp to find a new spot to get my TB test that I need ASAP to be certified as a baseball coach. Lemme tell you, that cancellation was a blessing in disguise, because it brought me to Wellnessmart!! I showed up at noon, with no appt, and amazingly was in and out in under 15 min!! What?!?!?!? I was expecting 2 hrs like CVS was telling me was the wait time for walk-ins. The place is clean, modern (you check in on an iPad) and the woman who runs the place is super duper friendly and efficient!! In the time I was there, she saw two people, checked in one person and handled a phone call, all at once!! So now I'm here, eating my slice of cheese pizza, twiddling my thumbs, not knowing what to do with all this extra time I have. Thanks Wellnessmart!! You rock!! read more

I went for a TB test, and they never ask me if I was vaccinated, I had no knowledge about repercussions when you are vaccinated against TB in case you take a test, the test obviously came up positive, I'm hopping it doesn't leave the scar, but that's just the beginning, at the time I got a positive test I ask them about the X-rays since is the next step to follow, the nurse that gave me the results, told me: "yah we take X-rays" I ask for them to give me an X-rays but she refused to give me an appointment or even try to help me. I had to leave and go to another place to have the X-rays done. Horrible experience. read more

I have gotten TB tests multiple times in the past and getting an x ray has never been an issue until coming here. Very condescending as well. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I was scheduled today at 10am for a tb and LiveScan. The staffs were rude while checking me in and then informed me that they can't conduct the tests because I needed to bring a copy of my live scan form and the nurse wasn't it coming in. And when I ask why wasn't I notified about this soon. They said, "it's not our responsibility to contact schedule appointments about cancellation if the nurse doesn't show." They give me a card to contact management and management was just as rude. read more

I had to get a TB test and given then current situation I was super paranoid about having to go somewhere. I found WellnessMart based on reviews I gave it a shot. When I arrived I got processed fast! The person who helped me was nice and efficient. When I went back to get it read the gentleman was nice and efficient as well. It literally took me 15 minutes total for both visits. My husband and I are traveling to Thailand, Bhutan, Bali and Singapore and want to get immunizations for that area of the world. We made an appointment this morning and had such a helpful experience! Angel, the young woman who helped us, was exceptionally warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I must admit that I expected to get a 'hard sell' for what immunizations we should get so I did my research online before our appointment. But to our surprise, there was no hard sell approach. We had a meeting with a nurse online through Zoom, which worked very well. She gave us a helpful information about immunizations and also other ideas that we will use. The office visit was $25 compared to other companies charging far more. We appreciate our experience with Wellness Mart so much! read more
