I'm very unsatisfied with my experience here. First of all, there are only a few handicapped parking spaces which is ridiculous for a medical building. I arrived about a half hour before my appointment in the hopes of getting one but I had to pay for parking and walk much more than I would have liked, being a disabled senior. Arrived at the checkin 20 minutes early and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Finally got up and asked one of the staff members just how late they were running and she gave me a word salad response that basically told me nothing. Several other similar attempts were equally futile. The waiting room was a zoo with several Karens (of both genders) and unchecked children who were bored. I ended up leaving an hour after my scheduled appointment because I was sick and tired of waiting and had to pay $4 for the privilege I still need lab work but I know two other Quest locations that have free parking and I will avoid this location in the future read more

I had to come here because the nurse couldn't get my blood during my physical appointment at my clinic. They referred me to go to Quest Diagnostics lab. I easily scheduled an appointment online when I search up quest appointments. I was worried at first but checking in at the kiosk was pretty simple and if you filled out the form correctly online, the kiosk at this spot finds your appointment time. I do imagine some people may have questions so having no person there can suck. But the check-in was easy and the TV shows the current wait times. It was full of people in the waiting room but I think they were mainly walk-ins since the staff pretty much called me within 10 minutes. I was out 6 minutes after my scheduled appointment! The phlebotomist that took care of me did very well and I had a pleasant experience! The struggle when I go here is realizing the first 2 hours are $4 if you park at the lot and go through the gates. I did see some cars turn left to park in the small section but I'm pretty sure they were only for pharmacy parking. Since this spot is on suite 603, you need to go in the building and get to the 6th floor. Overall, I wouldn't mind coming here again for any blood tests. read more

Javier is an amazing phlebotomist. He took several tubes of blood not using a butterfly, and never moved the hub or hurt me once. You can barely see where the needle went in. No bruise whatsoever. I am sorry that I have to update my review, but our experience here today was negative. Over the past few years we have been using Quest loyally every 3-6 months. Today, after taking almost 20 minutes to enter test data in the system, they told my Mom that Medicare does not pay for her routine blood sugar, etc. tests anymore unless the doctor provides a code, so we must authorize a card payment. We pointed out to the phlebotomist that Medicare does pay ( if not her supplemental insurance will as always) and the doctor has provided the code and they can also call him. He said that he knows, but it is Quest policy and we should authorize a card payment just in case insurance doesn't pay. Quest has, for some reason, decided to go ballistic on its senior citizen patients with Medicare and Medical by asking for card authorization while Medicare/Medical do pay. Additionally, there is no reception and no one to help out with questions. While waiting, some senior citizens asked me to help them check in because the machine check in can be challenging for seniors. Quest lost a customer and according to the phlebotomist we are not the only ones. There are many more. read more

Every time I make an appt I get called in within 10 mins of my apt time. If you walk in and have no appt you WILL wait over 2 hours as they do not take walk ins until all apts are done. Plenty of parking ,but you do have to pay, they don't validate. There is no one in the waiting room only machines to check in. **If you're coming for a urine or stool sample just know that you will have to go home and do the sample, they do not allow you to do it there and you will need to bring it another day to drop off and YES you need another apt to drop off the sample** read more

Line was long because of a lot of walk ins so it's a great plus to schedule your appointment online so you just skip that long wait. They even send you a text so you can check in online while you wait in your car so my appointment was easy peasy! The employees were nice and everything is automated for the check in for walk ins too. I got in there quickly and was done in 29 minutes. Susan who took my blood was nice and sweet. Parking is outrageous though as they don't validate so there goes $4 even if you were just there for less than 39 minutes, oh well read more

My wife and I came here to do her blood test. She was able to make an appointment the morning of and we went in the afternoon for her appointment here because it was the only option. I prefer the Van Nuys location if I had the choice. The parking here is free for the first 30 minutes but then you'll have to pay after that. They also only accept credit card so no cash for the parking and you pay when you exit. You might be better off doing street parking across the street beside on Friday since that's street cleaning. We got to the building just fine and took the elevator to the 6th floor. Suite 603 is right next to the elevator so you can't miss it. We checked in at the kiosk they have there and the QR code scanner isn't the best so you have to angle your phone to get it to read correctly. Even with an appointment we had to wait an extra 10 minutes to be called and then another 5 minutes just waiting inside because the person who called our name went to help older people at the kiosk. Coming early doesn't make a difference for us today. The blood taking process was easy and we were out after like 30 minutes so we had to pay for parking. I would recommend the Van Nuys location instead because it's free parking and of course make an appointment to avoid waiting longer. read more

This place is not very good, and it is extremely crowded. It's kind of a nightmare. My appointment is at 2:30 and I came at 1 pm hoping I can get in early. It didn't happened. When called in by the phleb, I was asked again for credentials. Really?? 3 times ? ok. then she proceeded to draw my blood, I mentioned it was hurting/pinching and that wasn't normal. you aren't suppose to move the needle once in the arm and press the needle down which she did. by this point I gave up. knew I was leaving with a really nice hematoma and pain. well 24 hrs. later that's what i've got. i've had to ice my arm since I got yesterday and though out today. it's def my last time going here read more

I've come to quest about 3 times for a general wellness check up for my employers health insurance. It's been a fairly easy process every time. I made an appointment online, I always choose a day during the week since it's less busy and I'm usually in & out within 10 - 20 minutes. The office has moved over from where it was. It's now on the 6th floor in the building next to the dignity health building. I'd suggest getting to the location about 10 or 15 minutes early to make sure you find parking. There's limited street parking on the north side of Roscoe & along Eitwanda ave. In the office in the 6th floor they're during temperature checks (covid days), the seats in the waiting room are 6 feet apart, & there are tables for you to check in for your appointment. read more

Terrible. The woman who drew my blood tighten the band super tight because she claim I was skinny and my veins are thin. As someone that gets blood work done constantly she put the needle in the vein correctly and we were able to get a couple of tubs of blood. After I asked her to tighten the rubber band s she put it extremely tight and pain full she claimed she lost the vein. And she put the butterfly needle in and out and in and out, and then she said oh she lost the vien when she let go of the rubber band. No you lost the vein when you moved the needle. She took it off and wanted to draw blood on my other arm. I refuse to let her and she called her coworker next door. Her coworker came to draw my blood and he was way worse than her. He was more nervous and stated he recently quit drinking. Why do I care. I just wanted someone to draw my blood properly. I was frustrated and in the middle of passing out. The tubs of my blood were not filled up and she claimed she would transfer some blood over. I left super irate with the experience. I paid out of pocket. No insurance. What a shitty place. If you have inexperienced or people who are not confident you should at least have a supervisor on the floor. What the fuck is wrong with your facility. Never experienced someone so terrible at drawing blood that they had to draw from another arm. Clearly they have new people who lack experience here. read more

Was 5 mins late for appt. So I had to sign in for the wait list. Kiosk said it would be between 1/2 and 1 hour. I waited almost 2 hours while being #1 on the waitlist. I talked with a phlebotomist who said she would try and get me in, then they said no. Were all of us supposed to wait for 5 hours before we got FASTING blood work done? A very stupid system. If I was 5 mins late they obviously took other people ahead. They should squeeze us in for a lousy 2 vial blood draw. What stupid management!!!!! read more

There is no customer service at that place. Making an appointment by phone is a nightmare. If you have a slight accent, the system doesn't recognize your information. Once you get to the office, no one can help you. I tried to help a senior make an appointment there, but the system is not user-friendly for them. No one else helped except me and another woman who spoke Russian. It's not easy to go to these places when you're feeling sick and have to deal with all of this. Now that I'm home, they sent me an email to create an account with my email and date of birth, but it doesn't work because they entered my information incorrectly, so it won't accept my date of birth. My experience was seamless and efficient, the staff were super kind to me, and took my blood painlessly. I booked an appointment through the MyQuest app and was given a QR code and confirmation code that I entered at the Kiosk. There are 3 Kiosks and they're digital screens that are about 4 ft tall and you will need to scan your Driver's License. There's a plastic holder you place your ID on, it will not scan if you're holding it. I waited less than five minutes to be seen after I checked into the Kiosk. It seems most people's mistake is not checking in to the Kiosk. If you have an appointment or are a walk-in, you MUST check in or they will NOT call your name, because they don't know who you are or what you're there for. The piece of paper you get from a doctor is not an appointment. You know if you checked in correctly, if your name is on the TV screen next to the Kiosks. Even if the hospital sends you into Quest to drop something off, you must check in before they can see you. The workers can't help you if you don't follow the simple procedure of checking in from the Kiosk. read more
