    I didn't bruise at all.

Make an appointment online. I walked in and checked in through the text message they sent me. The screen on the wall tells you your order in line. I sat not even 5 minutes before being called in. Javier is an amazing phlebotomist. He took several tubes of blood not using a butterfly, and never moved the hub or hurt me once. You can barely see where the needle went in. No bruise whatsoever. It was literally painless. Coming from a retired instructor, his technique was flawless! Parking is free in the small lot right downstairs. Give Javier a raise!

    Super A.

There can't be such a terrible system. The employee is playing games with you. I got in line again when I was 10 minutes late and they deliberately put me last and made me wait for 2 hours to get the people after me. They are deliberately rude.

My wife and I came here to do her blood test. She was able to make an appointment the morning of and we went in the afternoon for her appointment here because it was the only option. I prefer the Van Nuys location if I had the choice. The parking here is free for the first 30 minutes but then you'll have to pay after that. They also only accept credit card so no cash for the parking and you pay when you exit. You might be better off doing street parking across the street beside on Friday since that's street cleaning. We got to the building just fine and took the elevator to the 6th floor. Suite 603 is right next to the elevator so you can't miss it. We checked in at the kiosk they have there and the QR code scanner isn't the best so you have to angle your phone to get it to read correctly. Even with an appointment we had to wait an extra 10 minutes to be called and then another 5 minutes just waiting inside because the person who called our name went to help older people at the kiosk. Coming early doesn't make a difference for us today. The blood taking process was easy and we were out after like 30 minutes so we had to pay for parking. I would recommend the Van Nuys location instead because it's free parking and of course make an appointment to avoid waiting longer.

had an appointment on Monday 7/15/24. did pre check in per the email the night before. Added insurance, ID, blah blah. Only to have to do again upon arrival at lab. When called in by the phleb, I was asked again for credentials. Really?? 3 times ? ok. then she proceeded to draw my blood, I mentioned it was hurting/pinching and that wasn't normal. you aren't suppose to move the needle once in the arm and press the needle down which she did. by this point I gave up. knew I was leaving with a really nice hematoma and pain. well 24 hrs. later that's what i've got. i've had to ice my arm since I got yesterday and though out today. it's def my last time going here

You can do a pre-check-in then just scan the QR code when you are at the place. I went early before my appointment, check in then I was called in no time. I was impressed. The Phlebotomist was friendly and made me comfortable, and the first draw was smooth. Then here comes the catch - she didn't take enough vials for a certain color, so she has to stick me again. Waaa. I told her I didn't want to be probed in the same arm. My right arm isn't good as the left; she called another Phlebotomist to help her. At first no blood came out, so they have to adjust the needle. By looking at it, it makes you not to be probed anymore. It doesn't hurt though. And they were able to get what they needed. This is a good place for a phlebotomist to do their externship. They will enhance their skills. Limited parking. Decent gender-neutral public facility.

There was plenty of it, which is rare compared to other Labcorp locations where parking is usually paid and a hassle. The office is small and was pretty full when I arrived, but even with an appointment, I was called back within just a few minutes. Bernice was handling everything during my visit, and she was amazing. The waiting room had several patients asking questions and feeling impatient, but she stayed calm, organized, and efficient the entire time while keeping things moving. She mentioned it's usually a two-person team, but they were short on supplies that day, so she was holding things down on her own, which made it even more impressive. When it was my turn, she was professional and kind. I usually have very difficult veins and often get poked multiple times, but she got it on the first try. Overall, top-tier service. I would definitely recommend this location. Just be patient if it's busy - they're working hard and doing their best.

I arrived at the office without an appointment and there was no one waiting. The office is very small with just a few chairs, and a small tea/coffee station. I was taken in immediately. Very often, my veins are difficult to work with. During the draw, the phlebotomist was Jose. He was able to get the draw on the first try and I did not have type of bruising or issues afterward. I had to return a couple of days later for a test that must be done early in morning. Upon arrival, there were a few people ahead of me and it was standing room only. There was only one person working and she was with a patient in the back, so it took some time to check in. After checking in, another employee arrived and those in the waiting room were helped. The phlebotomist that I had for the second test was Joanna, aka JoJo. She was very personable and was able to get the draw on the first try. I enjoyed speaking with her and she made the appointment comfortable. I had no issues with bruising after the test. The office is on the second floor of a medical building. The building has paid parking, but I always park on the street. There is metered parking and free street parking available within easy walking distance of the building.
