I was in and out of this clinic so quickly that I barely even had time to check in! I recently had to take a non-DOT drug test for a company that hired me, so they assigned me to Express Collections. Having only had one drug test done before, I was a little apprehensive about coming here because the first time I had gone and taken one I had spent a good hour waiting for my turn to be called. When they mean express they REALLY mean express. From the moment I walked inside the office, filled out my paperwork, did the drug test, and signed the release forms I honestly think only 5 minutes or so had elapsed... it was that quick! Now you probably think I came incredibly early to avoid the long lines. WRONG. I came at 1:00PM on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was the only one in the office waiting. Here are some things you'll need to know: - NO APPOINTMENTS! - You will need your ePassport and photo ID (should be emailed to you by your employer) - It is located in a building with a white gate. - Make sure you park in designated spots ONLY! - They close for lunch from 2:00-2:30pm! - The brochure says that they will do a body and bag check but they didn't do one for me. Overall, very pleased with this experience! I had 3 days from the time I was notified to take the drug test to complete it and I'm glad that a good chunk of my day wasn't wasted here. My only gripe is that the lady at the front desk is also the person who conducts your drug test and issues you throughout the entire process and she is NOT a nice lady. I would recommend someone with better customer service, but I guess if I was handling urine I wouldn't be the happiest person out there either. (85/100) read more

The building looks like crap. The facility is very small. When you are in the restroom, if the guy doesn't hear you peeing, he'll ask if you can't go. He's listening to everything that you're doing and it's very uncomfortable. They make you leave the door open like if you are on probation. Never experienced this before at other facilities.
