I am very disappointing with my favorite restaurant in the world. The last two times we picked up our order it was wrong, the first time no biggie, had my 16 year just drive back the 3 miles 6 round trip to pick up the correct order. The second time not so much was very unhappy, that yet again we needed to drive back. Asked them since to ubber eat or something to replace as it was putting miles on my car and using my gas for their yet again 2nd error. My Daugherty and I order same thing every time. I get all flats and she get boneless.. first time my order was wrong, second time it was my daughters by them giving her bone in- I asked the young lady to have manager call as she was not in I got a NO, she will be back tomorrow. We were on our way home from a Mud Run in SD, and we felt like we needed some wings. This was the first place that came up that was close to us and would handle our big muddy group. We ordered so much food it was unreal. It was nice to sit, have a beer, eat some wings, salad and bread and watch the Sunday games. They were very helpful, accommodating and the food was great. This Wing-N-Things is probably my favorite of the three locations I know of in this area. After visiting all of them, my preference is as follows: 1. Temecula Pkwy 2. Winchester Rd 3. Cal Oaks Rd Though the farthest from me, this location hits nearly all points better than the others. The layout of the space is much more open and welcoming. It's not the biggest, but not the smallest either. The separate bar seating is nice, which is where I've gone to enjoy my food and pints. It can get crowded and busy, but the wait times I've experienced were minimal. The wings themselves are decent in size, especially the boneless portions. Sauces are good (buffalo and honey BBQ) and carry a hint of butter, just as their buttery breadsticks do. Though not the cheapest place to go for wings, the plates are worth the price. Every now and then they'll have discounted wing orders (once or twice a year), but know many others will show up to take advantage of the offer! read more

The girl in the front said the manager would contact us and apologized which was nice but we never received a call from management. Overall a good wings and things. Not only was I missing a wing but the breadsticks were also missing. The wing sauce and fries were so salty. When I called the restaurant to notify them and encourage them to pay attention when putting orders together, they hung up on me. They were not extremely busy so I was very surprised. With placing a to-go ordering the girl answering is starting to argue about what we are ordering and obviously not listening to the question because the order of 5 items place, 2 item are correct the rest is wrong. When we get there to pick up the order and let them know that it isn't what was place she begins to argue that customer is wrong and that she is better than us. Well sunshine with no customer you don't have a job so you might want to start listening. I told her I had and have been waiting for quite awhile. 2ft behind her was my order sitting on the to-go rack. She gave it to me and I asked her how long it had been sitting there. She didn't know. Why didn't someone come get me I asked. She didn't know. It was at that point she offered to Re-heat my food for me... It's at that point I gave up and left. My dad just moved to Temecula and I was craving wings. He has passed by the spot often and we decided to give it a try. Upon walking in we were greeted with a smile and we let the cashier Christina (an employee for 15 years!) know that we had never been there before. She gave us the most detailed, high-end restaurant style and awesome breakdown of the wings, flavors, combos and favorites. I am used to maybe wings and fries so when I saw the bread sticks, I wasn't sure what to think, but before I could even ask, she assured us that they were incredible and well-known for them, so I was immediately in! Great customer service. Nice portions, and the wait isn't as long as some places. Maybe its because they don't have to unthaw their meat first. You can taste the freshness.
