Horrible customer service! Most visits to Wings N Things are pleasant but every time I return to this location, I leave dissatisfied. The employees at the Temecula Parkway location never fail to make me feel unwelcome. Very rude employees - as if I'm not already putting my money into their paychecks. This one particular visit stuck out the most because when asking for three different sauces on my wings, the cashier rudely cut me off and said, "We can't do more than two sauces at the moment... it's too much work." I've been a customer of Epic wings since they were a small business next to the Murrieta movie theater. My husband and I have raved about them to everyone for years. We supported them and advertised them through their change to Epic, but after tonight we will no longer be customers. We ordered through Doordash, as we are in this pandemic situation. We ordered a single and a double meal. When my husband opened his double, it was short half the wings. Wanting to solve this, he called the store, instead of doordash. He explained, and the manager said "well, my cook is telling me he put 10 wings in the box" three times. Pretty much calling us a liar, without saying it, and not wanting to fix the problem. My husband decided to return the wings, in person, and report this to doordash. Never again! We will not support a company that does not value their customers. read more

This branch is better than the one located on Winchester Rd. The staff is friendlier and the wait for the food is shorter. The cashier told us that the food would be ready in 10 min and that's exactly how long we had to wait compared to the supposed 15 min wait which turned into 45 min for the same order at the one on Winchester. This branch is also less busy compared to the Winchester one which is near a high school. Other than that, Wings N Things has the best wings hands down! :) read more
